• Paolo Freddi (10/5): - La casa está cerca del puerto de Arrecife. Su característica más destacada son las ventanas panorámicas, desde donde, en la segunda planta, se disfruta de unas vistas magníficas y donde desayunar y cenar de vez en cuando es fantástico. Justo debajo de la casa hay una panadería con excelentes croissants y pasteles. A 300 metros está el supermercado Spar, donde se puede encontrar pasta italiana, café, pan y un excelente jamón ibérico. En el centro de la ciudad, a casi un kilómetro, hay excelentes bares, frecuentados por los lugareños, donde degustar tapas y la clásica paella. Aquí se gasta poco. Pasando la iglesia se encuentra el puerto deportivo, donde hay restaurantes turísticos, un poco caros, pero que son un placer para la vista. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para quien está de vacaciones: una cocina donde cocinar, nevera, dos bonitas habitaciones con camas cómodas, y el salón con ventanales y un cómodo sofá, y una televisión donde ver Netflix o Prime. Todo está limpio. Nada más llegar, el propietario te entrega las llaves, que el día de la salida se dejan en la cocina: perfecto. Debajo de la casa hay un aparcamiento subterráneo. Por debajo de la casa pasa un autobús que lleva a la estación de "guaguas", desde donde se puede ir fácilmente a cualquier sitio.

• Jürgen (7/5): Prima Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick, zentral gelegen, mit guten Busanbindungen - Die Wohnung (Altbau, 2. Etage) liegt direkt an der Promenade, direkt am kleinen Marine-Hafen (der Hafen für die Seeschiffe liegt weiter entfernt). Die lange, schöne Promenade mit Palmen, Bänken, Cafés, Restaurants zieht sich von Playa Honda bis zum Seehafen und lädt zum Spazierengehen und Relaxen ein. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind vor Ort. Der Busbahnhof Intercambiador ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die öffentlichen Einrichtungen sind alle sehr gepflegt und sauber. ---

• Elke (10/5): Schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht - Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man hat Sonne von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang. Die Aussicht und Stimmung ist zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön. W-Lan ist sehr gut. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, auch eine Waschmaschine. Diego hat mich persönlich empfangen, mir das Appartement gezeigt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Er war bei Bedarf per WhatsApp erreichbar. Die zentrale Lage des Appartements macht alles fußläufig erreichbar: Supermärkte, Restaurants, den Charco, die Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften, den Strand, Fahrradverleih und den Busbahnhof. Ein Mietwagen war nicht notwendig. Das Busnetz ist gut ausgebaut. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich hatte teilweise Schwierigkeiten, die Stecker meiner elektronischen Geräte in die Steckdosen des Appartements zu bekommen. Die Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer passen. Die Geräuschkulisse ist auch nachts laut, durch Nachtschwärmer, Müllabfuhr und das Herausstellen der Tische und Stühle des gegenüberliegenden Cafés um 6 Uhr morgens. Ich konnte nur mit Oropax schlafen, was für mich völlig in Ordnung ist. Wenn man die Vorteile einer zentralen Lage bevorzugt, kennt man die Begleiterscheinungen und kann sich darauf einstellen. Lage und Aussicht machen alles Negative wett, so dass für mich die Vorteile bei Weitem überwogen haben.
• Antonella (9/5): - Se amate le zone lontane dal turismo di massa, questa sistemazione è perfetta. In pieno centro di Arrecife e posizionata direttamente sul lungomare. La vista dal soggiorno è stupenda e gode di un posizionamento ideale, per godere dell'alba e del tramonto. La casa è spaziosa, confortevole e silenziosa. Diego l'host è stato gentile e disponibile. Tutti i servizi sono vicini, bar, ristoranti etc e si possono fare delle belle passeggiate sul lunghissimo viale lungomare. Comodità perché vicina all'aereoporto, ma punto di partenza per visitare tutta l'isola. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliamo questo alloggio. Siamo stati sfortunati per aver trovato diversi giorni di maltempo pertanto anche in casa faceva freschino, ovviamente si tratta di casi veramente rari. La playa del Reducto aveva il divieto di balneazione. Il parcheggio, per non impazzire a cercarlo abbiamo optato per una soluzione a pagamento proprio davanti casa e alla fine è stato comodo così.

