I was in room 1 , unfortunately there's a light bulb at the balcony which illuminates light into the room making it difficult for one to sleep it's like sleepin with lights on
- Dominika (8/5): Very good - The localisation is convenient. It is not very far from the old town - it is easy to get for example to Fort Jesus with a tuk tuk. The place is guarded. The room was modest but clean and comfortable. There was no hot water.

I never met the owner of the property, but her response over the phone was cool It is budget friendly The property is old, dusty curtains, openings at the doors encourages mosquitos who are resistant to the type of insecticide in use there

- Soeun (4/5): Disappointing - Staffs were nice Quality of tenant was a big issue. I've never had someone knocking my accommodation room door around 3am. A random guy was looking for a girl who stayed my next door. But I honestly don't know how he came inside. No body was at the reception and I had to call police at 4am since he was there for a while. I informed this to the reception but they just told me that my floor only had female tenants and they don't know what happened...
- Soeun (7/5): Good - There is a security guard so it was relatively safe. Location was good to catch a bus. I recommend this place if you have a bus to catch up in 1-2 days. Room can be cleaner

- Evangeline (6/5): Very basic but gives you what you need. - Location was great, a short tuk tuk ride to old Town, and the spice market but also the bridge. Good restaurant and street food options and a grocery store near by. The family room was very big with powerful fans, so appreciated in the December heat! Lots of plugs, strong wifi, and decently quiet despite being on the main road. Beds are pretty stiff but I don't mind that. The bathroom was only separated by a curtain - not a lot of privacy from the friends I was traveling with. And there was only one towel provided for 4 of us. No breakfast or food/water for purchase, and no Shampoos or hair dryer. At 9600 it was a little pricey for what you get, although it was high season.

- Oweke (5/5): Passable - The price the bathroom had no door and there was no reception desk. We had to call the number on the booking confirmation for someone to come and attend to us.
- Mahmoud (1/5): Very dirty rooms, ended up going to another hotel. - Early check during the night was possible The room was so dirty that we ended up going to another hotel. First of all the bed sheets had many different big stains. When we asked for new bed sheets we were instead offered a different room. However, in the second room the lock of the door was broken. Since we did not feel safe, we ended up going to another hotel (Suhufi hotel, which was a very nice hotel for a budget friendly option)
