• うしさん (10/5): - ご厚意で部屋をアップグレードしてもらえました。より富山駅に近くオートロック付きの広く清潔なマンションの最上階でした。家電や家具もほぼ揃っていました。WiFiこそ見当たりませんでしたが、部屋に籠っているわけでもないので特に問題はありませんでした。イオンもコンビニもすぐ近くにあります。3人まで宿泊可能なようです。 なし

Very dirty. Only the bed seemed fairly clean No sink next to the toilet, and the sink in the room was an industrial dishwasher sink. A little odd.

• Ellie (8/5): Basic mini apartment with kitchenette in good location, could do with more cleaning and upkeep. - Lazy House is more like a series of small unit you can book than it is like a hostel or hotel. We didn’t meet anyone during our check-in or while we stayed. The unit we stayed in had some kitchen facilities so it was like a small self-catering apartment. We had two single beds that were small but ok. There is a heater and aircon, private toilet and shower, and laundry facilities you can use for free on the ground floor. Although most of the cleaning was adequate (sheets were freshly laundered etc), the fridge was extremely stinky of rotting fish, and an open bag of trash with food in it was left outside the door of a neighbouring unit all the time we were there. There was a wireless modem plugged in right next to the head of one of our beds, which is hazardous for health, and it had a sign taped to it saying “do not touch,” so I slept with my head at the foot of the bed to be further away from it! Lazy House feels like it is being run on minimal maintenance which is fine, but we felt this should be more reflected in the price. If you are a budget traveler staying 1-2 nights, There are business hotels and love hotels which would be cheaper with more facilities. For a longer stay, Lazy House May be good as the kitchenette enables you to prepare food. For people with access and mobility issues this does not suit as there are lots of stairs and no lift option. Before we left, we had to arrange to pay for our stay ourselves as the booking.com website did not take a fee and we didn’t get any communication about how to pay, it should be easy to set up Booking.com to take payment in advance. Non-Japanese travelers won’t be able to use local apps like Pay Pay, so we had to leave cash in a secure place. It felt like this should not be the guest’s issue to arrange.

• asuka (5/5): 値段なりか、それ以下かも。ほんの少しの改善でもっと良いお宿になると思います。 - スタッフの方が親切に案内してくださったのはよかったです。自転車を使わせてもらえるというのが何気に嬉しかった！ 施設としては良くも悪くも値段相応かなという感じです。宿の値段が軒並み高くなってる中、寝るだけだしと思ってお安く取れたのはよかったです。 安いから仕方ないけど、それにしたってもう少しなんとかなるでしょう、という点が多々あってそこがマイナスポイントでした。 私は女性なのでメイクをしたり鏡を見ながらドライヤーやヘアアイロンを使いますが、肝心の鏡がハガキサイズくらい小さかったり、偽物ミラーみたいな歪んで見えるタイプの鏡だったりで、身支度がとてもしにくかった。姿見をおいてくれとは言わないけど、A4サイズくらいの鏡が100円ショップで売ってるのでせめてそういうのでもいいから置いてくれ、と思います。あと11月末の利用でしたが、掛け布団がペラッペラ。。毛布もないから寒くてよく寝られませんでした(T ^ T)ストーブつけっぱなしは乾燥するし、季節に応じた寝具の用意は必要だと思います。快適に寝られるかどうかは一番大事。

• Ryan (8/5): Great room for a great price - The room was spacious and came equipped with everything you might need (TV, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.). The shower and toilet were very clean too. All of this for a very affordable price.
• YOSIMITU (1/5): 大変良い経験をさせた頂いた。高額なホテルより絶対に面白い。 - ５階建ての方を予約していたが隣の建屋に案内された。二階に3部屋あった。 準備できなかったとの事で2,000円(2泊）キャッシュバックされた。なので1泊4,000円で泊まれた。 部屋にテレビ、冷蔵庫は無かった。 入浴は一人用なので順番待ち。でも洗濯はできた。乾燥機もあった。 外国の人が多くいた。オーナーは丁寧に接してくれた。一生懸命頑張っていた。 これからも頑張って経営して行って下さい。次回は5階建ての方に案内してください。

• Ochoa (6/5): Buena ubicación, pero ten cuidado con las sábanas. - Llegué más temprano de lo esperado y me permitieron hacer check-in. Está bien ubicado, con paradas de autobus cerca. El lugar es amplio, con buena distribución de zona de lavandería, "cocina" y baño. No tiene hornillas, pero no fue inconveniente. Cuentan con microondas y jarra eléctrica. Tiene bonita vista al exterior. Las sábanas tenían manchas verdes, duras, pequeñas! Por lo que opté por no usarlas. Quizás no dio tiempo de limpiar bien por mi hora de llegada, pero hubiera preferido que no me dejen entrar al cuarto de ser así. Viajé en Diciembre, por lo que el cuarto es muy frío; sin embargo, se soluciona con la calefacción. Me tocó en el 5to piso y no tiene ascensor. Por mi no fue problema pero preveé si vienes con maletas pesadas.

