Anders (6/5): OK stay, nice reception - The lobby was really nice looking Rooms are well equipped, large balconies (mostly with bad view and machinery noises) Nice soap bars and knives in the kitchen. Washing machine and heating system. The receptionist wasn't a bad person, he broughte a new glass when I found mine was already broken, he was pretty friendly, but he said some inappropriate sentences to me as a costumer (read the following part) You have to cross a junkyard full of old tires to get to the entrance. A cleaning platform was placed across the entrance in a dangerous position for at least 10 days. Noises from other rooms as walls are really thin. Dogs crying, people having some night activities until around 5 am. Noises from the rooms under renovation from 10 am to 6 pm. Noises from the AC system and exhaust smoke from the electric generator of the building next to ours. Even though the booklet in the room states the access to the gym is free, they will charge you around 15€ per day for accessing this nice but small gym (without sauna or swimming pool). No need to show them this booklet which is included in the room, they'll call you a liar. The receptionist (from nova) literally said what I was saying was just lies and stated that for the price they listed the room on booking, its was normal not to be treated like any other guests. You have to ask the receptionist (Nova) to ask him to pay for the television package, otherwise they don't pay the TV cable company and you can't access any TV program. You just have to give him the contract number on the screen a d he'll probably manage to pay the bill pretty quickly. Trash bags left by other costumers. Toilets of the reception. Heater not properly installed and falling each and day.
Darina (10/5): Мне очень понравилось - Красивая комфортная комната, ванная, прекрасный вид на горы. Есть немного посуды, чашки тарелки- удобно. Спасибо большое Tornike- я разговаривала с ним все время если что- то было нужно, быстро отвечал. Так получилось что я приехала гораздо раньше заселения, но меня без вопросов впустили в комнату и дали отдохнуть после перелета. Я очень благодарна🙏🙏🙏 Единственное, местоположение довольно далеко от центра, но зато близко к морю ( 5 мин ходьбы), и еще недалеко есть очень хорошая кофейня с вкусными завтраками (pure), так что было удобно в любом случае. Сходить выпить кофе и взять такси до центра

This place is staffed by unhappy, childish people who don't know what customer service is, ask inappropriate questions, and when you set personal boundaries, they let you laugh at them right in front of you, naively believing that simple things without flashy brands don't hide power and authority. They forgot that they are just simple function but their ego can’t take it..🤣🤡 They don’t respect people because they don’t respect themself. Such a big mistake from “big” brain... I was planning to send my employees on vacation to this place, but alas, they didn't deserve the money.

And they have proper furnitures and equipment(utensils, pot and pan, chopping board, knives etc.) for cooking and dining at home, also the view from the balcony is nice. It’s great that I can use a private washing machine in the studio. Location is good too, very convenient, and relaxing vibes overall. There were several constructions going on in the building at the moment, so in the day time sometimes I can hear the noise because I’m next to one. But the owner is very nice, and managed to help me to change room. After that the noise is not bothering anymore.

Elena (7/5): - Раннее заселение сделали. Багаж при чекауте разрешили оставить в офисе. Невысокая стоимость номеров. Красивое лобби здания, есть кремоа, диваны, бар, и мири коаорктег - столешница с розетками. Как я понимаю, это лобби отеля Steps, которым можно пользоваться. В здании на 3м этаже есть спа. За доп.оплату. Море в 2х минутах от корпуса. Рядом тц с супермаркетом, фудкортом, и приятным рестораном. В 10 минутах пешком Batumi view с несколькими приятными кафе. 15 минут пешком до аэропорта. Там можно мешать прикольные фото, взлёта и русалки самолётов. И в целом эта часть города, набережная довольно малолюдны и приятны для прогулок. 1. Забронированный двухкомнатный номер с видом на море нам не предоставили. И то, как расположен корпус, наводит на мысли, а возможен ли там вообще вид на море? мэМоре перекрывает здание отеля перед корпусом. 2. Отдельно представляет собой номера на 4м этаже здания. Очень холодная спальня, в которой встроенная система кондиционирования и прихожая с санузлом тоже. Спасал только кондиционер в спальне с двумя отдельными кроватями. Одежда и обувь не сохли (были дожди), тк 75% номера были оч холодными. 3. Уборка была обещана ежедневно. В итоге не было ни разу. Мусор в номере не выносили. Полотенца не меняли. 4. Также был обещан кофе в капсулах, но что-то не сложилось. Про воду и чай тоже пришлось напомнить. И на следующий день по умолчанию это опять не сработало - воду не принесли. 5. При минимальном заселении в межсезонье это абсолютно посильные задачи. Менеджменту есть над чем работать.

