Emmanuelle (1/5): Annulation de dernière minute inacceptable - Mon hébergement a été annulé alors que j arrivais à Turin. Une heure avant on m a demandé de payer les frais de taxes de séjour. Aucune explication et aucune solution de repli proposée comme de me payer un hébergement au moins jusqu’à ce qu un autre logement soit disponible. Pas non plus de possibilité de joindre booking. Je ne recommande pas car pas fiable du tout

Dusan (9/5): Excellent location, great connectivity, amazing food in walking distance. - Location is perfect. If you want breakfast, lunch or dinner so many great places all around. One of the main squares is just there and connections to Superga or Venaria are all great. Value for money is great. The check in and check out were as smooth as they could possibly be. Also, shower is the most Italian thing you'll see. Complete victory of design over function. I won't say more, so that figuring how it works is a puzzle game for you when you stay there as well. Two drawbacks. We didn't get access to the elevator, which you need a tag to enter. Secondly, the building is older and it's due a renovation, especially in regards to the floor/ceiling being bent. It's safe, just makes you a bit uncomfortable.
Oksana (6/5): The location was great but the appartment has many improvement areas - The location was great The heating system is very noisy which disturbs your sleep. You also hear all the noise from the neighbors and from outside. Some of the basic kitchen stuff was missing for example plates and cutting board.
