Simon (9/5): Moderne Zimmer in Stadtnähe Modena - Renovierte Zimmer, schönes Gebäude, privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar, insgesamt ein gute Möglichkeit für 2-3 Nächte in Modena wenn man nicht auf Frühstück/Abendessen angewiesen ist. Alles bestens, der Lift ist zwar etwas langsam/schwerfällig, aber in einem altehrwürdigen Gebäude ist das akzeptabel.

Anton (10/5): Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in Modena - Am Empfang wurde alles super erklärt. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist es wert. Die Lage ist traumhaft, denn man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. 500 m zum Zentrum.

Odalarda mobilya eksik 2 Gece masası üzerine de 2 gece lambası koysalar çok iyi olacak . Kocaman odaya bir de bavul koyacak bir sehpa konsa eksik kalmayacak
Franka (7/5): Saubere, zentrale Unterkunft, leider etwas unzuverlässig - Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Man muss trotz Angabe der Ankunftszeit erst warten, bis jemand zum Öffnen des Tors kommt, bis dahin steht man etwas verloren auf der Straße. Kein Weltuntergang aber kann man sicher auch besser lösen. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon reserviert und bestätigt bekommen hatten, das dann nicht verfügbar war.

L' appartamento inoltre è nuovo e lo stabile apparentemente signorile, è ristrutturato. - L' assenza di personale in reception, ad eccezione del check-in quando si deve pagare - Lo specchio del bagno appeso in alto, era impossibile specchiarsi (sono alta 1.70 mt) - La mancanza di stoviglie (una sola tazza in una camera matrimoniale con cucina, nessuna posata) - La macchinetta del caffè solo in reception, peraltro non funzionante - La scortesia dello staff, non solo del tutto assente sul posto, ma anche intransigente sugli orari del parcheggio per l' auto (che preciso ha un costo a parte di 15 euro al giorno), poco gentili e per nulla disponibili - Il costo, eccessivo rispetto ai servizi che offre
Rallou (6/5): Κοντα στο κέντρο , με παροχές extra πληρωμή - Το μέρος που βρίσκεται, είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο Οι παροχές ήταν όλες με επιπλέον χρέωση , parking, μπαλκόνι , εξοπλισμό κουζίνας . Δεν το γνωρίζαμε. Δεν είχε ούτε νερό στο ψυγείο και ένα ποτήρι μόνο σε όλη την κουζίνα . Στην κράτηση είχαμε μπαλκόνι , αλλά εκεί μας είπαν πως πρέπει να πληρώσουμε extra . Ευτυχώς θα μέναμε ένα βράδυ !
Susanne (3/5): Stadt wunderschön, Unterkunft nur wegen der Lage empfehlenswert. - Die Lage war perfekt um den Dom und die Markthalle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der abgeschlossene Parkplatz war hilfreich. Der Mitarbeiter der uns empfangen hat, war nicht besonders freundlich. Er sprach nur italienisch und machte nicht den Versuch etwas zu erklären. Im Zimmer war nur eine Tasse und ein Kaffeelöffel vorhanden. Man sollte aber denken, dass bei einer möglichen von drei Personen mindestens auch drei Tassen bzw, Gläser vorhanden sind. Auf Nachfrage meines Mannes, kam die Antwort man kann sich die Küchenausstattung ja für 15 Euro pro Aufenthalt mieten. Als Zahnputzbecher nahm mein Mann ein paar Plastikbecher vom Wasserspender mit. Auf die Frage nach dem W-lan Code kam die Antwort, man solle sich an Booking.com wenden (dort dann nach 20 Minutenwartezeit aufgelegt). Ausserdem lies er dann meinen Mann einfach stehen. Der Mitarbeiter am nächsten Morgen war das krasse Gegenteil, hilfsbereit und gab uns dann auch problemlos den W-lan Code. Auch bei der Abreise war wieder der Mitarbeiter vom Anreisetag da, trotz Bitte hat er uns nicht das Parkplatztor nicht geöffnet. Eine weitere zufällig kommende Mitarbeiterin übernahm dann den Schlüssel und öffnete das Tor. Nur bedingt empfehlenswert.
daniele (8/5): - Host molto disponibile camera pulita vicina al centro di Modena, silenzioso disponibile il parcheggio auto anche se a pagamento. L unica cosa non c' era il consueto bagnoschiuma ovvero in bagno era presente un solo set nonostante noi eravamo in 3 . Per le mani però era presente il dispenser pieno. Poco male io avevo portato i miei saponi .. Se torno a Modena probabilmente riprenderò.

