akshay (4/5): Not good, room was not well prepared. Parking issues - About the location, that this location is located is nearby to mall road. I have booked two room, one room was not well prepared like bedsheet and blanket are dirty. Along with that in both room toiletries were missing and electric kettle also. Parking area was under construction. Guests had faced lot of problem in car parking, infact one car was collide in pole due to lack of parking space and mismanagement.

Satish (10/5): Fraud hotel imperfectz westend - Nothing at all Horrible To start with himanshu, please be careful dealing with him as he is a fraud guy at the reservation office. Also they are cheater they take money from you in their account and give you the most direst room of the hotel, when you say that’s not what you have book they have a mechanism or overcharging you by selling the slightly better rooms by charging an extra exorbitant amount which they charged us, the whole staff with the owner and managing director are all involved in this money making nexus. Please avoid this property if you want your peace of mind and dont want to get cheated
Shaunak (1/5): SCAM - Nothing honestly nothing! This was the biggest scam we faced when we were there! When we were about to reach the car wont go till the hotel. We had to park far away from hotel and it was not mentioned anywhere on there website! We were been charged 400 rupees per night extra for heater when we reached there! This is something basic every hotel should have. We have already paid 4800 for 2 nights and still had to pay 400 for each night extra for a basic facility like heater! There was no AC or heater in the room. The room was so dirty that we cannot even walk bare foot on the floor. Even after cleaning multiple times it was the same. THERE IS NO VIEW AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES be careful this is a big SCAM

Sumit (2/5): Sorry to say Perfectstayz was not perfectly imperfect! Harrowing experience! - Nothing Disaster!! Worst experience. The room was pathetic as the room allotted to us had the washbasin broken. Linens were stained and even the floor of the room wasn't clean. Half of our day got wasted due to the problems of the room. In the hospitality sector we expect service to be provided to the customer for the price we pay but sadly the manager and general manager of the hotel were arrogant and rude and they were not accepting their mistakes. Overall the hospitality was very poor and disgusting. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. 😑😶

Yogesh (1/5): Horrible, we did not stay though we paid in advance - When I booked , the room shows view with a balcony. During our conversation with them on call also, we request a room with balcony and they agreed and asked us to pay money while we were on our way to hotel. We paid and when we arrive at hotel at about 11 pm, the staff offered us a room without balcony and no space to put third additional bed. The staff was unprofessional and we finally did not check n and went on to stay at Madhubani Sarovar. We also spoke to manager Rajan singh, who also was utterly unprofessional and talk like goons. I think you should delist this hotel from your esteemed website. Thanks

Medhasree (10/5): It was a great stay! Loved it! - The room along with the Mountain view was great. The staff was always proactive and helpful. They go out of their way to give the best solution and comfort. The whole team will ensure that everything is as per the guest’s needs. The vibe of the lounge is great too. The current GM of the property, Mr. Rajan supervised and ensured all the things were catered to and taken care of. One should consider staying at this property for a nice stay! Nothing as such.

Anushka (2/5): Very poor - Staff is kind and hospitable. The description suggests mountain view but the rooms have a "wall" view. Rooms are small. It is overpriced for the kind of room and view they have to offer.

The overall room was good, it was neat & clean with all the required facilities like hot water & hot air blower. They have an inhouse kitchen managed by mr santosh, very cooperative, he arranged breakfast early in the morning around 7:30. The overall experience of the food - it was delicious and was served nicely on time.

Aakansha (2/5): Will not recommend anyone to stay at Mall Road. - It’s new. Rooms were good with view. There was no parking which we had asked specifically before booking and there is construction going on so there was a lot of rods which got stuck in our car and the staff did not really care. Plus there is some timing to enter the Mall Road which we were not informed by the hotel and we had to park our car outside in pay and park which was additional 650 rupees. Every time you have to enter Mall Road you have to pay 150 rupees and that also u can’t enter after 4 pm till 12 midnight so it’s very inconvenient location. Hotel manager said all hotels guest on Mall Road have to face this issue. For them it was no big deal but for us it was a hassle as you have to walk a lot in really cold weather. Because of work going on the flush water was stinky and hence the bathroom was sticking and the staff was like it’s ok it’s because of the work. We had requested them to request Hotel Ajay for parking and Hotel Ajay owner Mr. Ajay was so rude to us because he has been facing this issue of parking with other guest of this hotel so he removed his frustration on us. But he was extremely rude and hated Mumbai people. So I won’t recommend anyone to go and stay at Hotel Ajay also.
