• Luca (8/5): - L'appartamento è molto carino e silenzioso, con affaccio su un bel cortile. C'è tutto quel che occorre ed è molto confortevole. Comodo da raggiungere arrivando alla Stazione Centrale. Da lì ci si muove con grande facilità. La titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. Io sono rimasto due notti, ma lo consiglio anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Niente, ma segnalo solo che con piccolissimi interventi l'appartamento sarebbe davvero perfetto. Per esempio dei pomelli o delle maniglie per l'apertura delle ante della cucina o il pomello di chiusura della porta dall'interno, che è perfettamente funzionante, ma leggermente allentato.
• Karim Hadweh (5/5): Decepcionante apartamento cerca de Milano Centrale. - La ubicación, a sólo 3 cuadras de la estación central de Milano. El personal está atento y disponible en todo momento para ayudar. Cuarto piso sin ascensor, los apartamentos no tienen número ni nada que los identifique. La cama y las almohada muy duras, las sábanas tenían un hoyo y las toallas de baño estaban viejas y ásperas. El asiento del baño estaba suelto y roto, en malas condiciones de mantención. El apartamento es todo blanco, como habitación de hospital, nada de decoración o detalles que lo hagan más cálido.
• Di (7/5): Great area - very quiet and lovely restaurants nearby. Close to Milano centralle so easy access to trains and metro. - Location was excellent. Cleanliness of property was good and communication with the agency was prompt. There were some maintenance issues eg toilet seat broken, batteries required for tv remote, lock on front door loose. We asked for a bathmat and tea towel and they were delivered - this was very much appreciated. An ironing board would be great!

• ESPERANZA (4/5): El dueño/a del apartamento debería tenerlo acondicionado para alquilarlo. - Está muy cerca de la Estación Central. El apartamento es un tercero sin ascensor. El menaje es pésimo, las dos sartenes que hay no las detecta la placa, por lo que no puedes cocinar. La tapa del Vater estaba rota. El agua de la ducha no se regula bien, imagino que porque el calentador es muy antiguo.
• ADOLFO (7/5): Perfecta ubicación - Apartamento de buen tamaño y muy cercano a la estación de tren, para nosotros esto era muy importante. Complicado acceso el primer día (el código no funcionaba).

• Ana (7/5): - Boa localização. O apartamento não disponibiliza papel higiénico para a duração da estadia. Apenas fornece toalhão de banho. Era conveniente que houvesse indicação de que o apartamento é um 3° andar sem elevador.
• Sweet (1/5): Really bad experience. Not worth the moeny - It is a decent apartment but they treated us very badly. The service was very poor. Not worth the money I paid. Horrible experience. We almost fainted due to dehydration and heat as we couldn't enter the property for ages. There system didn't work properly. Our flight was delayed and hence we reached at 2 am but the main building door didn't open. The lock was not working. We had to wait for a while with an infant in extreme heat. We reported the issue and it was still not resolved next day. The cupboard had a dirty towel. The shower tray had some insects that were crawling. The toilet seat cover was broken and the washing machine didn't work. We were told in advance a cot will be provided for the baby but it was missing. They forgot about it. We had to sleep uncomfortably. The manager who was helping us didn't speak English and was sending us instructions about how to get in the apartment building rather than the door. We were asked to empty the drum of water from the Air Conditioner. It should have been done by the cleaners as it didn't fill much until we stayed there. We paid large amounts of cleaning fees and didn't expect this.
• Ankit (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was neat and clean. And the amenities were good. Location was also great The apartment does not have a lift and our room was on the 4th floor. So we had to carry our heavy luggage to the top floor

