• Giorgio (9/5): Viaggio a Londra con figli e amici - E' andato tutto molto bene; l'host è stato molto disponibile per l'orario di check-in, l'appartamento è pulito e in ordine, a due minuti a piedi dalla metro Northern Line e a 5-10 minuti dalla metro/treni London Bridge. A voler proprio cercare un problema: i cuscini sono un po' bassi e i materassi non sono il top, ma comunque sono problemi davvero minori. Tornerei sicuramente in questo appartamento.

• Marta (9/5): Piacevole appartamento - Appartamento molto bello, pulito e spazioso. Prenotato ad un ottimo prezzo, check-in comodo e facile, ottima posizione, vicinissimo al borough market e stazione della metro a 2 minuti a piedi, posizione ottima e vista molto carina dalle camere. Unica pecca un po’ freddino, ma con le stufette a disposizione l’appartamento si riscaldava in poco tempo.
• jean bernard (7/5): Je ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi cet appartement pour 700€ les 4 nuits à 5 - J’ai particulièrement apprécié le fait qu’il y ait deux salles de bain, ce qui est très pratique. L’emplacement est bon, très bien situé pour visiter Londres. Il y a De quoi sortir aux alentours le soir . Accessible en métro rapidement. L’appartement est spacieux et confortable. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et répondent très rapidement, ce qui est rassurant et agréable. Ils sont généreux ( café , lave main, gel douche, sac poubelle , papier wc) Points négatifs : sous le lit il y avait de la poussière, ( boule ) ,ce qui laisse penser que le ménage n’avait pas été fait correctement depuis un moment. L’appartement mériterait une rénovation générale. Il serait également souhaitable de remplacer le sèche-linge et de faire vérifier la chaudière, car la production d’eau chaude est limite et nous avons parfois manqué d’eau chaude pour nous laver, avec obligation de la réactiver en cas de problème. Enfin, même si cela n’a pas été le cas pendant notre séjour, il est important de signaler que si l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas, l’accès au 6ᵉ étage peut devenir très difficile car je vois des commentaire en ce sens

• Juliet Nkemdeme (7/5): Elevator not working, Flat on the Sixth floor - Nice flat, enough space for family. Close to London Bridge and the tube station The elevator was not working and I was not told that considering the flat was on the sixth floor. I feel that the property owner should let us know so we can make that choice. Someone may have some health issues and can not climb to the sixth floor whereas somepeople won't mind.
• Miriam287 (1/5): Multiple issues throughout the stay, never resolved! - Nothing Our experience was very unsatisfactory and did not match what was advertised. The stay lasted 6 days and 5 nights. All the issues described below were reported to the property on the very day of our arrival, yet we did not receive any effective response or solution throughout the entire stay. The building did not have a working elevator. According to neighbors, it has not been functioning for some time, despite the property information stating that an elevator was available. The apartment is located on the sixth floor, which was especially problematic as we were traveling with two children with disabilities. Had we known this in advance, we would not have made the reservation. The apartment was handed over in poor cleaning condition, with visible dust on floors and furniture. The bathroom sink tap was broken and no water came out, making basic actions such as washing hands or brushing teeth difficult. During the stay, a rodent appeared in the kitchen. This was reported immediately, but no solution was offered. We had to improvise a temporary measure ourselves. The person sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, which is directly connected to the kitchen, was unable to rest properly due to this situation. There was also a large window that did not close properly, representing a safety risk. One of our children, due to their disability, nearly fell. Due to the lack of response from the property, it was necessary to place a piece of furniture as an improvised preventive measure. The maintenance contact occurred very late, practically one day before check-out, when an intervention was no longer useful. Overall, the lack of maintenance, the absence of response, and the discrepancy between what was advertised and the actual conditions significantly affected our stay. We do not recommend this property, especially for families or guests with special needs.
• Teasha (8/5): Location can't be beat and very comfortable and affordable for a family of four! - The location can't be beat! Amazing access to everything- Borough Market, Tower Bridge, The Shard, Tower of London. We LOVED the location. Lots of space in the flat and very comfortable beds. Lots of great pubs close by and I felt that my teenagers could safely go about without us with them. No AC and it was very hot in the flat for our August trip. Fans were provided, which helped. It was odd that the living room windows only opened a crack. The bathrooms were a little rough and in need of TLC, but it was nice having two bathrooms.

