- Abby (9/5): Awesome boat - Incredible staff! Gorgeous room and bath! I’m a vegan and was sooo well catered for! Good itinerary We did 2 nights but most people do 1! During our stay we were the only ones doing the 2 nights so we were transferred to a different boat for the 2nd day which was a bit unexpected but it’s was ok just not our favourite!
- CARLOTTA (10/5): Relax nella baia di Ha long - La crociera é ben organizzata, lo staff super disponibile. Devo dire che anche il cibo non era male. Abbiamo fatto la crociera di 2 giorni, la baia di halong é molto turistica, ci sono molte imbarcazioni ma merita la visita. Abbiamo visitato una delle grotte più grandi al mondo (Sung Sot), abbiamo visitato qualche insenatura in barca e avvistato qualche scimmietta. Tutto perfetto

- Michael (10/5): Excellent value ! - The ship is perhaps a little dated, however this is fantastic value for money and really worked well for us as we took 3 rooms. A key standout was the quality of the itinerary. We saw a number of alternative providers, but Aqua has an excellent itinerary, covering off major attractions in a relaxed and fun way.

- John (10/5): A really lovely cruise experience - The aqua elegance is a beautiful boat, slightly less cabins than in their other ships meaning less people on board. Fun activities and unbelievable views. Staying in one of the premium cabins means you are under the top deck where children tend to run around playing (means lots of thuds above you) was in no way a deal breaker but worth being aware of.

- Ranjeet (5/5): Overall 3* experience - 🙂 Staff was great and very accommodating , pick up and drop off from Hanoi in shared minibus’s was comfortable. Day drip to surprise cave was nice. 🙁 Room was worn with lots of wear and tear, scratches on floor boards, in the bathroom the shower doors appear to have been removed and replaced with a poorly fitted corner jacuzzi resulting it the shower water falling outside the tub.

- Mong (10/5): The staff were very welcoming, fun and efficient. The whole tour was very well organised. Daniel and team did an excelle - The cruise was comfortable and the rooms were generally well maintained. There are ample seating areas to chill and enjoy the seas breeze The bath tub and jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise but a bit difficult for more seniors like us who have a bit of trouble climbing into the tub
- Fred (8/5): Great way to see Ha Long Bay - We had a great time on the boat for one night, we had a great time exploring Ha Long Bay through a number of activities! Our highlights were chatting to Daniel (our tour guide) whilst squid fishing (though unfortunately we didn’t catch anything) and kayaking in the morning. There are now a lot of people coming to explore Ha Long Bay so expect activities to be crowded but it’s worth experiencing for the views. There is nothing tours / cruises can do about this but if you are booking please be aware this is a super touristy spot - no matter who you book with you will end up in places with hundreds of other tourists.

- Norbert (10/5): Exceptional - The cruise ship was beautifully, the staff were excellent! Very attentative and friendlyand organised itinerary. Make sure you book a room with Sea view view as this was a highlight for us. Participate in the cooking , kayaking , swimming as this makes the cruise more enjoyable. Sunset on top deck and sunset drinks were great. We really enjoyed the activities they provided such as kayaking, swimming, down time, happy hour and spring roll making and squid fishing. The spread of food was impressive and covered a wide range! Really enjoyed our time would highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and seeing the sunrise from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation, and I will definitely be booking another cruise with this company soon! Nothing