• Alina (10/5): Все понравилось! Рекомендуем! - Светлая квартира, рядом с пляжем и набережной, буквально в соседнем доме магазин Spar, кафе под окнами со вкусным кофе и пирожными. Хорошие кровати и постельное белье, разные подушки - удобные. Потолочные вентиляторы и красивый вид на океан. Рабочее место с хорошим интернетом, лифт в здании 👍

The view is amazing. Diego, the host, was super helpful with everything. We had a lovely time. There is nothing we didn't like.

• Zdenko (10/5): Skvelá lokácia a hlavne výhľad - Skvelé, priestranné, ubytovanie rovno v srdci Arrecife. Iba ten výhľad stál za to navštíviť. Iba minútku od pláže, reštaurácií či nákupných možností. Aj na to že úplne v centre, nešiel z ulice hluk. Aj keď nebola klimatizácia, veľmi ľahko sa da vytvotiť príjemný prievan na schladenie. Odporúčam.
• Pavol (8/5): Very good - Very good apartment, nice view on ocean through big windows. Apartment was really good equip mainly in kitchen. Each device in apartment was functional. Internet connection was fast suitable also for remote workers over PC (MS Teams,...) as was in my case. We were connected wi-fi, 5 devices at the same time. Regarding keys from apartment, we got them fast in 10 min since our arrival from Fernanda. City was also nice, many attractions, empty clean sandy beach without tourist, perfect for our stay with two small kids. Happy to come back again.

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - It is an absolutely amazing, bright, and spacious apartment, right in the center of Arrecife, about 5 5-minute walk from the beach and with amazing views of the ocean. The apartment is super clean and sunlit pretty much all day (living and dining area), and is modestly but very purposefully furnished with nice furniture. The kitchen and bathroom equipment is amply sufficient for a happy and longer stay with self-cooking. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. Access is also easy, one can use the elevator in the house (apart from the first few steps to the elevator). The location is also convenient as a starting point for trips around the island (anywhere 30-50 mins). However, you have to take into account that this is 2nd-floor accommodation right in the city, so it won't be an absolutely quiet residential area like somewhere a kilometer away from the center in a boring sterile satellite apartment town (Teguise). You have to take into account the sounds of the city and the surrounding life. Luckily, there are no big bars with live football broadcasts like in PDC or PB, but there is a great bakery right in the building with unbeatable pastries at 2x lower price compared to bakeries in European cities. There's a great Italian cafe across the side street and a hidden little bar just down the street. Rental car parking is available either on the advice of the apartment owner in the surrounding streets and abandoned areas between buildings (for about 50 cents to 1 euro tip for the local community people to help you find a free spot and park), or about 15 min walk behind the beach in a large free parking lot. There is also a large underground car park directly in front of the apartment building, but this is quite expensive (but ideal for first arrival and unpacking your suitcases for a small parking fee). Oh, and the best part at the end is that the host was absolutely amazing - great communication, lots of local tips, and always on call.

It is beside all facilities with a bakery, an ice cream parlour, cafes and restaurants all adjacent. The host (Diego) was extremely helpful and very kind. • James (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment and its accesibility to all the required facilities such as a great beach, a walk away from restaurants and public transport. The apartment was immaculately presented, bravo to the cleaner. The host was also fantastic at communicating and replying to questions and took the time to welcome us and make us feel at home in Arrecife.
• Steve (9/5): A spacious, clean apartment with amazing views and a great location in the heart of Arrecife. - Location and views were amazing Just a minor observation the living room could benefit for being a bit cosier at nighttime (sidelights,throws and more soft furnishings)
• Mark (8/5): Perfect location, just a little tired. - Location and views are amazing. Shop just around the corner as well as many bars and restaurants. Not to mention the fabulous beach which is only a short stroll. Beds are not the most comfortable, neither is the sofa which is almost impossible to get comfy on. Some of the fixtures and fittings are looking a bit tired, as is the building it is in. (Non of these comments would prevent me using this property again, only that I always offer a true reflection as to what I find during my travels). I have stopped in 3 different properties in Arrecife recently. This is the best located but also the one that looks the most used (Not sure that is a bad thing!).
