• Karen (10/5): Loved our stay—great apartment, amazing views, and Looe stole our hearts! - Beautiful, spotless apartment with everything you could need, stunning views, and a fantastic kitchen (especially the amazing oven!). Perfect base for exploring Looe – we loved our stay and didn’t want to go home. There are quite a few stairs, which was tricky for me as I have a bad knee and hadn’t realised how many there were. As we travelled by train, taking recycling to a distant car park on departure day wasn’t practical, so we left it in the bin provided. The balcony could also use a little spruce up.

• christine (8/5): Lovely location, amenities a bit spartan, mostly comfortable. - The location was excellent, a bit noisy at night but manageable. Loved the partial sea view, thoroughness of the outfitted kitchen equipment. Management was a bit stingy with some basic amenities, like only one, partial, roll of t.p., one dishwasher detergent tablet, no hand soap in loo. Extensive directions for departure including wiping out the fridge, sweeping two rooms, putting all dishes away (which was not possible if breakfast was late and dishwasher had not completed its cycle.) Also, only one duvet on each bed which was too warm for summer nights some of the time. Needed a sheet or light throw, so bring your own. Whoever washes towels uses softener which makes them not as absorbent. Lastly, the deck/patio virtually unusable as the furniture and decking covered in bird excrement from the seagulls and pigeons that make their nests on the roof (very noisy at night and early mornings), plus the furniture was pretty rickety.
• Michaela (9/5): We loved our holiday in Looe it's a very pretty place to visit . - The area where the Decker apartment was very good. Just a very short distance from the beach and shops. The apartment itself was clean and spacious not noisy after a certain time. Thank you Decker apartment. There were only a couple of things that I could say spoilt our stay and the first was the stairs up to the apartment. There were two flights of stairs the first a spiral staircase then a very steep staircase. The second was the balcony which was not very clean. but then seagulls aren't very clean are they. We wouldn't have eaten out there.
• Lesley (5/5): Not a very restful weekend and would not return. - Comfortable and clean. A very well equipped kitchen. Needed an extra toilet. There are two skylights in the bathroom which the children found scary as there was a dead headless bird on one, and as it was nearing Halloween, did not make bath-time easy! The outside area was dirty and very tired and although a sign on the door said to please be quiet after 9:00 pm as it is a residential area, we were kept awake until 2:00 am with loud noise from a Nightclub immediately opposite the apartment!!! The property could benefit from double glazing. The roof was also noisy from the huge amount of pigeons and seagulls. The allocated car parking space was ridiculously far away, so chose to use a pay and display.
• Steve (6/5): A fairly good experience but could be magnificent if a little money was invested. - Nice position with decent view from balcony , kitchen was good with plenty of utensils, spacious with two communal tvs , well appointed. Property was a little scruffy , not bad but could go with a refresh ,Bathroom toilet was difficult to sit on as it was very close to wall no walk in shower only a shower over bath. Single bed in third bedroom was damp and smelt of urine. The dedicated parking space was essential but card provided did not work , I consequently got charged £14.90.
• Stratton (7/5): Fab beach apartment with a very central location - Great location walking distance to everything. Two sets of steep stairs to enter the property - fine for the younger members but our parents would have struggled to move their luggage alone
• John (9/5): Lovely location, great place to stay - Location is great - central in Looe and ideal for the beach. Welcome app and information was excellent, and a good idea Location near the hotel was a bit noisy Friday and Saturday nights. Roof terrace a little unkempt, and could be spruced up a bit. Apartment would benefit from a second toilet
• Stacy (9/5): Wonderful break in a lovely part of Cornwall staying in a truly lovely apartment in a perfect location. - The Decker apartment is set in an excellent location central to all amenities. It is very well equipped with modern features. The property is very comfortable with beautiful views of the sea. Would highly recommend to anybody wishing to stay in Looe. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

• Geoffrey (7/5): We will be back I think. - Our second visit and the view was as super as ever. Very well furnished and more than enough crockery, glasses and cookware. Our grandchildren have asked if we can go again next year. Only one refuse bag. No kitchen roll, one partially used loo roll. Only two dishwasher tablets (a bit mean). The balcony area lets this property down because it is desperate for an overhaul and clean. Shoes off at the top of the stairs but shoes necessary for the balcony and subsequently dirt, moss etc taken in.

• Peter (10/5): A fantastic place to stay in beautiful Looe - Spacious, modern, well appointed, couldn’t be in a better location, super sea views from the roof terrace. We’ve stayed in 100s of places over the years and this is easily one of the best Early morning seagull choir, but that’s not really the apartment’s fault, it’s at the seaside!
