• Leen (9/5): Heel charmant verblijf! - Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door Khalid! Hij had een lekkere tajine klaargemaakt zodat we direct konden eten na onze lage reisdag! Mooi authentiek huis met alles wat je nodig hebt! Het dakterras is een enorme topper, het is er zalig vertoeven. Het stadje zelf is op een 5-tal minuten rijden en is heel fijn om in te wandelen. Je vindt er bakkers, supermarkten, winkeltjes, restaurants… Op wandelafstand van het huis kan je ‘la maison traditionnelle’ bezoeken, heel fijn! Niets eigenlijk
• Johannes (7/5): - Bij aankomst stond de tajine al op het vuur! Kalid is een zeer goede gastheer, hartelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Het huis heeft voldoende ruimte voor 4 personen, heerlijke terrassen en in de tuin vind je kruiden, die je kunt gebruiken. De keuken is gedateerd, hoewel alle benodigdheden aanwezig waren, maar er was ook geen warm water. Ook niet in een van de badkamers. Achteraf bleek dat het gas op was. We hadden Kalid moeten waarschuwen. In de andere badkamer rook het erg naar riool, dat was minder prettig.
• Anette (9/5): Perfekter Ort für einen Aufenthalt in Tafraoute. - Sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir kamen erst abends an und er hatte eine leckere Tajine für uns bereitet. Schöner Aussensitzplatz am Haus mit liebevoll gepflegtem Garten und Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Rundumblick. Es ist geräumig und sauber und mit einer Küche mit allem Zubehör ausgestattet. Ein Häuschen ganz für uns allein zu haben, war super.
• Jean et Hortense (10/5): Super séjour ! - Khalid nous a particulièrement bien accueillis, et s'est rendu très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous aider. La maison est dans un environnement magnifique, la vue est incroyable. Et elle a tout le nécessaire (et plus, notamment un magnifique rooftop !). Elle est aussi très bien située pour des départs de randonnée et explorer les alentours.

• Robert (10/5): Exceptionally welcoming host, private and well located. - Guests have the house to themselves, it is very well equipped, there is a large roof terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and the Ammene Valley The host, Khalid, was very generous, welcoming and informative. He explained the history of the Ammene villages. Tafraoute is a 9 minute drive away - market day on Wednesdays - and there are great walks all around.
• Olivier (10/5): Séjour parfait ici à tout point de vue, si on cherche une maison en autonomie dans cette magnifique région on ne peut pa - C’est une très grande maison très bien située et parfaitement équipée dans toute les nombreuses pièces. Terrasse avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Magnifique jardin entretenu avec soin. Merci encore Khalid.

• Jane (10/5): The best holiday home in the mountains. - Everything! A perfect place and a perfect host. The communication prior to arriving was great. The house was very easy to find and fantastic: with stunning views, and super-comfy, warm (December nights!) beds. everything we needed was there in good condition and very clean. Great wifi too. This place would be ideal for a long stay. Food was delicious (we had asked for dinner on arrival and he was kind enough to make us tagine and it was lovely). The views are spectacular from every room and the lovely rooftop. An easy drive from Tafroute. Utterly peaceful. Wonderful walks all round, straight from your door. Very safe place too. The host is just the best, being incredibly fluent in English as well, full of helpful suggestions and so welcoming. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area, as just the best place to stay. Really, nothing. We liked it all. (This is also the very best part of Morocco with fantastic people, culture and countryside and the most wonderful roads.)

• Alina (10/5): - Wspaniała lokalizacja na wycieczki górskie. Dom przestronny, dobrze wyposażony, w tym dobrze zorganizowana kuchnia, piękny ogród, taras z widokiem na góry. Gospodarz bardzo serdeczny, uczynny, udzielił nam wielu cennych rad i wprowadził w tajniki parzenia herbaty po marokańsku. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Jeśli będziemy kiedyś w okolicy na pewno wrócimy.

• SylvainW (10/5): This house is a perfect choice for a family stay - We liked everything : the house is well located in the valley, approximately 5km from the center of Tafraoute, with a superb view on the mountains. The house is spacious, extremely clean, comfortable and well decorated with a Moroccan style touch. We were a family of 5 and we really enjoyed this house, bedrooms are very well decorated and the beds are very comfortable. There is a roof and a terrace where you can take breakfast or have a tea. The house is surrounded by nature and very, very quiet. The house offers all comfort, two big bathrooms, modern and clean. Wifi is working well. We did not use the air-conditioning during our stay end October. We were warmly welcomed by the host who offered us a tea, we had a very pleasant moment with him. This place is a real gem, and is particularly fit for a family stay. Difficult to find something that we did not like, as we liked everything.

• Timo Kemming (10/5): - Wir waren auf dem Weg von der Wüste zum Atlantik für zwei Nächte bei Khalid. Die Unterkunft liegt leicht erhöht und man hat von der tollen Dachterrasse einen wunderschönen Blick über das Tal. Wir haben sie vor allem für den morgendlichen Kaffee und den kühlen drink am Abend sehr genossen. Auch die Gastfreundschaft des Gastgebers Khalid ist überwältigend. Die Unterkunft selbst ist zweckmäßig und nett ausgestattet und eignet sich bestens als Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Empfehlenswert!

Les chambres étaient confortables, la maison est très bien équipée, et que dire de la vue et du ciel étoilé à partir de la terrasse sur le toit! L’hôte est par ailleurs très accueillant et offre de très bons conseils. Le jardin est magnifique. Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir prévu plus de temps à Tafraoute.

Close to the village . The rooftop Terrance provided magnificent views for sunsets & sunrises. I would definitely visit this place again. Everything was lovely & there is nothing negative to say.
• Invalid-alien (8/5): Nice little house - House well located 5 min from Tafraoute. We spent 2 nights because we wanted to visit the grand canyon and ait mansour. The house was quiet, really big, and clean. Nothing fancy but it was fonctionnal and well maintained. The owner was really helpful and kind. A really good value for money. Easy to find, easy to get there. There was also a big terrace with a nice view . Good spot to visit the surroundings. 2 nights were enough to see the area Nothing except that there was an electricity problem. We couldn't use water and electricity at the same time. We had to turn off the heating before flushing the toilet or use the coffee machine. Manageable but could be complicated if you are 4 in the house

He was extremely helpful during our time, offering to drive us to nearby places, bringing us nice food and offering great insight into the local area. The guesthouse is in an amazing location- much better than staying in Tafraoute, and the place itself is gorgeous. The roof has the most amazing views imaginable.

The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.
