Guest Reviews
- Wood (6/5): A concrete smelly farm cottage too hot in a heatwave but clean, well equipped and friendly. - The property was very good, clean and had most of the things we needed available. The instructions on getting there were accurate. There was a lot of food available to eat on arrival and plenty of toiletries. It was wonderful having a toothbrush there. I have been known to forget mine in the past. The house keeper was very helpful and friendly and arrived as soon as we had managed to get in to tell us everything about how things worked etc. We found the property smelt very bad at first. We did not know if it was the proximity of the hen sheds or the septic tank. It did get better after we left the bathroom fan on all the time. We had difficulty getting in at first but we were a bit early. However there were several phone numbers on the arrival information and there was a response from them all. We got in after about 15 minutes and everyone on the other end of the phone was very helpful. I could not find a seive in the kitchen equipment. It would have been useful to have known about all the food available beforehand and to have the cupboards labelled. It was scorching hot the weekend we were there and we were uncomfortably hot despite the 3 fans that were provided which we kept on most of the time we were in. The shower control was loose and we couldn't change it from hot to cold.
- Wen (10/5): - Fully equipped apartment on the farm.
Clean and quiet. A beautiful area.
It's my second time to stay.
- Annie (10/5): Great location for driving into Witney. A super comfortable relaxing - What a fabulous place to stay so handy for visiting my friends in Witney. The key box system is straight forward, when you open the door the apartment smells gorgeous just like a spa. The bed is big and super comfortable and the shower is lovely. I have stayed in some apartments and they are far too small this one is perfect. Although not far from a main road it so quiet with ample parking. Nothing. Will defiantly stay again.
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Jemma (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (10/5): Very Impressed - Very clean, well stocked with equipment etc, and all those things you always forget (oil etc), plus bread and milk was handy for the first evening! My partner forgot her toothbrush - it wasn’t an issue there was one in the bathroom!! A lot of thought has been put into this property. It exceeds expectations on many levels.
Close to the A40 but road noise not an issue, good location for visiting Oxford and the Cotswolds.
I can’t really fault anything so had to give 10/10 frankly!
- Ann (8/5): Just what we needed -
- William (9/5): Lovely stay and great accommodation - The property had excellent facilities, was easy to pack and check in was stress free. The view from the property isn’t amazing but it is lovely inside and you will want to be exploring the area anyway.