• Jacek (7/5): Good - The apartment looks as described and in the photos. The location is great. The check in was very easy. Contact with the owner was also very good. There were very comfortable beds and pillows. The equipment in apartament was very poor: there was no hand towel (only each guest had one bath towel), it was also lacking a dishcloth and a normal-sized pot. The kitchen equipment was 3 units of plates and cutlery. The pot was so small that it was impossible to cook pasta for 3 people. There was also no washing-up liquid or garbage bags. We asked the owner to bring a large pot, garbage bags and washing-up liquid. We did indeed get these things, but only the next day. As other opinions indicate - everything in it was falling apart. Cracked door frame and falling toilet seat.
• Becky (7/5): A Nice Place (with a few inconveniences) - As advertised the apartment is a short walk from the central station. The host via WhatsApp was very amicable and tried to assist us when possible. Both the bed and the sofa bed were quite comfortable and little of the city's street noise permeated the courtyard of the apartment. We were able to sleep well. Having a separate bedroom from the living area provided some pleasant privacy from my traveling companion and high ceilings made the apartment feel larger. The hosts kindly prepared the room with power converters for various electronics as well as coffee, water, and permission to use the ingredients left over from previous visitors. Our stay was marred by a few minor inconveniences, most relevantly we had great difficulty actually figuring out how to enter the building and our host was not able to understand or aid us with our issue. (We were luckily let in by a resident). Moreover had difficulty figuring out the hot water heater and ended up with cold showers the first night. Even once we figured it out the water pressure left much to be desired. And though it was likely our own incompetence, we likewise couldn't figure out how to work the washing machine and ended up doing laundry in the bidet :') The apartment had a few loose fixtures like doorhandles and the toilet seat. The central area rug was not secured and had a tendency to slip, and the cookware provided was insufficient to cook and drain pasta, additionally not all the pots worked on the stovetop. But on a positive note, the apartment's sanitarium white walls and prefabricated furniture provided a very strong incentive to get out and see the city. In defence of our host however many of these issues could have been due to our own ignorance. All and all this is a nice place if you're willing to roll with some punches. the host once again was very friendly. Staying here reminded me appreciate the convenience and everyday luxury of the place where I live and I'll be returning home from this vacation more grateful than when I left.

The owner was kind enough, and a non cancellable booking i made by mistke was refunded, allowing date changes 1. 1000 stairs, no lift, impossible to take luggage upstairs if you are travelling with family or kids 2. No iron whereas all other euipments were there
• Mary (1/5): A NIGHTMARE TO SET EYES ON IT - THERE IS NOTHING THAT I LIKE AS WE HAVE NOT EVEN CHECKED IN. I did not like the lack of integrity of the hosts. Want to change and give us an apartment with no address which is different from what is indicated in our communications and booking confirmation. Host very elusive and play hard to get and not giving us ITS name. I don't understand why is it so secretive about giving the guest ITS name. CUT THE CRAP!
• Jay (3/5): Good but the owner is thinking only for money - The property is close to the central station thats the only good about the property I didnt like that the owner asking for some money to dry clean thier stuff after paying my stay, i was sick because of food poisoning and the owner asking for money to pay for dry cleaning of their bed linens,
• Mariia (8/5): Nice - Good location, close to the train station. Interesting building, with big stairs and inner yard. Nice place, quiet. They left sweets for us, which was a pleasant surprise There were three of us, so someone slept on the couch, but there were only two normal pillows. In addition there were couch pillows, but they were too thick, imposible to sleep on. Also the toilet seat was brocken
• Claudia (9/5): It’s was really good and confortable - Confortable Is not something that the owner is guilty of, but they should say it anyway: in some parts of the world they count 0, 1, 2, 3 so the description says is on the third floor, but you have to climb 4 flights of steps to get there. Also there is no elevator. Just to keep that in mind.

• David (9/5): Very good value for money - Comfortable and a cosy flat right next to Centrale. The host was very nice, the flat is equipped with everything you might need. You have market at the railway station to have a snack, few groceries shops are a block away. Centrale is the transport heart of Milan, so you can get anywhere from there. Everything is good
• Pauline (8/5): Once access issues were sorted, it was a very comfortable apartment in a perfect location. - Location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to early morning excursion meeting points. Although I had a confirmed booking with booking.com an additional level was required via an Agent's visitor portal, which didn't recognise my confirmation number. Had the Agent responded to my messages in the week leading up to travel maybe the problem I encountered upon arrival could have been averted. Having said that the Agent was very helpful once I arrived and couldn't get in. Also thank you to the owner for rescuing me when the automated entry system went offline and locked me out.
• Trgyd (8/5): Good experince. - The location is very central and close to Milan train station. The flat is very clean and the owner is very helpful. You have to use Wi-Fi connections to open the palace's main door.