• Watts (8/5): Nice appartment/ Great Location - Lovely spacious clean comfortable apparment in a great location. Would definitely stay there again! Sadly lift was not working there were noisy building works with workmen on scaffolding working directly outside the window so had to keep curtains closed. Also workmen wanted access to property during stay to carry out works on window!
• Stephen (8/5): - The apartment was on the 5th floor the lift was not working and it seems it has not worked for a while, the stairs up to the the 5th floor were concrete 15 steps per floor after the second floor there was no lighting working no emergency lights just darkness not good with dark mornings and nights. In addition the there were problems with the smoke vents they were in fire and fault. The apartment was great but there were problems in the bath room there were no curtains or window covering also we had problems with the WI Fi and no contact information to talk to anyone about it incorrect phone number and no response to E mails. A part from that great location nice apartment will and would go back.

• Stefania (5/5): - Ottima posizione. Metro e servizi vicini. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e dotato di molti comfort, anche se farei una manutenzione di tanto in tanto. Non c’era riscaldamento, abbiamo sollecitato fin dal primo giorno visto che con noi viaggiava un bimbo di un anno e mezzo (al quale purtroppo è poi salita la febbre alta). Ci hanno proposto un rimborso pari al disagio ricevuto. A quasi un mese di distanza non abbiamo ricevuto nulla. Purtroppo la struttura non era molto pulita, sotto il letto abbiamo trovato lenzuola sporche. L’acqua calda spariva puntualmente ogni giorno intorno alle 21.

• Sarah (8/5): - Great location, easy to walk fro. London Bridge Station & next to Bourgh tube, hosts were fantastic communication. Perfect for my family weekend . There is a lift . Amazing views of London and even the Shard from the master bedroom. . Nothing, would definitely stay again . It's not 5 star but it's lovely and adequate facilities to host my teenage boys and myself for the weekend . Perfect location and great communication with the owners .
• Elaine (8/5): - Fantastic location with Bourough Underground Station 2 minutes away. Bourough Market just down the road and 10 minutes walk from London Bridge. Nice quiet area. Apartment nice with everything you need for a weekend break. Small Sainsburys and Tesco down the road.

• Anita (7/5): Fantastic location , spacious accommodation - Location was fantastic a few minutes walk from the tube station. Nice spacious accommodation. Unfortunately for the duration of our stay the elevator was not working and despite advising the contact for the accommodation it was not repaired. The stars were unkept and very dusty as the building is under construction . Despite asking 3 times for the sofa bed to be made up we had to do this ourselves and discovered that not only the sheets for the sofa bed but all sheets and towels were damp luckily we located the tumble dryer and were able to dry them but then we had to make up all beds .
• Anatasia (9/5): Amazing place in the heart of Borough area with very friendly host. - Great location, friendly attentive staff, spacious house, kitchen has everything we need. There are 2 bathrooms and makes it easier for us. There is lift also so you can bring your bags easily. Easy check in instructions. Very happy with our stay. Very minor things: Washing machine and bath mat could do with an upgrade but those very minor and didnt impact our whole experience.
• Paul (10/5): Amazing apartment - Stunning apartment. Immaculate and beautifully finished. It is a huge place. The beds were big and comfortable, the shower and bathroom were excellent, and a great view of the cityscape from the rear. The kichen had everything and more. Perfect location next to Borough underground station. Would definitely recommend and book again, hopefully.
• Jan (9/5): Great location, needs a little repair work though. Very spacious and comfortable. - Flat is much more spacious than the photos suggested which was great. Views are fantastic, although it is described as having a balcony - there are balconettes which you cannot go out onto. At the time of our stay, the building was clad in scaffolding, which didn't impact us at all as it was a weekend so no work was happening. Amazing location, lovely and quiet. Comfortable beds, reasonably well-equipped kitchen. Freezer needs defrosting (inaccessible) and fridge door requires a firm close to operate. Some of the door handles are broken - so not possible to fully close bedroom doors.
• Lolita (6/5): Good location, big apartment - Perfect location, nice view of the city even through restoration equipment, big rooms/apartment, full kitchen equipment (with oil/salt/pepper/sugar). There is old room equipment, uncomfortable beds (too soft), need to put heaters to get warmer, cold bath/shower, bad shower equipment, and no hairdryer.

