The customer service was wonderful, Marta was always willing to help when we needed it or always offered to give recommendations of where to eat or what to see, she made our stay in Porto worry free!☺️✨ Everything was great!

We think we set it off by shower but we are not sure. Needless to say, worried every time we took shower.

Wszystko wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach. W nocy nie ma hałasu z ulicy. W razie pytań lub problemów kontakt z obiektem jest błyskawiczny. W dodatku pozwolono nam zostawić bagaże na kilka godzin po wymeldowaniu w lokalu obok. Z pewnością tu wrócimy 😁 -
• Lise (10/5): Perfect accommodation in an excellent location - This place is exceptional! We were upgraded to a larger Studio at no extra charge and we did not ask for it. Marta always answered my questions very quickly. The apartment is impecable, very modern, well decorated, large in size, nothing is missing! We felt right at home. Location is also excellent, walking distance to every thing! I can’t recommend enough booking through Marta. You will not regret it. Not a single thing!

L’accès à la laveuse/sécheuse était un plus aussi ! Rien!

Nothing would love to stay here again!!

Cama de matrimonio perfecta (grande , cómoda y con varios cojines). Ubicación perfecta con muchos servicios alrededor. Buen aparcamiento andando 10 min. Al estar bien ubicado no es necesario coche. Al ser para 4 personas nos quedó bastante pequeño. El sofà/cama obstaculitza todo el movimiento en el apartamento a parte que es incómodo. Falta un lavavajillas y la mesa para comer es muy pequeña para 4. Es un apartamento ideal para 2. El último día vimos que en la entrada hay una habitación con lavadora (podrían informarlo para su uso)

Once you get your bearings, the studio is a great location to many attractions and walks along the beautiful streets of Porto. From the 1st day of booking Prime Studios, the communications and instructions have been exceptional. I hope to book again. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Porto.

• Miguel (10/5): Ideal para conocer Oporto - Está decorado con muy buen gusto. Todo nuevo y muy limpio. Cocina completa y baño de diseño. La ubicación es excelente, te permite ir a todos los lugares relevantes de la ciudad a pie (no más de 15 o 20 minutos). Ideal para pasar unos días en familia o pareja.

A glitch happened during the stay - the room door access code stopped working. We could not contact the property through booking.com messaging system or information. Somehow we found an email of property in a book they provided. She (Marta) immediately resolved the issue.

Close by to a lot of bars and restaurants, to the Old Town area as well. 20 mins walk max from the river. With good amenities to eat in the apt if you choose to. The bed was super comfortable, quiet area and with a common laundry room if needed. Central AC which worked perfectly and very comfortable overall. Highly recommended; Thank you!
• Maggie (8/5): Good accommodation in a great area of Porto - The door to the apartment is slightly hidden (and not immediately obvious). The location just behind the junction of two main roads is quite noisy but it’s really easy to get to the centre of Porto and if you don’t want to walk into the city the local bars and restaurants are great. We had an issue with the door code on arrival but our hosts were responsive and quickly made sure the issue had been resolved. Ordering a Bolt or Uber always proved to be a challenge because they couldn’t/ wouldn’t pull up on the road outside the property so we used the Arts Hotel across the road as our pickup location

The hosts replied to all our questions sent on Booking messenger extremely quickly and the check in instructions were clear. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. They also have a luggage storage available during the day of check out. Brilliant!! The ONE small thing that could have been better was a slightly faster wifi connection.
• Bobby (10/5): A great value for money option within easy reach of all the sights - The studio apartment was spotlessly clean, bedroom and bathroom were a good size and a small kitchen with all the essential amenities. It was an ideal base for exploring Porto for 4 days and within easy walking distance of all the main sights ( 10 minutes to the Cathedral). The staff could not have been more helpful, making sure I had all the necessary information for check-in and access on arrival and also throughout my stay, in case I needed anything. Porto is a charming city with lots to see, and this little studio offers great value for money for those wanting the flexibility to come and go as you please. Would definitely recommend.

One bedroom was listed but certainly not a separate bedroom, also a terrace was listed. In warmer weather this would have affected our stay .

The communication along the way was clear and helpful, the apartment was spotless, modern and very well equipped. It felt nearly brand new. The linens were crisp and clean and bed very comfortable. The apartment was well located and made for an easy walk into the town center and shopping area. I would definitely recommend and would return should my travels take me again to Porto.

• Meighan (8/5): Affordable, centrally located in Porto - It was very comfortable and despite being a small studio space for just 2 of us (a couple) it had everything we needed. It seems quite new with modern styling and a clever use of space. The location was not what I expected on arrival (it looked like a commercial office building) but we discovered it was very central to the Ribeira district (10 min walk) and there was a small supermarket and plenty of restaurant choices 1 block away. The communal laundry facilities were a bonus to have access to 🙂 N/A

The mattress is very comfortable which is very important after a day of walking in the beautiful streets of Porto The water flow in the shower is a bit weak but you can manage with it.

• Ho (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Good location, the accommodation is newly furnished. Either the chair or the carpet on the ground floor flat needs some attention. One of us got a few insects bites after sitting on it.

Only thing that needs to be added to the laundry room is a iorn which would help as we couldn't iorn our clothes after using the washing machine and dryer at the facility.
