• mayna (10/5): Acogedora - La zona y el equipamiento . Sobretodo los anfitriones Cristina y Roberto. Más amables y cariñosos imposible! Solo por eso vale la pena vivir allí.

Vrata od sobe se ne zatvaraju, balkonska vrata polomljeno staklo, i što je najvažnije krevet polomljen i skroz neudoban, da bi mogli da spavamo morali smo da dušek stavljamo na pod, nema susac u kupatilo za peškire, nema čiviluk, stolice na terasi nema, nema ni piksla, posudje nečisto, slab pritisak vode. Osoblje samo na italijanskom može da komunicira.

• Sharshunovich (6/5): Локация 10/10, соотношение цены и качества хорошее ( в соотношении с другими похожими номерами в том же районе во в - Во-первых, это расположение. В 5 минутах от порта на Валетту, 2 пляжа около , а так же Tigne point (великолепный обзор на Валетту), много ресторанов около, близко продуктовые магазины и торговый центр. Во-вторых, апартаменты с полноценной кухней, нормальным холодильником. И с учетом этих критерий адекватная цена В целом было чисто, был комплект (маленькое и большое полотенце) для каждого, так же было мыло, шампунь. 1. Отсутствие интернета 2. Слабоватая комплектация кухни (отсутствует мусорных ведер и пакетов, не было моющего для посуды и полотенец для посуды) в общем не хватало стандартных бытовых мелочей 3. Слабоватый напор в ванной в раковине и сломанный переключатель с душа на набор ванны (приходилось подловчиться, что включить душ )

• Anna (10/5): Pobyt był bardzo udany, wszystko co zaplanowaliśmy udało nam się zwiedzić. - Apartament przestronny i bardzo wygodny, można powiedzieć, że samodzielny, ponieważ ulokowany na ostatnim piętrze na którym nie było już więcej mieszkań. Kuchnia w miarę wyposażona. Dużym plusem była pralka i bardzo ładny, duży taras ze stołem krzesłami a także łóżkami do wypoczynku. W pobliży był przystanek autobusowy z którego właściwie wszędzie można było dojechać. Materac na łóżku był niezbyt wygodny, wyrobiony a łóżko skrzypiało. W kuchni brakowało ostrego noża a także nie było płynu do naczyń, ani żadnej ścierki, czy gąbki do mycia.
• Sudeep (7/5): Ok for a short stay - The apartment is spacious and has everything needed. The google map location is incorrect and it takes time to find the location. It's a bit of an uphill walk and the lift only takes you to the previous floor, so not so stroller friendly.

• Francesco (6/5): - l'appartamento è grande essendo un piano terra è poco luminoso, potrebbe ospitare anche 6 persone, toglierei la vasca da bagno per un pratico box doccia, inoltre il bagno deve avere accessori per poter appendere asciugamani e altro. La cucina dovrebbere avere una macchinetta per il caffè a cialde o capsule e mancano un pò di stoviglie.

The hosts are super nice, always available for communication and Cristina is a super sweet lady. Good hot water! For cold days it was awesome. The beds are not at its best but overall the value for the stay at the property in a privileged location and with the convenience of a full flat with kitchen is superb. Thanks so much!!

• Chriso1969 (1/5): Hell is better - Location Everything..didn't get the code foe the apt till 2 hours after booking the apt..we booked another hotel because of this.no answer to my messages for 2 hours and that was to inform me there was no water till the following day and the code for the door. Turned out no water 2 days so had to make do with showers in different hotels. Both kitchen and bathroom got flooded when the water came back in (I was out at the time) slipped and banged my shoulder on the doorframe causing me considerable pain..again contacted the owner to inform them of this and yes yiu guessed it NO REPLT WHATSOEVER..on the morning g of leaving the owner came up at 9am and told me I had to be out by 10am..then tried to barge i to the apt as im standing there with just a towel on me ready to have a shower (yes the water came back on VERY SLOWLY) and I had to push her and some guy out while I got ready..would I recommend this place. yes I would . Recommend to STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM HERE.

Took us a while to find the accommodation. We did not receive the email with the full address, and we needed codes, etc, to gain access. I sent a message and did receive a response despite it being late on a Saturday evening.

Dirty, very dirty, dishes dirty, floor dirty, cupboards dirty, no paper, no sponge for dishes, no trash bags, no soap, broken stuff, broken doors, the entrance door could be unlocked by any key from outside, bed was very uncomfortable.

We waited outside for an hour with no updates. Later, we were suddenly informed that our accommodation had been moved to a completely different location in St. Julian’s, without prior notice or our agreement. We never received any message or email about this change in advance. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and extra expenses for transport. The replacement accommodation lacked even basic essentials like soap and toilet paper, which made the experience even worse. Very disappointing overall. Poor service and lack of professionalism.

• Amira (1/5): Fraud! Worst stay ever! - Fraud ! Worst stay ever. The apartment was extremely dirty ( toilet, unwashed towels, bed, floor, walls, kitchen utensils..). I didn’t have internet. The owner refused to give me internet access. There was no hot water. The neighbours were extremely loud (music at midnight????)

WiFi issues, they lasted very long, hopefully the host changes supplier. A rug in the bedroom and a few home comforts would be great, but not essential.

The furniture was broken and the air conditioning did not work. In fact, we had to stack up books under our bed so that the beds doesn’t break further.

The enterance and the outdoors were so dirty, they represented a health hazard. Had we taken our smaller children with us, we could not have stayed in that facility.

• Richard (5/5): Basic functional apartment, in a good location for buses and ferry to Valletta. - The location was good for shops, buses & ferry. Apartment was reasonably spacious and functional. Communication regarding collection of the key was difficult and left until the last minute. On arrival the apartment hadn't been cleaned - had to wait until 4pm until this was completed. Balcony wasn't as per the advertised pictures - was very small, one chair, small table and also contained the washing machine; was overlooked, had no view apart from the neighbours and no we didn't use it. Apartment was functional, just needed a little TLC - ie no bulb in the reading lamp, no spindle in the toilet roll holder - minor details.
• Tamires (3/5): Great location - and that's about all - The location is perfect, near the ferry to Valetta, bus stations and supermarket. The staff, specially Gianpaolo, was very helpful. The cleaning leaves A LOT to be desired. There are blood spots of dead bugs on the walls, and we're not sure the bed cover was actually clean. Same for the fridge, which looked clean but was smelly. There was no toilet paper (we were told to go to the deposit and get it ourselves), no soap to wash our hands in the bathroom. The whole place is falling apart, the door handles are broken or non-existent, there's a lot of humidity and the tiles on the top of the bathroom wall are about to fall (HUGE danger for anyone who is under it when it falls). The toilet seat was not usable when we arrived, so we could not use it during our first night there. It's a shame such a well-located place lacks so much upkeep.
