• Đức (3/5): - Mình đặt trên app là 450,000 vnđ / đêm. Mình check-in khoảng 8:00-8:30 PM. Bạn nhân viên yêu cầu trả tiền phòng 500,000 vnđ, lúc đó mình không check lại app xem giá tiền vì đang mệt muốn lên phòng nghỉ nên đã trả 500,000 vnđ. Lên nhận phòng thì trong phòng không có nước suối. Nên mình nghỉ xíu rồi xuống đi ăn và mua nước, tiện xem lại giá phòng trên app. Thì thấy chỉ có 450,000 vnđ, nên mình xuống hỏi lễ tân tại sao yêu cầu mình trả 500,000 vnđ. Thì bạn lễ tân nói là giá 450,000 là check-in sau 9:00 PM thì mới tính giá đó, còn check-in trước đó thì là 500,000 vnđ. Trong khi trong app không hề đề cập gì đến vấn đề này.

• Hua (9/5): Superb - +Around the hotel have a lot of food stall and all in walking distance. +Both staff at the reception counter are very helpful and friendly. +They can understand a bit of english, can use google translate if you need help. +They help a lot with my reasonable request. +It is near police university, so it is very safe. -The refrigerator seem to be not cold enough.

• Alvin (10/5): Excellent hotel - Facilities were new and well-maintained. Toiletries and drinking water were also provided. Will stay again if visiting Thu Duc again. Nothing in particular.
