Sheeraz (10/5): Fantastic - Lovely place to stay in Taif with all amenities, pool and breakfast. The staff is very cooperative, specially the gentleman Muhannad. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times, and I have always spend a wonderful time. It has an underground parking as well. Nothing. Everything was superb.

fahad (7/5): الفندق جيد أما موقع الفندق فهو مثالي - موقع الفندق على الشارع الرئيسي بالطايف الاستقبال نوعاً ما حيث ان الغرفه لم تكون جاهزه علماً اني وصلت الساعه ال8 مساءاً تقريباً دخلنا للغرفه الساعه 10 مساءً للعلم الحجز كان مأكد من موقع بوكنق

abdullah (3/5): لن اكررها مع هذا الفندق اطلاقا. - اعجبني فقط الموظف سلطان اما الي موظفي الصباح والمساء في يوم الاثنين فليسوا متعاونين ولايهمهم راي العميل وغير متجاوبين. نسيت ثوب لي مطرز غالي ومن الصباح وانا اكلم موظف الصبح ليبحث لي عنه ولكن لم يتجاوب وحاولت وللاسف ثم كلمت موظف العصر وطلع مثل صاحبه وحضرت بعد المغرب ولم اجد موظف في الاستقبال ووجدت عامل واخبرته عن ثوبي وانه قد يكون في الغرفة التي كنت فيها فذهب واحضره وبعدها رجع الموظف فسالته لماذا هذا التجاهل وعدم الرد فقال انه مشغول والعمال مشغولين بينما هو لم يكن موجودا وقتها. ماذا لو كانت هوية مواطن او مقيم او جواز؟ قطعا ستضيع طالما هذا هو اسلوبهم. لم استلم الغرفة الا الساعة 9 ليلا. يعني لم ترتب ولم تنظف منذ خروج العميل الساعة 4 عصرا حتى وقت استلامي.

Mohammed (8/5): - حجزي مؤكد جناج تنفيذي، وتفاجئت بعدم التوفر عند الوصول، والموظف المسؤول عن الحجوزات لا يرد على اتصالات زملائه الموظفين، وبعد ذلك تم إبدالي بشقة بمساحة أقل، وعند طلب سريرين إضافية تم طلب مبلغ إضافي لكل سرير، وبسبب تعب السفر إضطررت لقبول الشقة ودفع قيمة السريرين.