Alex Nagornov (9/5): - Perfect family stay with stunning sea views! We stayed at the Steps complex as a family of four and absolutely loved it. The management team was super responsive and caring. The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the seaside, park, and mall. Our 27th-floor penthouse had breathtaking views and a large terrace that became our favorite spot for morning coffee. The apartment was quiet, spotless, and fully equipped - fast Wi-Fi, A/C in every room, big fridge, washing machine, and coffee machines. Highly recommended for families visiting Batumi! The only thing we’d change is the mattress - a bit too soft for our taste (though that may be personal preference).

Elena (7/5): - В целом все было окей, но есть свои ньюансы. Я бы сказала что это 3 звезды, а не 4. Мы снимали пентхаус. Красивый вид, но очень ветрено и ветер ревет в окна сильно. Адмцинистратор приятный и старался выполнять все просьбы быстро. Завтрак можно взять за 45 лари. Но я бы лучше советовала пойти в другое кафе, так как завтрак очень посредственный и дороговат что того что предлагают. СПА стоит 30 лари. Есть финская сауна, хамам и бассейн на улице плюс лежаки. Приятное место, но уточните чтобы бассейн работал. На кухне нет всего необходимого (нет специй и масла - элементарные вещи. Нет духовки и микроволновки - хотя и в описании их тоже нет 😅). Уборка не предусмотрена (хотя мы были там неделю) и нет никаких средств для того чтобы мы сами убрались (ведро, швабра, тряпка хотя бы?). Уборку можно заказать за 40$ (дороговато если учесть что убираться сильно не надо и мы только спим в номере). Нет сейфа - таскали ценные вещи с собой. Кровати не удобные - очень мягкие и ты вечно проваливаешься. Постельное белье очень дешевое и не самое приятное на ощупь.

На балконе нет кресел, шторы грязные.. точно второй раз не выберем

I was told that the room was designed for 4 guests, but there were 2 sets of bedding (1 for a double bed, 1 for a single bed, 1 set for the sofa I had to ask for) and there were only 2 sets of towels, which is also strange for me. On the second day the door handle to the shower broke, once there was no light for about 20 minutes, once there was no hot water for about 2 hours

Yelisov (4/5): Spacious room and nice balcony, but overall the stay was uncomfortable due to poor maintenance, unclean facilities, and - The apartment was spacious, the balcony was comfortable, and having a washing machine was very convenient. The hotel is located right next to a sewage river, and the surroundings are not pleasant. Around the building, there are many old tires scattered to block cars from parking, which looks very unappealing. There are only two elevators for 27 floors, and sometimes one of them was out of order. Most of the time we had to wait a long time for the elevator and then squeeze inside like sardines. Another guest even told us he once got stuck in the elevator. In our room, the electric stove did not work at all. If an amenity is provided, it should be functional. The electric kettle was disgusting — full of coffee residue and mold. It was impossible to clean or use it. The cups and mugs were also dirty, some even with lipstick marks on them. I also noticed that many balconies had a drying rack for laundry, but ours did not. Lastly, although it’s not directly the hotel’s fault, it’s important to note that in this area of Batumi there are frequent water supply interruptions, sometimes lasting many hours, which causes a lot of inconvenience during the stay.
