• ANJU (1/5): - Very disappointing experience. The apartment was extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The bedsheets looked used and unwashed, there were no towels, no garbage bags, and empty bottles were left all over the place. It felt very neglected and completely unacceptable for paying guests. Basic cleanliness and hygiene standards were missing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

• Stefan (3/5): In mare parte dezamagitoare - Locatia a fost foarte buna. Curatenia lasa de dorit, baiile miros foarte rau iar in bucataria jegoasa, cand am deschis dulapuriile a iesim un miros din ele de nedescris, la fel si masina de spalat avea apa si un miros oribil. Canapeaua nu e ca cea din poze, e din piele si rupta iar geamurile iti e sila sa le deschizi la cat jeg au pe ele.

Strictul necesar inexistent: Internet 0 Asternut insuficient Macar o sticla cu apa … Fier de calcat inexistent Un recipient in care sa pori face o cafea … Ce sa mai zicem de o masa de calcat, ac si ata , Anyway deplorabil. Femeia care intretine locatia nu merita bici un credit . Pozele din reclama nu se potrivesc cu realitatea. Este înfățișată o canapea care in realitate este alta , nefolosibila pentru dormit.

• Mihai (9/5): Gazda de mare ajutor. Locație buna, pret bun. - Recomand sa scrieți pe nr de Romania al gazdei, nu pe nr. de Italia (sau Franța, nu mai stiu) pentru ca acolo nu am primit raspuns nici a doua zi dupa checkout. Noroc ca am văzut la rezervare ca este trecut si nr de Romania unde am putut comunica pe watsapp cu gazda. Gazda a fost incredibil de amabila si comunicativa si m-a ajutat enorm. Am închiriat cazarea pentru bunicul meu si am fost nevoita sa cer multe detalii de la gazda pentru a-i explica bunicului meu pe unde sa mearga etc. iar gazda a fost de foarte mare ajutor. Este foarte simplu sa ajungi la locație. (Se intra prin spate pe la Banca Transilvania). Singurele probleme/lipsuri pe care le-a sesizat bunicul meu au fost ca nu era săpun de mâini la baie si ca usa de la baie era stricata. In rest a fost totul ok, q avut apa calda, era curat, etc.

• Cosmin (1/5): SCAM! HE IS A SCAMMER! DO NOT TRUST HIM! DO NOT BOOK FROM HIM! - Nothing, it was a scam, the photos are fake, he sent me to a shared apartment with 4 seprated rooms and just shared livingroom and shared shower. How can you have shared shower with strangers are you kidding me? It was the worse, this is a scammer, he should be removed from the app, he dosen’t even reply to my texts or calls anymore he just took the money and sent me to a very nasty room in a shared apartment when i booked a whole apartment to have it for myself only, SCAMMER! DON’T TRUST HIM! Look at the photos, that’s how the room was when i walked in, imagine that i paid 34 euros to get an apartment for one night for myself and he sent me here, that s all, only this room very nasty.
• Balan (1/5): Miserable - Nothing Not clean at all, very very dirty.All the sheets ware black and left uncleand.Water on the pipe from sink is leaking in a bucket, making a lot of noise and moisture.There ware bugs and kitchen insects also.Colud not sleep in that place so I have switch in the middle of the night.Not fun at all 😡

• Ovidiu (1/5): TO AVOID, IT IS A SCAM! EXCROCHERIE! - It is a scam! I could not use it because it was simply INSALUBRE! We asked the owner to come over and to see that it was impossible to stay there even for 1 night. We had to leave and booked a proper hotel room in Bucharest. TO AVOID! The appartment is called CASA DIEGO, very misleading. It is a small smelly apparment in a bloc of flats. There was a noisy nest of birds in the ventilation fan of the bathroom, the lights were permanently ON (broken system, impossible to turn off), a basement smell im the bathrooms and bedroom, stuck sink in the kitchen. We simply left in 1 hour, the time to book something else. We will notify separately booking.com on this- it is unacceptable to keep such staff on booking.com.
• Sjoerd (6/5): in rain and darkness it took me 30 minutes to get the key and enter in the appartment - the bed was good. The place to take the key did not know anything, had to make 3 calls to italy number to get the key it takes one hour to get hot water. without explenation (and there was not) its very difficult to enter and exit the property in the dark.

• Eva (1/5): Bad - It was very dirty, the kitchen was not cleaned, bad equipment in the kitchen, a bad smell of dampness and mold, there was a pigeon in the bathroom above the shower, the washing machine was all black with mold, the bed and sofa were uncomfortable, everything was falling apart on the floor, etc.
• Alex (9/5): Good value for a few nights stay - The apartment location is good, easy access, safe building. It’s perfect for 2 nights stay. The owner is very helpful. One of the bathroom doors is pretty hard to slide. An iron would be excellent.
• Marina (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was comfy, everything but the bathroom was working well. Property has two toilets which can be of good use, spacious, had good light, there is free parking all the time in front. Security of the building is tight, there are shops and food around, public transport one minute away. The staff is always there to help, answer immediately. The bathroom - if you turn the stream all the way up bedroom gets flooded, a pigeon lives in the vent and gets very excited every morning at six am so can wake you up. Bathroom door cant be really closed because is little bit broken so cant really sleep in. Hot water needs ten minutes to arrive.
