Katarina (2/5): Nie wieder - Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, Duschablauf nur mit Hilfe von Pümpel möglich, Rolladengurt gerissen, ging nicht zu öffnen, Geschirrspüler undicht darum Küche überschwemmt, Matratzen großflächig fleckig, Überall Dreck, Gummi- bärchen, Wollmäuse usw.
Gerasimos (4/5): Very good house but with problematic shower - The house was very comfy and clean and had a lot of spaces. Clean towels, bed sheets and kitchen stuff like frying pans, pots, knifes, oil etc. The bathtub was clogged. When one person showered, filthy yellow water would rise up to the whole bathtub and it would take up to 30m for that water to slowly get drained again. I opened a ticket through the website for someone to come check it, none did.

Mariana Astapenkova (6/5): - В квартирі було чисто. Кімнати світлі,просторі. Але мінус те, що немає коридора. З вилиці ви відразу потрапляєте в кімнату. В душовій був забитий злив. Щоб прийняти душ,ми мусили стояти у воді. Про це було повідомлено сервісу. Але крім обіцянки все виправити, більше не було нічого зроблено. Я вважаю, що знецінює всі інші плюси і зручності.
Maria (6/5): Bestimmt nicht noch mal! - Für unseren Besuch in Berlin, war die Lage zur nahe wohnenden Verwandtschaft sehr gut. In der Küche war überhaupt kein Komfort. Fleckige Möbelstücke, defekte Rollläden, dreckige Fenster, nur ein Handtuch pro Person. In der Kaffeemaschine war Schimmel, ich musste eine Kaution auf meine Kreditkarte leisten, was ich bisher noch nie machen musste. Deswegen habe ich alle Mängel festgehalten, um nicht im Nachhinein für etwas belangt zu werden. Mit dem Vermieter habe ich versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, wegen der Handtücher, es hat sich keiner gemeldet. Da die Eingangstür um Erdgeschoss direkt ins Wohnzimmer führte, roch es sehr eigenwillig. Alle Fenster waren Milchglas, so dass man noch nicht mal in den Innenhof schauen konnte.
Mari (5/5): - Hjälpsam personal, snabba svar på frågor. Smidig incheckning med dörrkod. Väldigt dåligt internet. TV- tittande avbröts ofta. Vid en starkt trafikerad väg, bedvid ett sjukhus. Svårt att sova på grund av oljud. Förvirrande förfrågan om både tidig check-in och sen check-out. Lägenhet i orenoverat dåligt skick. Dåligt städad, smuts i hörnen. För högt pris för det du får.
Tina (8/5): - Ein bisschen aussergewöhnlich so direkt von der Stasse in die Wohnung. Etwas verwinkelt geschnitten aber es fehlte uns an nichts.
