- fern (6/5): Pleasant. - The location was great, a short walk to a bakery and restaurants. It also was close to the lake and generally was a stunning area. The wifi did not really work which was very frustrating. We also thought we were booking a Japanese style room but did not end up with that.

Завтраки сытные и очень домашние. Кто-то из гостей видимо выбросил сильно пахнущий мусор и на втором этаже присутствовал неприятный запах, благо в комнате не ощущалось. Утром уже его не было.

- Lea (9/5): - I loved the Ryokan house type, it was with futon beds, tamami floors, and a little table with tea in the room. Mainly, we loved that the hotel had a private onsen (separate for men and women), for which we were given yukatas. We loved staying at Yamanako lake! We had a car rented. It should be taken into account that without a car it might not be an easy location. With the car it was great. Note - the common areas were quite cold (in February). The room was heated.

- Francesca (8/5): - La struttura era abbastanza pulita e molto carina, in stanza c’era anche una stufa che riscalda tutta la stanza, un frigo e kimono per usufruire delle terme. L’unica pecca i bagni condivisi e molto freddi d’inverno. La vasca termale non è molto spaziosa e non era molto pulita quando l’ho utilizzata. I muri sono molto sottili e se sei sensibile ai rumori può essere molto difficile dormire la notte, infatti non sono riuscita a riposare bene dal rumore. Lo staff ha preparato una colazione vegana come avevo richiesto. C’è la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette per muoversi dato che non è un hotel molto centrale. Muri troppo sottili

Douche commune (sento= bain commun )mais c’est écrit sans la description. Ouvert que le matin et le soir, faut le savoir. Petit déjeuner typique aussi. Très bon. Servit que à 8h. À 10-15min du lac et 20min d’une station de bus. L’odeur d’humidité dans la chambre.

- Karina (8/5): Nice accommodation in the beautiful Yamanakako - The location is amazing and the accommodation is beautiful. We enjoyed the Japanese traditional bath. There was not enough heating on the shared spaces. A fresh coffee machine would be great.

- kei (1/5): - チェックイン時間の遅れに融通をきかせてくれた事。 何ヵ月も前から予約し、決済も済んでいたのに予約がされていなかったり、お風呂の時間の説明がなく、チェックインが遅くなりお風呂の時間も遅くなる事も了承得てお風呂に入りに行ったのを従業員が知っていたのに、ボイラーが切られてしまいお湯がでなかった。入って間もなく従業員が帰ってしまい連絡もつかず何の対応もされなかった。がっかりです。
