• Cesar Eduardo (6/5): Hotel moderno y nuevo. - El Hotel aparentemente es reciente, por lo que la gran mayoría de las cosas son prácticamente nuevas, el edificio aunque parece es antiguo, tuvo su remodelación y los cuartos son muy comodos y estan completos. Los baños estan muy bonitos y modernos. Los cuartos cuentan con A/C y TV, es muy silencioso así que por las noches duermes super bien. El personal es amable y siempre buscan la mejor forma de solucionar cualquier situación que se presente. De los 5 días que me hospedé solo 1 día fueron a limpiar la habitación (el penultimo dia) y al segundo día me cambiaron de habitación porque el cancel de la regadera no estaba correctamente instalado. Es una puerta de vidrio muy pesada instalada en un soporte de aluminio, el cual se doblaba cada vez que abrías la puerta, y en un gran numero de habitaciones así es, me parece que no es el material mas adecuado para esas puertas. Los baños, aunque muy modernos y bonitos, tienen un piso muy liso, el cual tambien es un riesgo de accidente al tener los pies mojados.

• rivas (4/5): Normal. - Se encuentra en el centro por lo tanto fue fácil conocer los alrededores y conseguir transporte Es un edificio antigüo, se entiende el aroma del baño al ser tuberías viejas. Pero decidí reservar para no preocuparme por la limpieza en vacaciones lo cual fue en vano, hubiera reservado mejor un airbnb. Estuve 9 días y ninguno entraron a limpiar la habitación. La basura la sacaron por que lo solicite, igual el cambio de toallas. En la noche esta bastante solitario el sector, tratábamos de no volver muy tarde para no arriesgarnos. Las puertas no tienen una buena protección para el sonido, ya que se escucha todo, como si hubiera solo cortina, por lo tanto no se puede hacer ruido ya que de igual manera se escucha para afuera de la habitación. El personal fue amable, lo esperado, no un trato excelente.

• Phil2F (7/5): Belle architecture et proche des points d'intérêt - L'emplacement proche de la cathédrale, des animations, des restaurants, du métro. L'immeuble avec une jolie architecture, l'intérieur rénové avec du marbre. La douche spacieuse. La chambre fait 16 m2 en tout, pas 25 m2 Il n'y a pas de fenêtre (mais c'est mieux pour le bruit). Le bruit dehors et dedans. L'eau chaude de la douche est très longue à venir. Les serviettes sont élimées. On doit laisser 1000 MXN de caution.
• Scott (10/5): - beautiful hotel within walking distance of the Cathedral and lots of beautiful museums and art. we walked the city with our kids 12 and 9 years old. Taco stalls and convivence store withing walking distance as well. No coffee maker, water or ice on site, very minimal, but clean and would absolutely stay again. Excellent value. coffee!

• Richard (10/5): Above and Beyond - Hotel Atia is everything an American could want or expect in a 3 star hotel. The staff was gracious, housekeeping perfect and the entire property modernized in a beautiful historical Mexican historical building.
• Herman (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect. We felt privileged to live for a week in such historic building, which is tastefully renovated. Bed was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. We definitely hope to be back to visit this beautiful city. Maybe we would prefer a little coffee/water station in the historic lounge/hall area. Nothing else. 🙂

The outside might not look like a hotel but trust me it’s amazing, safe and staff is available to help. The price was great as well. You get wifi and AC which made the stay feel great. The location is great, 3-4 blocks from the centro and are close to many restaurants and location to view.

Air conditioning is a plus! During my first night, my room had a very strong sewer smell coming from the shower and sink. The staff resolved it by moving me to a new room. There was no smell there and had a great stay after that! -No drinking water, coffee/tea or food are offered

He offered to pay for the transport there and we never heard from him afterwards. We arrived to the room and the water temperature was extremely hot, I requested help and they didn't have a solution. Also, the water wouldn't drain so our bathroom flooded, we weren't able to shower..

• Avila (9/5): Pleasant and affordable accommodation located within walking distance to central historical Guadalajara. - Friendly staff and great location which is a bit secluded which allows for quite nights. No parking & no restaurant.

• Craig (10/5): Worth every penny! - Stunning boutique style quality hotel with amazingly comfortable and huge beds and perfectly situated for an easy stroll to all the beautiful attractions. The building and its architecture, especially inside in the hall area, was elegant yet felt modern. The property was immaculately clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The ambiance was calm and peaceful which aided for both a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the zona centro and for a fantastic nights sleep! ALL that for unbelievable rates!!! What more does anyone want? Would highly HIGHLY recommend. Bravo! The same as every other review - there’s no air conditioning. However, there is a wall mounted POWERFUL fan to compensate. My only gripe is that the fan was loud but certainly got the job done! There’s no signage which when initially arriving is a little hard to find but after that I preferred that it isn’t all branded as it added to an exclusive boutique feel.

• Vera (7/5): Room was an upgrade since we had a lot of luggage. Very spacious, new and clean. There was no place for taxi to stop or - It was clean, beds we comfortable, close to great Restaurants and close to the city center. Per management there were no rooms with bathroom on same floor. While we did have our own bathroom we had to go up a spiral, sharp edge staircase to get to the top floor to use the bathroom. Also the showers were nice and big but had very slippery tile which made caused a huge dangerous fall hazard when wet.

We had some issues with the toilet, but it was solved immediately, by providing us another room till the problem was solved. Good location. They were asking for deposit and a photo of my credit card which I was not very happy about... Otherwise everything was fine
