• paolo (8/5): Ottimo appartamento in affitto ma…. - Tutto perfetto, appartamento, mobilio, bagno, cucina ed equipaggiamento, letto, host, prezzo. La posizione, peraltro scelta da me per comodità al lavoro, si è rivelata un inferno per gli schiamazzi notturni dei giovani frequentatori dei bar della zona. Nemmeno con finestre e porte tutte chiuse. Se cercate Pavia per la vita notturna siete nel posto giusto, se avete bisogno di dormire perché il giorno dopo lavorate e vi svegliate presto, state alla larga dal centro storico.

• Peter (10/5): Tolle Ferienwohnung inmitten der Altstadt - Sehr große und schön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber. Gutes Badezimmer, schönes Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen, funktionierende Klimaanlage und ein freundlicher Vermieter - was will man mehr? Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen! Die Wohnung liegt über einem Club, daher kann es abends etwas lauter werden. Da das Schlafzimmer aber nach hinten liegt, geht es eigentlich. Sonntags und montags hat der Club eh geschlossen. Mich hat es nicht gestört, das ist eben so, wenn man mitten im Stadtzentrum wohnt. Lärmempfindliche Menschen sollten es aber wissen.
• Hodge (8/5): - It was super central. The owner was really kind and patient when we had a very minor issue with the hot water. Apartment was spacious and adequately equipped. Felt really secure. Overall positive experience. A few things to consider for future tenants: - Add a battery to clock above the front door - Include more than 2 mugs - Add some wine glasses - Provide dishwashing tablets - Provide sheets for sofa bed - Provide towel for third guest Please consider getting a more comfortable bed. It sags immensely and desperately needs to be upgraded.

• Dokotela (6/5): - The location is super central, everything is close. There is plenty of room in the apartment and the person who received us was super. The ac was extremely weak; the location is next to the Piazza so there was loud music and noise until the early hours of the morning. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. Shower head needs to be unclogged.

• Brian (8/5): Very good - The flat and the location were excellent for our purposes - and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. The shower needs some work! The water drains exceedingly slowly, resulting in overflow.
