• Marcos (10/5): - la casa y sus habitaciones estan FA-BU-LO-SAS!! fue una gran experiencia muy diferente, incluso se presta para pasar un fin de semana con una familia numerosa para hacer turismo local, barbacoa, hacer lluvia de idea para trabajos grupales, esta muy muy buena, estar en casa mia, el servicio de internet, el orden en como se lleva la reserva es admirable, me gusto mucho que estuvieron atentos a nosotros porque cometimos la CAGADA de dejar las puertas cerradas y no recordabamos los codigos, gracias a Dios la vecina y su ayudante nos colaboraron contactando a los dueños para que nos dieran nuevamente los codigos y así poder volver a ingresar. la experiencia de que se me olvidó el codigo es frustrante y de seguro pasa mucho. sería bueno si ponen un telefono que solo sea para llamarlos a ellos sea la hora que sea, porque eso ayuda a disminuir el nivel de estres cuando sucede lo que me pasó a mi y a mi compañero de trabajo, no habia forma de obtener el codigo nuevamente, si la vecina no hubiera estado ahi (apunto de irse a su trabajo) no ibamos a tener ningun tipo de ayuda.

• Petr (10/5): Krásné a kevné ubytování. - Pěkně zařízené a měli jsme soukromí, protože jsme zde byli ubytováni úplně sami. Zde využívat vybavení kuchyně. Rychlá a bezproblémová komunikace s majitelem. Vše ok 👍

• Martin (1/5): Unpleasant stay in a weird place - Location was OK There was no running water in the bathroom without going downstairs to turn on a switch every time we wanted to flush the toilet, use the sink or have a shower. We needed to have and paid for an en suite bathroom, but it was effectively unusable. In addition: - The ceiling fan did not work - There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke everywhere

• Loraine (5/5): Passable - It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Ok, for a 1 night stay. No A/C and no fan, so it was super hot. Windows were tied with a zip, so i couldn't open them. Couldn't sleep well at all.

The cleanliness was okay but not great. There were no accessible cupboards or anything like that in the room, so we had to open and close our suitcases all the time. The space was too small to leave them open.

• Jeremy (7/5): Quiet & comfortable, more a guesthouse than a hostel - Large comfortable bed, large communal areas, space to store bicycles, hot shower, quiet atmosphere. Claudette was responsive on WhatsApp for questions & issues. No socket to charge phones etc in the bedroom, not much space for anything except the bed in the bedroom! Builders starting work at 6.30am next door every day.
• Kyan (10/5): Exceptional - Really clean, quiet and comfortable accomadation. Great, friendly service from Claudette. Really enjoyed my stay. Only one toilet and shower. Fine if it's quiet, not great if a few guests are staying.

• Julian (2/5): Not recommended. - The owner is really lovely, even if not easily available (neither in person nor on WhatsApp). The kitchen and facilities were in good condition, although dishes piled up regularly in the sink and the house was not overly clean. This is not a hostel in the classical sense, but rather a family that allowed strangers to pay for a bed. So you will share the kitchen and bathroom with the family (>4 people). There is no common room for socializing, which is a pity, as there are also no chairs/tables anywhere around (you would have to sit in the kitchen). The dormitory that I booked a bed in does not have a door, just a thin curtain dividing it from the living room. The location of the hostel is very remote, which means it is barely walkable from the bus stop. Unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here or in Volcán in general. It really felt like a waste of both time and money.
