• Dragana (1/5): Histerična žena koja vas istjeruje iz apartmana - Terasa(jer smo pušači) i pogled Objekt nije cist općenito Apartmanu je potrebna renovacija Sve je zastarjelo i smrdi Namještaj i ostale stvari po apartmanu su iz doba 2.svjetskog rata,na galeriji stari madraci prašine u slojevima. Grijanje ne radi klima na tavanu tako se nismo mogli ugrijati navečer . Posudje u kuhinji nemojte niti gledati . Ali to sve manje-vise i nije smetalo jer bi samo prespavali i Dane provodili po gradu Ali žena histerična koja vas ujutro istjeruje iz stana E to je vrhunac svega Check out je do 10:00,bili smo pitali dali je problem ostati još 30 minuta i rekli su da nije problem ali da će doći čistačica Dolazi žena na vrata,dere se,vrišti,prijeti da će zvati policiju 🙈znaci dno dna. Nabrzinu smo pokupile šta smo imale i brzo izašle dok je žena i dalje bila u apartmanu i derala se i bila bezobrazna Ja znam šta je posao i rad s turistima jer i sama sam cijeli život u tom poslu. Ovakvo šta nikad nisam ni čula da se nekom desilo a kamoli doživjela. Zamislite kakvo je to gostoprimstvo gdje ti uzmu novce i za kraj dobiješ nogu u dupe za sretan put 🤮 Šta bi bilo da si trebao pomoć od takvih ljudi? Tako da ja ne preporučujem ovaj smještaj jer nam je uništio odmor !

• Magnus (5/5): God beliggenhet og god service, men lav standard. - Veldig sentralt plassert. Kommunikasjonen med personale var svært bra og effektivt. Svært enkel inn- og utsjekk. Senga hadde behagelig madrass. Generelt lav standard. Dårlig dusj. Svært lytt fra gangen og til dels naboleiligheter.
• Patty (3/5): Buona la posizione, bella la vista ma per tutto il resto non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura. - Comoda posizione della struttura -check-in con pagamento in struttura impossibile se non pagando in contanti (non specificato in fase di prenotazione) -Accoglienza da rivedere; nessuna presenza dell’host e al nostro arrivo e la casa risultava poco confortevole perché fredda. -Al risveglio del giorno successivo ci siamo ritrovati in una delle camere e nella cucina con acqua dappertutto. Con il mal tempo l’acqua entrava dalla finestra della camera e dalla cappa di aspirazione del piano cottura -All’arrivo, inoltre, non viene data nessuna indicazione sulla connessione alla rete Wi-fi che abbiamo dovuto richiedere.

From the location to the room to the facilities to the price, everything exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend! Host was extremely helpful too, had a few minor issues on the first day and once getting his contact details, said he would be over straight away and instantly sorted the problem out. Couldn't recommend this place more! Only very minor issues, kitchen could use a microwave and maybe a toaster. Also missing the plug from the sink (unless I missed it). Also AC was making a noise but as said previously the host came over and instantly sorted it
• Rebe (1/5): Desastroso - Ubicación Camas incómodas, muchos mosquitos, sucio, paredes sucias y mal pintadas, es una pena porque está muy bien ubicado y tiene mucho potencial, no se puede cobrar lo q cuesta y no tener buenas instalaciones, no volvería.

• COLETTE (7/5): Séjour un peu speed pour apprécier totalement Venise - - Pas de petit déjeuner prévu De se trouver à une adresse fausse pas de bureau .. ensuite attendre un lien pour la taxe de séjour qu on a du redemander 3fois / pas de réseau échec d envoi - stressant quand vous êtes avec un enfant de 11 ans et que vous ne parlez pas anglais - après c etait tres facile mais pourquoi ce cirque faites payer la taxe de séjour en meme temps que l hébergement - en plus quand on appelait on nous répondait qu il ne gérait pas cet établissement - un cauchemar - les ustensiles de cuisine sont à changer poêles - cafetière trop petite pour 5 personnes - manque un toaster - on n a jamais pris de repas à l appartement excepté le petit déjeuner où on a pris du thé et le café à l extérieur ce qui a engendré des frais supplémentaires - on était venu pour le mariage de mon petit fils à l église st Georges et ensuite au Lido il y a des choses à réparer !! Glace porte salle de bain chambre droite - étagère sous fenêtre chambre gauche etc… cela ne nuit pas au confort mais c est dommage - l appt correspond en tout point au photo sur booking - il faut aussi prévoir 24€ en espèces à laisser sur la table en envoyant une photo ?? Pas habituée à ces pratiques !!! Néanmoins cet appt est à recommandé - spacieux et confortable -

• RACHELE (9/5): - La posizione è ottima, Piazza San Marco, Rialto e altre attrattive della città facilmente raggiungibili. La struttura è molto grande, con una terrazza con vista mozzafiato. Le camere ben attrezzate con due bagni e soggiorno molto ampio. Cucina ben fornita e molto grande. Personale disponibile e gentile Eravamo in cinque. Uno di noi ha dormito in salone. Il lucernaio è rimasto aperto e la mattina presto la luce entrava nel soggiorno disturbando il sonno. In casa non erano presenti indicazioni per chiuderlo. Apprezzo molto che il responsabile della struttura abbia accolto la segnalazione. Inoltre il bagno è solo nelle due camere per cui chi dorme in soggiorno deve necessariamente passare dentro una delle due camere.

Inattention du gérant à des détails important: Un seul trousseau de clefs pour 6 occupants; Aucune info disponible pour le WIFI TV non connecté. Important pour les enfants même si il n'y a "que des chaînes italiennes" Clean up des locataires precedentd tardif et après notre arrivée.

• Irina (7/5): Good - The best part about this Airbnb was definitely the location—right in the center of Venice, close to everything. The host’s communication was truly exceptional. He gave us clear directions on how to get there via water bus (super helpful!) and made sure someone was there to let us in, even though we were running late. Big thumbs up for that! That said, the apartment itself wasn’t quite as comfortable or clean as other Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. I shared a few issues with the host—like the AC not working well and a broken mirror—and he was very responsive and said they’d be taken care of soon. Overall, I’d give a 10+ for the host’s communication and hospitality, but the space itself could use a little improvement. Great for the location and support, just not quite five stars on the apartment itself.

The check-in process was smooth, and the host was extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the WiFi was fast, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The location was also fantastic—close to major sights, public transportation, and great cafes. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and conveniently located place, this is the perfect choice!

The beds were very comfortable and the view over the canals was very nice. Nothing, it was all great. Yes sure the lift is small but that's due to the structure of the city/old buildings not a fault of the property or anything else
