Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. - Rien et totalement rien Logement dans un état inacceptable : matelas et linge sales, sanitaires très sales, cuisine impraticable. Aucun matériel de ménage (ni aspirateur, ni balai), nous avons vécu dans la saleté pendant plusieurs jours. Séjour très décevant. Aucun accueil à notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 21h pour accéder à l’appartement, après avoir insisté à plusieurs reprises.

No hay nada bueno para destacar!! las instalaciones deplorables, peligro de electrocutarse, encontre manchas de sangre en la cama y en cuanto a la limpieza parece un vertedero, la gestion de la entrada fatal, estuve en la calle hasta que se les ocurrio contestarme, dos dias sin agua caliente y en lo que estuve entraron dos veces al apartamento sin golpear la puerta y sin mi autorizacion el dia que no estuve...tengo fotos y video de todo.

• Luīze (6/5): My stay was decent. The apartment was in a convenient area but really lacked in cleanliness - The location was convenient with bus stops all around. Bed was comfortable and I really liked the little balcony. Heaters worked, perfect for cold weather. The kitchen was small but had nearly everything necessary for cooking. Grocery store was a few feet away from the apartment The place was not clean - black mold can be found in the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen didn't have any pans for cooking, only pots. Upstairs neighbors can be easily heard and the doors were difficult to open/close, often leading to a loud bang.

• Erzsebet (1/5): - Niemand sollte dorthin gehen. Nichts ist so wie auf dem Bild. Das Ganze ist furchtbar. Sobald man hineinkommt, schlägt einem der Geruch entgegen. Das Badezimmer stinkt und ist schimmelig. Der Toilettensitz und die Toilette sind uralt. Man kann nicht duschen, das Wasser fließt aus der Dusche. Wenn man im Badezimmer zur Decke hochschaut, kann man fast den Dachboden sehen. Das gilt auch für die Küche, die Arbeiten an der Decke sind noch nicht abgeschlossen, man kann den Dachboden sehen, von wo aus der Tank des Warmwasserbereiters hängt, er ist voller Spinnweben. Die Treppe, die man rauf und runter geht, ist kaputt, das ganze Holz knarrt. Man kann alles aus dem Nebenzimmer hören. Die Küche ist nicht ausgestattet. Es gab nur ein paar Besteckteile und Teller, ekelhaft. Wir mussten Einwegbesteck und -teller kaufen. Es gibt kein Internet. Wir trauten uns nicht, unsere Sachen dort zu lassen, aus Angst, sie könnten gestohlen werden, denn kaum wir die Treppe hinuntergehen wollten, wartete bereits ein Mann darauf, in unsere Unterkunft zu gelangen. Und ich könnte alle nur denkbaren negativen Meinungen aufzählen. Ich rate jedem davon ab, dorthin zu gehen. Ich verstehe nicht, wie Booking.com die Vermietung solcher Unterkünfte zulassen kann. Das sollte untersucht werden. Und wie ich sehe, gibt es viele negative Bewertungen zu dieser Unterkunft.

• Katherine (2/5): We were disappointed with our stay, the room was dirty upon arrival making for an uncomfortable stay - The apartment was easy to get into as the host sent us the codes to get in. It is located in a good location, not too far from downtown Brussels. When we arrived it appeared that the apartment had not been cleaned since the last guests which was disgusting. The beds were unmade, there were dishes in the kitchen, the trash was full, and there were wet towels thrown around the room. We did not feel comfortable sleeping there. It was a good price but I do not recommend staying here.

• Dennis (3/5): Cheap two bedroom appartment. good for short stays on a low budget. - Cheap and cheerful. Clean bedding. Cheapest offer in Brussels. Instructions from the host - great and clear. Very basic. Not modern. Not that clean. Bathroom shower can do with upgrade. Kit is old. Heating- electric convector.

The plastic top cover of the fridge was broked in half, lots of spider webs, the cutlery was dirty, mold in the shower and so on..

• Jozimar (6/5): - The bed is very nice. Next to multiple bus stops and supermarket that's open everyday. Easy access to the building. Overall better than expected based on the reviews. It's not that bad. The stove didn't work everytime. Not sure how or why. Dining table is very loose. Neighbours make a lot of noise in the middle of the night, but not a huge problem for me personally. Good enough for a weekend stay.

• Nuria (3/5): Sucio - estaba bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad en bus por lo que era facil movernos. Para llegar al apartamento había que subir tres plantas en unas escaleras muy estrechas. La estancia en general no fue nada confortable, en una de las habitaciones habían mocos pegados en las paredes. En general las sábanas parecían haber sido usadas antes porque había pelos y el baño en general era bastante asqueroso. No fue una estancia completamente agradable por este tipo de cosas aunque realmente al haber visto los comentarios ya nos lo podíamos imaginar. Fue una reserva de ultima hora y al final no estuvo tan mal pero sin duda, no vale para nada el precio que le ponen, por lo menos hasta que no garanticen una limpieza adecuada del apartamento.

