• Diana Laura (9/5): Excelente opción - En general una excelente opción para hospedarse, el lugar bonito, limpio, cómodo, muy buena ubicación, el personal muy amable, la alberca pequeña pero excelente para refrescarse. Aunque las habitaciones están de buen tamaño y cómodas hace falta un pequeño closet para guardar la ropa, solo tiene un par de cajones y un pequeño tubo. Se que es complicado controlar pero la cantidad de moscos en demasiado. Revisar alguna forma de disminuir esta situación.

• Emma (8/5): Great except - Super close to the beaches. Staff is friendly, and the room is hygienic. The court yard is very cosy at night. Off street parking. Clean pool. The hotel recommended a local tour guide which we contacted via Whatsapp, and he showed up uninvited and unannounced at our door at 9 AM. The hotel could not foresee his visit, but to be honest, it is strange and inappropriate that he was allowed in as he was not a hotel guest or we invited him and informed the hotel about it. We talked to the nice lady at the front desk about it afterwards, and this should not be happening anymore. The front desk is always manned, but an additional lock on the front door would be a big plus on general safety. However, I would stay here again, because the hotel is very pleasant.

• Moritz (8/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft, auch gut für Familien geeignet. - Das Grundstück mit dem Pool war sehr schön und grün. Und die Leguane in den Bäumen waren beeindruckend. Es wurden keine neue Wasserflaschen ins Zimmer gestellt oder die Zimmer täglich frisch gemacht. Aber auf Nachfrage gab es kostenlos Wasser.

• Fred (10/5): Je reviendrais , j’ai eu un coup de cœur pour isla aguada - L’hôtel est très bien placé pour aller faire le tour des dauphins . Il se situe à côté du port . Le jardin est exceptionnel . Dès qu’on rentre on sent de bonnes ondes , c’est paisible et charmant .

• Charles (7/5): Comfortable, quiet with convenient access, but overpriced with poor internet and lack of extra amenities. - Very quiet and pleasant garden location around a small pool. The room was spacious and attractive. The boy at the front desk went out of his way to get me some transit information. Excellent plumbing, hot water and pressure. Short and easy access to the malecon, beach and restaurants. It is very pricey compared to comparable non-luxury hotels I have had in Magic Towns all over Mexico. I have stayed in many nicer, more attractive places with superior amenities for half the cost. The internet signal in my room was good at times. Otherwise it ranged from unreliable to non-existent, a real dealbreaker for me. Fortunately I was able to make a hot spot from my iPhone. The cable TV had very poor selection. A bright lamp shined through my blinds. The room did not get dark. Almost every decent hotel in Mexico provides bottled water in the room or courtesy bottles in the corridor or lobby. That they have no water as an amenity for what they are charging is shameful. No breakfast. Courtesy coffee in the lobby, which was a long haul from my room.

• Iadanza (7/5): Oasi carina in una cittadina triste - Si tratta di un’oasi di decenza in una cittadina per il resto tristissima. Camere ben pulite e ben tenute. La piscina è minuscola. Non c’è la colazione e purtroppo nei dintorni la mattina tutto apre dopo le 8. Anche per la cena è un problema perché i ristoranti chiudono alle 18 per cui serve organizzarsi in autonomia. Lo staff non era in grado di indicare nulla né in termini di turismo né di luoghi per mangiare etc.

It is apparent the grounds and rooms have been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds had lush gardens with a beautiful pool and seating areas. The hotel is located a few blocks from the sea boardwalk/malecon. There is a bakery and grocery store a few minutes walking distance. The concierge America was extremely helpful. She helped make our stay in Isla Aguada amazing.

• Stefano (5/5): - il giardino mi infoma via whatsapp che invece delle 4 stanze che avevamo prenotato, ne avevano solo tre, ci mettiamo d'accordo per allestire una stanza con 4 letti; arriviamo e non era così, c'erano solo 6 posti letto e noi eravamo 8! la signora non parla UNA parola d'inglese, neanche "HI", alla fine chiama un conoscente statunitense e riusciamo a risolvere. Inoltre ISLA AGUADA è uno dei posti più orrendi che io abbia mai visto......assolutamente sconsigliato il posto e l'hotel
