• Fred (8/5): we were basically very happy there - the staff in the breakfast room was incredible nice, present and helpful, we loved them! the immediate surrounding where under construction, did not bother but should have been told beforehand

APESAR DE SER UM POUCO AFASTADA DO CENTRO, PODE-SE IR ANDANDO PARA AS PRAIAS DA CACIMBA DO PADRE E PARA O MORRO 2 IRMÃOS E BAIA DOS PORCOS FICA UM POUCO AFASTADA DO CENTRO E DO BURBURINHO DOS BARES E RESTAURANTES, MAS O SERVIÇO DE TAXI DA ILHA FUNCIONA MUITO BEM,

• Evan (10/5): Relaxing stay near gorgeous beaches - We stayed for four nights on October and loved it! The view from the balcony was incredible, the rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was just what we needed in the morning. Divino Morro is located close to some of the more beautiful (in my opinion) and quieter beaches, which is just what we were looking for. Still easy to get into town (bus stop nearby, plenty of vehicle rental options, or it's a nice walk), and very peaceful at night. We had a very relaxing stay for our first wedding anniversary and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Nothing! Everything was great. Thanks again!
• VIVI COLVARA (10/5): Vista incomparável do morro dois irmãos. Sensacional. - A equipe é fantástica. Renata, Neide e Socorro nos receberam muitissimo bem esses dias. O chuveiro é excelente, o quarto é amplo, confortável, espaçoso e a varanda é perfeita com uma vista espetacular. Todas as funcionárias são liberadas 14h. Eu acho que a pousada poderia manter alguém para um apoio, para eventual necessidade de utilização da cozinha, etc. Por se tratar de uma pousda bem afastada do centro, acho que poderiam investir em oferecer/vender lanches para os hospedes.
• Amanda (10/5): - A pousada é ótima e conta com uma equipe excelente e muito simpática! A gerente, Socorro, é maravilhosa e muito prestativa! Café da manhã simples, mas bem servido. A vista do quarto é belíssima.

• MARIA TERESA (4/5): PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE - Nos dieron la mejor habitación Nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa y arruinó la estancia. El personal no es nada profesional. Para empezar, no responden a los mensajes ni antes ni durante la estancia. El desayuno nunca estuvo preparado a la hora indicada, fue muy escaso para el precio que se paga y la atención en general dejó mucho que desear. En el check out tuvieron un gesto muy feo: pedimos quedarnos solo una o dos horas más y nos lo negaron argumentando que había huéspedes entrando a las 14:00. Sin embargo, cuando nos fuimos a esa hora todavía no habían limpiado las habitaciones y, para colmo, nos obligaron a ducharnos en una ducha de pies en la entrada. El día anterior sí habían permitido a otras parejas (francesas) salir más tarde, lo que demuestra un trato desigual. Lo más grave fue el alquiler del buggy a través de la misma compañía que gestiona la posada. Nos hicieron pagarlo antes de verlo, estaba en condiciones muy malas y, pese a nuestras advertencias de que era inseguro, insistieron en que estaba bien. A las pocas horas la carrocería cayó sobre la rueda, estuvo a punto de provocar un accidente y aun así no nos lo cambiaron hasta insistir varias veces. Solicité la hoja de reclamaciones y se negaron a dármela. Desde entonces la atención empeoró. Al dejar el hotel les escribí un mensaje con nuestra queja, que hasta hoy siguen sin responder. Una auténtica pena, porque en el resto de alojamientos de Brasil la experiencia fue excelente y aquí, en cambio, salimos con una gran decepción

• rossella (5/5): Non la consiglio - La stanza è luminosa e accogliente con un terrazzino dal quale si gode di bellissimi tramonti Staff scortese e arrogante, nessuno parla inglese, cameriere che fanno rumore alle 6 del mattino, la struttura è lontanissima dal centro dell’isola. Nessun posto per tenere i bagagli e per fare una doccia dopo il check out

• Bruno (10/5): Comfort with a lot of love - The property is brand new, the rooms are super clean and well taken care of. The location is great (right next to a bus stop and 5 min away from the Americano beach) and the view is simply STUNNING. Breakfast is great, everything done with a lot of love from Fatima and Renata ❤️ We were picked up from the airport from the amazing Francisco and Socorro was waiting for us at the property with a very warm welcome. Nothing.
• Stefania (10/5): A real dream - Perfect location to reach by feet several praia! Great breakfast with different choices and good food, I like the good attitude of the Divino Morro’s people. A lot of kindness and smiles ☺️ Gret view from our room and rooftop, perfect for sunrise and sunset!
