• Georgia (6/5): Good location but shared accommodation was loud - Liked the bed - very comfy, good location. Parking was easy. No lock in the connecting door to the main property. It was pretty loud every night we stayed. You can hear a lot through to the main house.

The view from the terrace and even from the room was simply breathtaking, with all of Los Angeles spread out in front of me. Especially during sunset, it felt magical.🤩😍 The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, which made me feel completely at ease. The location is also perfect 🦅⛰️close to everything, yet peaceful and away from the city noise. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Always available and genuinely caring, which made the stay even more special. The bed was super comfortable, and overall, the apartment had everything I needed.

• Ramona (7/5): Aussicht top, doch leider ist die Unterkunft schon sehr heruntergekommen - Die Aussicht war phenomenal und das Bett war gross und bequem. Grosse, schöne Dusche. Die Unterkunft war schon ziemlich heruntergekommen und vieles war provisorisch repariert. Die Schränke waren leicht defekt, Gardinen hingen raus, die Mosaiksteine im Pool lösen sich, speckige Outdoormöbel und sehr schmutzig um die Outdoorpflanzen herum.

• Iryna (7/5): Great views, but not clean. - Location is beautiful, amazing view. Spacious room. This room is at the house occupied by family with children. There was no loud noise or crying, except maybe few minutes during the evening. But at about 4 AM we woke up from pretty loud noise that sounded like kitchen pots and maybe meat pounding? If you are looking for quiet and secluded this might not be the place, despite the quiet location. Room and bathroom need a good clean. Bed headboard had so many stains. Sheets had multiple yellow and brown stains. The wall by the toilet had yellow stains and splashes. Curtains that separated our room from the patio were ripped and didn’t close all the way.

• Joseph (6/5): Great location and view spoilt by the inconsiderate noise - Beautiful views over LA and a good location Very noisy from construction works constantly happening in the property at all times night and day. Also really noisy through the walls and ceiling from other guests and permanent occupants. The room wasn’t particularly clean. There was no kettle in the kitchen area. The lock on the door was very insecure if leaving the property.

• Vanessa (10/5): I highly recommend this room - I absolutely loved the location! The views are outstanding, the room is bright, spacious and updated. The bathroom and bed were clean and comfortable. The pool and patio are so nice. The neighborhood is fantastic. The owner was communicative and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again, the view and location made our trip extra special! The room door lock was difficult to manage but not a major issue.