Carola (9/5): Super Lage um Modena zu erkunden - Tolle Lage, netter Empfang, schönes Appartement. Sicherer Parkplatz zubuchbar, das fanden wir gut! Im „Kleingedruckten“ habe ich vor Ort gelesen, dass man eine Küchenausstattung für 15€ dazu buchen hätte können- das ist uns aber erst aufgefallen, als wir leere Küchenschränke vorfanden. Ich finde, das könnte man sich sparen !!
Philippe (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité/prix et très bien situé. - L’emplacement, la propreté, les lits douillets, le prix…bref un peu tout au point qu’on pense revenir sur le chemin du retour :) Aucun ustensile alors que la cuisine est complète; même pas de tasses alors que café et thé sont offerts, incompréhensible ! Les lampes de chevet, il n’y en a qu’une et inefficace pour la lecture, incompréhensible !

Parcheggio interno a pagamento, colazione non inclusa ma possibilità di prepararla in camera solo se si ha l'occorrente con se, (nella nostra camera era presente frigo, cucina e fornetto ma mancavano stoviglie, pentole etc)
Gudrun (8/5): perfekte Lage - ruhig - sauber - Die Lage - neben dem Park & nahe zum Park war exzellent. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, ruhig und schön. Das Zimmer hatte eine Küchenzeile und es stand tatsächlich nur 1 Glas zur Verfügung. Dh. um die Kücheneinrichtung (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen etc ) muss man sich selbst kümmern. Not macht erfinderisch und so fanden wir im Coop Partyteller & Besteck fürs Frühstück. Ich würde wieder kommen und wäre auf die Situation natürlich besser eingestellt.

De kamer was ruim en het bed was goed. Alles was lekker schoon en fris. Het personeel was vriendelijk Er was een lift aanwezig . De volgende dag mocht de auto tot 12 uur blijven staan zodat we nog rustig konden ontbijten in het mooie centrum van Modena De verlichting in de kamer was erg ongezellig. De kamer had een keukenblok met kookplaat ,koelkast en waterkoker. Er was echter niks van keukengerei aanwezig zelfs geen beker of bordje

El trato del dueño genial, llegamos un rato antes de lo previsto y nos hizo el check-in sin problemas para luego volver y no perder tiempo. Guest (8/5): - Posizione della struttura davvero molto buona, praticamente in centro città. Ottima per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Dimensioni della camera giuste per due persone, con anche la disponibilità di un piccolo piano cottura e lavandino. Personalizzazione in più nelle camere, come per esempio dei tappeti e armadi aggiuntivi per il vestiario. Migliorerei insegna all’esterno dell’edificio che non rende subito chiaro la natura della struttura.

Bagno poco funzionale senza piani di appoggio e con uno specchio messo a oltre 170 cm, quindi inutilizzabile a chiunque sia al di sotto di tale altezza. Angolo cottura sprovvisto di tutto, presente un solo bicchiere, tra l'altro anche sporco. Bollitore inutilizzabile poiché non presente alcuna tazza, a questo punto meglio non metterlo. Un comodino sprovvisto di lampada, se i comodini sono due anche le lampade dovrebbero essere 2.C'e molto da rivedere, va bene giusto per una notte.

Stephen (7/5): Money Grabbing - Clean, pleasant staff, nice bathroom Have travelled the world, including Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and USA mainly BNB. Never have I been asked to pay 15 Euro for a frying pan and 2 plates, plus 15 Euro to use a nearly empty car park, even though my wife is disabled. This is just blatant money grabbing.

Laura C. (8/5): - L'albergo è vicinissimo al centro e la camera è spaziosa, c'è l'ascensore per accedere ai piani. Qualche utensile in più in cucina e dei piani d'appoggio per le valigie, farebbero comodo.

Nikoleta (9/5): Ιδανικό - Όμορφος χώρος κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης με άνετους χώρους και καθαρά τα πάντα ! Είχε πάρκινγκ ιδιωτικό έξω ακριβός από το καταλιμα σε ιδιωτική αυλή ! Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν ευγενέστατοι και μας βοηθούσαν σε όλα ! Ολα ιδανικά

Jessica (6/5): - Estaba en buen sitio. Que me cobraran un plus por los cubiertos y el menaje de cocina. Si tiene cocina se supone que tiene que ir provisto de cubiertos y menaje. El del hotel decia que ponía en booking... lo leí todo y no lo indicaba...me parecio una manera de sacar dinero.

It says in the description that the kitchen is fully equipped, but it is completely empty(no dishes, no pots, no cups, or glasses, no cutlery - nothing) - you need to pay extra €15 to get a box with mostly all you need, but it is simply not according to the description and very unusual for an apartment. 2. Air conditioning only reduces the temperature by maybe 3 centigrades and is not able to cool the very small room, so it is really hot inside. 3. It smells from the sewers. 4. Room for 3 persons, but you can only connect 2 devices to the WiFi... 5. Communication only in Italian...