• Giuseppe (5/5): - The decoration of the flat is outdated. Some of the floorboards are loose, and some frames around the electrical sockets are missing. The water heater is visibly installed in the kitchen floor. However, the most negative aspect for me was the condition of the towels provided for the bathroom — they were very worn out. This, combined with the overall decor of the flat, significantly detracts from its main strength, which is the spacious layout with four sleeping places. I do not think I would return to this flat unless absolutely necessary due to high demand in Brussels.

Todo sucio,sábanas,toallas,suelos,baño y cocina.latas de refrescos y botellas de agua vacías en todos los lados,ni siquiera mando el servicio de limpieza antes que lleguemos.decepcionante.

The wrong phone number or a number that never answer. Only to get on voice message but no feedback. Just frustration The manager seems to be a scammer. When I richet the appartement, I put the given code by email and it did work to open the gate, I called several times but to answer. By chance someone came out. To my surprise, we was given the same appartement with the same code as me. He told me that I did not loose anything because the appartment was very dirty. He gave me his name and agree to share the information. I start going from a Hotel to enother to try to find where to stay. Unfortunately, we went to 3 hotels and they were fully booked. After 5 hours, we receive the email with a new code. That one worked but when we enter the appartement, it was extremly dirty. Toilet is no longer white. You understand what I mean until the seat to look a brown color. No parking. No microwave, kictchen not working,...!

• Koçyiğit (1/5): - Ich mochte nichts davon. Das Gebäude ist sehr schmutzig, die Rückseite des Gebäudes und die Aussicht sind sehr schlecht. Die Wohnung war schmutzig und roch nach Rauch. Wahrscheinlich ist das Gebäude oder die Wohnung früher einmal abgebrannt. Es wurden jedoch keine ordentlichen Reparaturen durchgeführt. An den Wänden und auf dem Dach sind noch die Spuren des Feuers zu sehen, es gibt Ruß und es riecht. Eine schreckliche Situation. Ich habe die Wohnung im 2. Stock auf der linken Seite gemietet. Die Schalldämmung des Gebäudes und der Wohnung ist sehr schlecht. Es ist, als würde man mit den Kindern im selben Zimmer schlafen. Die Zimmertüren sind Schiebetüren. Die Schalldämmung der Zimmerfenster ist sehr schlecht. Das Badezimmer ist nicht sauber. Meine Frau und meine Kinder konnten deshalb nicht baden. Am Eingang des Gebäudes befindet sich eine große blaue Tür. Sie hat ein elektronisches Zahlenschloss. Wir versuchen es mit dem Code, den wir über Booking erhalten haben, aber die Tür lässt sich nicht öffnen. Wir haben mindestens 15 Minuten lang alles Mögliche versucht, aber wir konnten das Schloss nicht öffnen. Wir haben über Booking eine Nachricht geschickt, aber keine sofortige Antwort erhalten. Der Besitzer des Ladens nebenan hat uns geholfen. Er hat den Eigentümer der Wohnung angerufen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass er uns den falschen Code gegeben hatte. Es handelt sich nicht um die saubere Wohnung mit Balkon, die über Booking angeboten wurde. Das Foto ist eine reine Täuschung. Dieses Gebäude ist das billigste in der Gegend und wird von den problematischsten Menschen der Gegend gemietet. Wenn Sie eine saubere Familie sind, rate ich Ihnen dringend davon ab, eine Wohnung in diesem Gebäude zu mieten.

Accessing the property was straight forward. Having two rooms was useful. The apartment was dirty and didn't feel like it had been cleaned. Dirty bathroom and equipment in the kitchen, bedding felt old and didn't meet our expectations for a holiday letting.
• Zehra (1/5): Disgusting and Dirty. - the only thing good about this apt war the location The pictures show a clean, basic apartment. In reality, the apartment was extremely dirty. The shower was unusable and appeared as though it had never been cleaned. The shower curtain, originally black, had turned completely white due to mold—just disgusting. The toilet was not clean, and there were brown splashes on the toilet door. I don’t even want to imagine what they were. The appliances in the kitchen were so filthy we didn’t touch them. Forget cooking there—you’d probably get sick. The floors weren’t swept, and the tables were covered with crumbs. We found more than one cigarette butt on the floor. It smelled bad, it was not clean, the stairwell floor was full of dirt and hair. It was just disgusting. Also there is no Wifi, which wasn’t visible on the Booking Page. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The kitchen does not have enough tools to cook (like a microwave or a decent pan). There is no wifi in this apartment and no TV. The entry door to the apartment does not seem secure at all.
