• andrew (10/5): Comfortable and peaceful location for visiting the area. - Lovely clean and comfortable stay in a very peaceful location. Marc was excellent at communicating and instructions for everything were very clear. There was everything we needed and more provided. Comfortable bed, good size smart TV and a good driveway for off road parking. Excellent base for visiting Clumber Park and Sherwood Forest. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

• Gustavo (5/5): Decent but the listing is wrong and should be 3 people maximum - Place is clean and nice, complete kitchen, back garden, etc. Neighbourhood is nice too. The house heats up very easily The place is advertised as having space for 4 adults and that's just not true. One of us had to sleep very uncomfortably in the living room because the bed provided doesn't even fit 2 small sized adults. There are very specific instructions to make the shower work properly, so if you forget about it like we did the showering won't be very satisfactory. The bathroom light is automatic and a very bright white, which almost knocks you out if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night...

• Carolyn (9/5): A lovely , well equipped and clean house, with a really helpful host. - The property was lovely, had all the things needed to makes lovely stay. It is very close to Centreparcs as we were visiting our grandchildren there for the day. Marc was very helpful with recommendations for dinner, and when we couldn’t find something he came straight over to show us where it was. Thank you.

• Rhona Parr (2/5): Avoid - Great location. Front and back garden were heavily overgrown. There were pots in the dishwasher on our arrival with mould on, the kitchen sink was awful with grime in the bottom. The Whole house was absolutely filthy. There was only one toilet roll between 3 people for an entire weekend. There are nicer places for less money in the same area.Would not recommend and will not be returning.

• Sandra (10/5): Lovely weekend stay - Great location Close to Venue ~ Lovely quiet neighbourhood, House has everything we needed for 2 night stay! Comfortable and clean Straight forward instructions to follow in regards to using Shower and what to do on departure. N/A
• Jenny (7/5): Good - The beds were comfortable Could have done with a good dust as there were lots of cobwebs around the house and dust on the living room furniture. Also, downstairs had a strange smell. The kitchen needs a deep clean.

• Melanie (6/5): 2 night stay at Pinewood - location long list of rules lack of welcome pack late communication from host regarding key code for lock box, we had to contact him. towels hard and too small no tea, coffee supplied as this has been provided in all properties we have booked. lack of adequate seating for 4 guests...only 3 chairs available. no recycling or glass box available even though stated in rules that we had to use these.

• Becky (8/5): Good location, clean and tidy. Easy to access. Would book again. - It was clean and easy to find. Had everything we needed for a few days there The lack of curtains, so we were awake early every day.

Homeliness of the accomodation Nothing, although I wanted to weed the back garden and the bedroom blinds didn't block out the light brilliantly. No deal breaker though as we would happily stop there again.

• Melanie (9/5): Lovely area to stay in , quiet but easy reach of amenities. - Quiet location with easy access to shops pubs etc either by foot or car. Clean , well maintained. Good instructions regarding how things worked,good communication from host. Second bedroom was cosy fit for 2 adults .
