• Alexander (9/5): Lovely time in Cape Verde in an excellent apartment - LOvely property, excellent location about 10-15 minutes walk from Santa Maria. Very close to great beaches. Excellent swimming pool in the facilities. Sara - who manages the property - would do anything to help you and was very funny and good company to boot! You may need to think about replacing the mattresses as they are a little tired especially the single mattresses
• Sabrina (8/5): A refaire , merci. - La literie confortable, le canapé également . La décoration de l'appartement agréable. Le service de gardiennage et la piscine avec chaises longues et la décoration florale autour. Il manquait juste un micro-ondes et ça aurait été parfait!

• Maria Cristina (9/5): No stress a casa verde - Struttura accogliente ed abbastanza fornita, Wi-Fi con buona connessione, in un contesto silenzioso con piscina, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, a 2 minuti a piedi dal supermercato, due bar nelle immediate vicinanze, 15 minuti a piedi dal centro con possibilità di camminare sia sul lungo mare che passando dalla via interna. Potenzierei le luci delle stanze e sistemerei la porta del bagno.

• Astrid (10/5): Genial! - La ubicacion. El apartamento tenia todo lo necesario de menaje y otros( habia sal,azucar,algun producto de limpieza,toallas..) la comunicacion con Carmen fue es excelente. Todo perfecto
• Helen (8/5): - Everything you need provided. Books to read, staples in cupboards, candles, cooking equipment, lovely big pool. Grocery shop and restaurant next door was very handy. Good location, just across road from the beach. At the time we were there, the surrounding pool area had a trench dug up for works to pipework. No fault of this specific apartment, though.

• Maria Soares1979 (7/5): Poderia ser melhor - Localização Colchão quarto casal necessita de ser substituído. Noites mal dormidas, em virtude da falta de conforto do colchão. Cozinha sem iluminação suficiente. Porta de entrada apenas permite fechar com a chave no seu interior, se não for fechada no interior permite a abertura do exterior recorrendo ao puxador. Grave quebra de segurança.
• Jodi (10/5): I loved my stay at Casa Verde. It’s a few mins walk from the beach and downtown Santa Maria. - I loved the location and the set up of the property. It was wonderful to have a pool and grocery store and restaurant on site or very near. The management were helpful and checked in to see how my stay was going. I thought the price was high for the property and area.

• Sophia (10/5): I would definitely stay in that apartment coming back to Santa Maria, Sal - The hostess was very accommodating and kind! The apartment was light, airy and had all the utilities that one would need! Apartment, sheets and towels were clean! 24h Security doorman! Restaurant/pub in the building and mini market across the street from the building. Balcony with views of the large pool area. Double bed needs a top mattress.
• Caroline (9/5): Fabulous apartment in sunny Santa Maria. - Lovely apartment in good location. 5-10 minute walk from the main streets of Santa Maria & less than 5 mins from the amazing sandy beach. There's x2 convenient shops and bars right by the apartment too - there if you want to self cater or have a meal / drink out. The apartment was beautifully clean with towels ad bedding provided. The was a balcony overlooking the pool. Aircon was available + fans for bedrooms. Wifi was fast and efficient. We used the pool daily to swim / relax. Carmen met us to hand over the keys. She also arranged a taxi to collect us from / return to the airport. She is a superstar and is so helpful. Note that you need to pay on arrival in cash. As we travelled as x2 friends, an extra key would have been helpful so that we could do separate things if we wanted to. The front door was also a little tricky to open/close but I think Carmen noted that and was getting it fixed. By the 3rd day we had mastered the technique! Some info' in the apartment on what to do with trash / recycling (there isn't any recycling in CV) would have been welcomed - especially for guests staying longer. Note that Sal does have a mosquito issue. There was a net over the balcony door but next time I would take mozzy spray too!