• Pawel (6/5): Good location but some refurb needed to keep this accommodation fair priced. - Location is superb, close from underground stations and shops. Pleasant walk from London Bridge. Area looks and feels safe. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. City view from window were a great addition (we had scaffolding unfortunately when visited). Accommodation is spacious but need refurb in places. Unfortunately one of bathrooms was covered with mold between tiles and at a big part of ceiling in shower cabin. Shower holder fell off the wall (rusted screw). Water got cold after 2 people shower. Wooden floor looks very used and bulge in places.
• Sean (7/5): great location, near to Borough Market and transport, great sleep, good kitchen facilities - The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen was well kitted out and it was nive that there were things in the cupboards like tea bags and coffee It wasn't very stylish - more like a student flat kitted out at Ikea. There is a lot that needs tidying up like paint in the lounge, pictures for the hooks on the walls, new bathmats (they were pretty yukky), replacing the surround to the basin which is cracked, repairing the shower which is hanging off the wall, cleaning the grouting in the shower tiles, the floor isn't right in the hallway etc

• Giulio (1/5): Beware NO HEATING at the property! - The property Location is nice close to Borough Market, which our family always loved to visit. We were also attracted by the property size as it is quite large, making it ideal for families. Despite the apartment’s spacious size and great location, we were greeted by a bitter cold that cut our excitement short. Much to our surprise, we discovered that the apartment lacked central heating, and instead the owner had provided three small portable electric heaters that failed to offer any source of warmth. This situation made our stay at the apartment during November completely unbearable. This oversight, or rather, misrepresentation, not only spoiled our visit but also forced us to seek alternative accommodation, doubling our expenses and our inconvenience.
• Edwards (9/5): A great place so I’ll be back. - Great location and the apartment is spacious and clean. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were perfect since staying with an old colleague and mate. A TV or a small Bluetooth speaker to be able to chill more at the place would give the rating a 10/10.
• Sarah (10/5): A fabulous apartment in a super location. - Lovely spacious modern apartment with two good sized bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Two lovely bathrooms one en-suite shower and the other with a Lovely large bath. Washing machine and tumble dryer and Well equipped clean modern kitchen. Lovely views from the Juliette balconies in both bedrooms. Especially at night ! Wow! The location is fantastic. Minutes from borough tube station. There is a fabulous Italian deli round the corner to the left of borough high street. Great apartment and great location.
• Deirdre (10/5): A great find. - Spacious and well appointed. Two lovely bedrooms and two excellent bathrooms. Fantastic views over the city and a perfect location for exploring. Great facilities, far more than you would usually expect in a short let apartment. There’s work in progress on the building itself but that doesn’t impede enjoyment of the actual apartment.
• Gd1234 (9/5): Great stay. - The hosts provided great information for access, details about the property, etc., etc. The property itself was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. It met all our needs. The property was slightly tired. There were some lightbulbs/lighting not working and there was no TV.

• Alison (7/5): Great central location, easy communication with hosts, clean and comfortable. - Communication from host was great about keys for property and it was good that we didn't have to agree an arrival time. Property was very central close to Borough Market but very quiet. Property clean and good facilities. Comfy beds, a good night's sleep. Lovely view overlooking the Shard from main bedroom. Property a bit bland looking and could benefit from a paint but we didn't spend much time in it as we were out & about .
• Sophie (10/5): Super spacious and well appointed flat in a great location. Would definitely stay here again! - Really spacious, only 10 mins walk to borough market, responsive host/manager. So handy to have a lift when you have lots of luggage! We do didn’t need a tv on this short stay but as we travel with kids, it’s something we usually think of as a standard inclusion, particularly if we were staying longer.
• Manu (10/5): I would stay there again … - Great new spacious well designed rooms in a well connected area in London very close to London Bridge and metro station. Kitchenette and facilities made it special. Loved the collection of glass cups. Friendly and extremely professional organisers ( Andrei and Olga ). Will stay again !!
