- Carmen (10/5): A perfect choice for a comfortable and carefree stay in Rome! - We were a group of girls and had an amazing stay at this spacious apartment in Rome! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and perfect for our group — each of the five bedrooms has its own private bathroom, which made everything so convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped (even though we didn’t use it), and the fridge was very handy. The apartment is also within walking distance of many of Rome’s main attractions, which was a big plus. Communication with our host, Elena, was truly outstanding. She was always quick to reply on WhatsApp, extremely helpful, and even assisted us with arranging airport transfers. The area was quiet, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. -

- MARIA ASUNCION (2/5): Not worth the money - Location, close to Spanish Steps We stayed there for two nights in July during a tour with friends (including children). Washing machine did not work and manager did not manage to send someone to repair it; the electricity went off for hours the first night; following morning there was no hot water because the boiler went off with the electricity; some windows did not close well; the apartment was not clean enough and some mattresses were old/not comfortable. Last day of our stay we were asked to check out at 10am even if their website says checkout is until 11am.

Nice neighborhood great coffee shop downstairs. We really enjoyed it.! We loved everything! Just being from the US not used to using a dual washer dryer was the only issue we had otherwise it was perfect.

Permitted early access. Arranged for pick-up transportation at airport and transportation to train station for our departure. Facility was perfect for our group of 9 adults with five well-appointed rooms, a small kitchen and laundry facility and a wonderful shared space den and dining room. Centrally located and easy walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see in Rome. A single Washer/Dryer combo required 5+ hours for a single load. Very small nit in an otherwise amazing place.

Its location is ideal, situated near the metro station and numerous popular attractions. The neighborhood is safe and easily walkable, with many restaurants conveniently nearby. Anna, our host, was incredible. She arranged our transportation from the airport and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

She shared a list of her favorite stores and restaurants upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful, nicely furnished and big enough for our party of 9. We had a little bit of trouble finding the apartment once we arrived at the apartment building. The water in some of the bathrooms was difficult to adjust to the right temperature. The elevator to the apartment was very small.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms, which is a great convenience. The apartment was clean. Excellent location near the Spanish Steps, close to shops, restaurants, and all the major sights in Rome within walking distance. The host contacted us prior to our arrival, arranged transportation to and from the airport, and provided us with information and tips about Rome. The host greeted us at the apartment. Everything was consistent with the description on Booking.com. I have no complaints whatsoever. Some minor issues arose which the host promptly and efficiently resolved.

Great dining table suitable for 10 persons Good location She shower is in the bedrooms and it's difficult to have a shower if your partner is not a heavy sleeper
