• Natalie (10/5): Fijn appartement op toplocatie voor zeer redelijke prijs - Fantastische locatie, net achter de boulevard vlak bij het oude centrum van Estepona. Licht, schoon, charmant en fris ingericht appartement. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn ruim genoeg, en het was lekker om een balkon te hebben waar je af en toe in de zon kon zitten. De bedden hebben een prettig matras, de douches geven goed warm water en er is voldoende opbergruimte. De wifi werkt uitstekend. Wat verder prettig is, is dat het appartement aan de achterzijde van het complex zit (het balkon, twee van de slaapkamers en de woonkamer kijken uit op het binnenplaatsje waar een zwembad ligt), waardoor het rustig is en je geen last hebt van herrie buiten. Voor gasten die minder goed ter been zijn is het fijn dat alles gelijkvloers is en dat er een lift is die je kunt nemen zonder nog ergens een trap te hoeven lopen. Dat we de parkeerkaart voor garage Zapallito mochten gebruiken was een fijne bonus. De eigenaar is uitgesproken vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert steeds onmiddellijk. Het bed in de master bedroom is niet heel breed. Het zwembad was in april helaas nog niet open (maar daarvoor was het ook nog te koud).

• Ruth (8/5): Very central location - This is a comfortable flat for 4 people. The location is very good within a short walk of the old town and also the port area. The beds were really comfortable and the shower (we didn’t use the shower over the bath) really good too. There is a fully kitted out kitchen with cooking facilities (which we didn’t use), toaster, coffee maker etc. We really appreciated the quiet location and entire block, at night. There were air conditioning units in the bedrooms and sitting room and I think you would need them as I found it warm in March. There are shower gels and shampoos in the bathrooms. Good towels. There was washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The free car park is about 10 mins walk but there is a very convenient car parking La Vina, one street away that is cheap and easy to find. The road isn’t the nicest but it is just behind the front. We really disliked the pillows. There is only one long one per bed. Not good if you like to turn it in the night. The front door key for the building is very awkward and we struggled at times.

Ideal location . There wasn’t anything about the property to fault Although the swimming pool was not as well looked after as the accommodation. However probably due to communal use

• Denise (10/5): A lovely apartment in the heart of Estepona . - Our host was very polite and friendly . He contacted me with the details for getting the keys on arrival and about the parking. Then he messaged us to make sure we had settled in , and sent a list of suggestions to visit and places to eat in Estepona. When I messaged about the car parking he replied straight away . We used the apartment as a base and only made tea and toast. We could have cooked meals there as it was extremely well equipped . The apartment was very modern, very clean and much better than a hotel . The beach was about 2 mins walk away and with children’s play area the apartment would be ideal for a family of four/five. The old town was a few mins walk too with lots of cafes, restaurants and clothes shops. Closer to home was a bar and a supermarket round the corner. The apartment had its own swimming pool and was cleaned twice- we did not use it expecting it to be a bit cold. There was nothing at all to dislike.we would not hesitate to recommend or to visit this apartment should we visit family again .
• SELENE (10/5): Ubicación inmejorable y anfitrión cercano y servicial - El anfitrión dispuesto y operativo en todo momento. Ha estado pendiente de si necesitábamos algo y estaba todo bien y contesta muy rápido si le consultas algo. El alojamiento cumple las expectativas y es tal como se ve en las imágenes. Limpio, con lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia con comodidad. Dispone de aire acondicionado en salón y en las dos habitaciones principales, además de ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, dos baños completos uno con ducha y otro con bañera, además de cocina con menaje suficiente y terraza con tendedero y todo lo necesario. La ubicación es inmejorable. Es muy recomendable, zona cercana a las zonas de interés como comercios o de ocio, con parque infantil y playa a escasos dos minutos a pie. Cuenta con una piscina en el patio interior. Además, facilitan un aparcamiento en una zona próxima al alojamiento. A pesar de que llevábamos la expectativa de que sería difícil aparcar, llevábamos dos coches, por lo que para el segundo había que buscar fuera aparcamiento pero no ha costado mucho aparcar por zonas aledañas. Lo recomiendo y sin duda lo tendremos en cuenta para próximas vacaciones. Gracias por todo. Únicamente revisar la mampara del baño con bañera, por lo demás el piso cumple con sus expectativas, incluso han mejorado aspectos que en comentarios anteriores indicaban los huéspedes (actualmente dispone de aires acondicionados en las dos habitaciones principales)

• Viktorija (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing - hosts, apartment, location. We really loved the apartment. It is spacious, there are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is designed very well, we loved all the details around it, it is so nice and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts are super nice and friendly, they waited for us and provided a tour around the apartment and sent some restaurants and cafes recommendation. They helped us find a parking near and leaving a bottle of wine to enjoy it when we got there is a nice touch, thanks! Location is very good. Don't miss this place when in Estepona, it is absolutely amazing! 😊
• Arthur (10/5): Large, beautiful, modern apartment in a great location! - This apartment is huge, beautifully decorated, and in the perfect area. It was larger than I required, but it was a great deal and I wanted to stay in this area so I went ahead and booked it. So happy that I did because it was a really lovely place to come home to each night after spending time at the beach or in the beautiful city. The beach is only one minute walk away and the center of town is about five minutes walking. Also, the staff is really sweet and very helpful. I managed to leave the apartment one day without keys and they showed up in less than an hour to help me get back in. Thank you guys so much for making me feel so welcomed.