• Miki (2/5): 次は違うホテルを探す。 - ロケーションは良かった。 コンビニも近く便利だった。 味のやよいというお好み焼き屋さんで夕食を食べたが、店主ご夫婦がとても明るく話しかけてくれて楽しかった。 ボリュームがすごい！ 駐車場についてもう少し早く連絡してほしかった。結局パーキングを利用して高くついた。 とにかく部屋の掃除ができていなかった。古くてせまいのは想定内だったが、掃除の下手な友達の家に泊まったような印象だった。 丁度マラソンの日と重なったため他のホテルが満室で取れなかったのだが、値段に見合っていない施設であったと言わざるを得ない。
• Pei Fang (7/5): 日式公寓民宿，性價比很不錯，方便自助旅人。 - 民宿老闆很客氣，因為提早到讓我們可提前進房間，還告訴我們可以使用腳踏車。房間是老式公寓，有小冰箱、洗衣機、烘衣機可以使用，對我們長途旅行的人很方便。位於巷弄內，步行10分鐘到大街上公車站，方便去主要景點，附近有商場與餐廳。夜晚很安靜。房價很實惠。 有些地方有灰塵，可能是房屋老舊的緣故。

Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt et en attendant notre chambre, un employé nous a emmenés au château en voiture. Le matin du départ, il nous a déposés à la gare. Linge de lit propre La vétusté et le manque d'équipements : 2 chaises pour 4 personnes, pas de verre, des toilettes basiques. Manque d'entretien : moquette tachée, siège bas taché, évier très usé, meubles sous évier abîmés. Serviettes de toilette trop petites. Futons très minces, peu confortables. Une rénovation de cette chambre familiale nous semble nécessaire et indispensable.
• Lorenzo (6/5): - La posizione è ottima, a circa 10 minuti dal centro e dalla stazione di Okayama. La pulizia è da rivedere, la polvere è un po ovunque. Inoltre non sono presenti riscaldamenti e questo fa di che l’appartamento sia molto freddo. Ci sono dei caloriferi e un condizionatore che funzionano ma emettono cattivo odore di bruciato quando accesi.
• Andrea (7/5): - Era un departamento para nosotras solas, podíamos elegir una habitación con camas o una habitación con tatami. Dormimos en el tatami y era muy cómodo. La ubicación está bien, es bastante cerca de la estación. La ducha y el toilette estaban limpios y tenían todo lo necesario shampoo, acondicionador y jabón para el cuerpo. Tiene una lavarropas de libre uso, se puede secar la ropa en el balcón si hace buen clima y sino tienen secadoras por 500 yenes. El lugar es viejo y está un poco descuidado. Si bien las camas estaban limpias faltaba un poco de limpieza, había esquinas con acumulación de polvo.. La cocina tenía heladera, microondas y pava eléctrica, pero no tenía tazas, vasos, platos o cubiertos para poder utilizarla cómodamente. No nos pudimos hacer ni un té. En la habitación de tatamis no había luz, ni siquiera unos veladores. En general la iluminación era vieja o faltaban las lámparas.

• jialin (9/5): 適合輕裝旅行 - 感謝老闆幫我們升家庭房，第一次住和風的房間很大，行李箱能攤開整理，有冰箱，廚房，洗衣機，設備很齊全 距離車站一小段路程 因為是比較舊的房子，管線聲音比較明顯 其它住戶聲音比較大應該也會聽到 沒有電梯，大件行李箱如果是高樓層會比較吃力

• Charlotte (6/5): - L’emplacement, la maison est jolie. Trop bruyant. On entend les personnes du premier étage marcher. Le matin ou nous y étions, une famille avec enfants était au dessus et cela nous a réveillé. Staff inexistant avant 16h et pas sympa apres 16h.

• Mihaela (3/5): Terrible beds and smelly, but cheap I guess - Good location and easy check in and out, the toilet was clean The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep whatsoever. The bed sheets smelled, the floor was dirty and there were no indoor slippers. The fan was extremely dirty and the air was very stuffy. I tried opening the window but the mosquito net was broken so a few mosquitoes came in. The lighting was also bad for doing makeup

• Knott-Fayle (2/5): Different property than described - Clean, large, and easy check in. The place we stayed was not the place described on the advert. We were put in a room about 10 minutes from the guesthouse, it looked like a recently converted shop front that had a large glass front onto the street. At the time of writing the property is listed on Google Maps as what looks like a club or a bar called I Fink A House. So it was very exposed (see attached photos), and it was not in a traditional Japanese building, and it was not riverside. It also had different amenities due to being a different place, there was no microwave, no balcony, no access to shared spaces (unless we walked back to the actual guesthouse I suppose), no breakfast included and the WiFi didn't work (see attached photos of how the WiFi always said no Internet access). All of this would be fine if I we knew this is where we were staying when we booked it and the price reflected where we actually stayed rather than the riverside guesthouse which was only where we checked in.

• Buse (3/5): If you’re looking for a stay to sleep only, you can book with ear plugs. The kitchen is useless - Beds are comfortable and it is central location. There is no other positive feedback. No kitchen items ( fork, plate,knife ) it is useless to have a kitchen with no equipments. We asked for a knife and no reply. We kept hearing other floors talking.
