- Zacharia (1/5): - Honestly Nothing because the TV was not working,know news to search it listen to music, The Tv did not work buh I was told everything will be working alright,the WiFi connection bad too, someone at that moment can get strandand and there's no wi-fi connection or a TV , sometimes you need make sure before taking the money out of the guest account to check everything is operating on that specific room booked on the day.bevause it is not ideal of how you do things guys.

- Deon (1/5): Bad bad service, nobody even at the place to welcome you or assist with issues you have regarding the property. I’ve got - I liked the location, that’s literally it. I booked a room with a tv, when arriving there was no tv I called for assistance I was told maintenance will see what they can do and they have no other available rooms yet on bookings.com there was available rooms at the property and maintenance never came and the owners or whoever in charge never even got back to me and I work in hospitality they don’t know how to deal with guests or to satisfy a guest I think they don’t even care if you’ll give a bad review they not concerned at all about a guest being happy and I feel it’s false advertisement cause how do you book a room with a tv and get there and there’s no tv and this is the 3rd time I experience this I’ve booked twice at city club a different property of theirs and that happened but I have them the benefit of the doubt the second time and the same thing happened, now I try a different property of theirs and the same thing happens like this is my only issue with this place other than that it’s okay, oh and not to mention we heading into a winter season and they provide one thin blanket in the room, no heater or aircon.

We had to wait 20 mins for the staff to bring the 2nd rooms key. After we struggle to go into the place as there is no one there. The next morning someone tried to break in at 6am which we had to then leave in fear. Till today the guest house is yet to reply. Only bookings.com has reached out to me. The one room didn't have a TV

On the app, the cheout time is written 11am, but now they're telling me that the checkout is at 10 am. I was naked, and the cleaner got inside and did her job . Now I'm back home they've just deducted my money again. I don't understand

- Luvuyo (2/5): Not so nice - Clean I did not sleep some people came in there were more than 10 they partying all night until 5 am in the morning no one stopped them they were fighting and slamming doors and even knocking at our door, I would never book city club ever again there’s no security structure.

- Louise (1/5): Bad - We had a terrible time here. Two men broke into the property and somehow made their way to the back of the house and into the courtyard, where our room was. While we were sleeping the tried to come into our room, waking us up. Luckily I locked the door and they weren’t able to enter our room but it was still terrifying seeing them through the bedroom window where they were standing in the courtyard. We called and police and were escorted off the property at 3:00 in the morning. Absolutely traumatised after that. Oh, and I’m 7 months pregnant… Making the experience more horrific.

- Andrea (2/5): Very poor - Firstly the address I orginally booked was full and they moved me somewhere else.They moved me to 455 Albert Road Woodstock, also one of their properties.This was a bit of an inconvience.The lock is broken, even if you lock it, someone can still open the door.The room needs alot of tlc.The building is in a very busy and dodgy street.You can hear vehicles the whole night.No shops to buy food closeby, and nothing in rooms to prepare food in.Windows are broken and do not close properly.Can hear other guests.The bedding had a smell, not clean and fresh.Do not recommend.

- Yubaid (3/5): was ok but some things needs to be fixed like the pool for example and security to make guests feel safer at night espec - the shower was the best part very nice and eazy to use when we got there our room had no key the could have just gave us a different room instead we had to wait a hole hour before they finally found our key and then the cleaner still had to clean the room first also the pool was very dirty so we asked the cleaner and the supervisor if we could swim and they still said yes omg ! and there’s like no security anyone could just jump over and enter the building luckily it’s in a decent area
