Direkt am Meer, perfekt für ein Wochenende Viel kleiner als auf den Bildern, besonders das Bett, Licht hat nicht funktioniert, wifi auch nur manchmal und wir mussten eine Stunde warten um reinzukommen weil der Vermieter nie vor Ort ist.

- Mikael (1/5): Awful experience - Location I don’t recommend you this property AT ALL! First of all, the pictures you see are completely fake and commercial and when you enter the property you will be shocked! Firstly, the rooms were not cleaned and the curtain was on the floor when we entered. Secondly, it doesn’t have an elevator and you should take something around 30 sharp stairs while carrying your luggages to reach the room. The shared kitchen was very old and unorganized. The bathrooms were super small and the interior deisg was the worst thing you can imagine! It also lacks the parking space and the landlord was also not friendly to us. In overall, just do yourselves a favor and skip it in my opinion.

The transfer/transport people can’t find the place and google maps don’t take you directly to place. Can maybe send clear instructions on hoe to find the place.

- Tony (8/5): Located in the heart of Bitez seafront. - Location is everything and this is in the heart of Bitez. Walk out of the door onto the beachfront. Meli is an excellent host and takes care of all your needs. Pillows weren’t very comfortable, but not a deal breaker.

The environment is pleasant. There are many restaurants and shops around. I really enjoyed! Nothing. Everything was really good

- Kimberly (10/5): Location, Location, Location! - The most amazing location! Steps from a beach with crystal clear water. Meli, the manager, was so helpful. He helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. Meli is in the process of remodeling some of the rooms. The room I stayed in was so bright and cheerful. The apartment has a small community kitchen and a large rooftop patio.

- Jade (6/5): Pleasant - Location was perfect, in the heart of the strip of beach bars/restaurants. The photos are very deceiving; the place wasn't the cleanest, rust on hanging rails, floors were dirty, kitchen was filthy (toilet and sink were clean, along with the bedding). Our room was facing the noisy car park, no terrace/balcony (which it states in the description). We were given hand towels instead of a proper bath towel. One lady who was staying at the accommodation and looking after the place was very inconsiderate, coming home late, speaking extremely loud on her phone, slamming the doors and even leaving a mess on the roof terrace with her cigarette butts.

- Gabriel (4/5): Less than average - Honestly the location was great Everything else was just so bad, tiny room, old, shower didn’t even have a handle to put the shower head, the clothing rack was old and broken. and yeah they try to tell you that is because they have a great location that they don’t need to improve anything else, they are still charging crazy prices and they could at least buy a new cheap clothing rack… there was even dirty underwear in the kitchen

- Tony (8/5): Perfect location. Lovely view from the rooftop - Wonderful location. Walk out the door straight into the beachfront strip of restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the stay! Would’ve loved a small fridge in the room, but there was a communal fridge so can’t complain.

- Daniele (6/5): Good location but really small room - The room is right in front of the sea and the view from the terrace is beautiful. Bars and restaurants are really close, but during the night it’s really quiet. The apartment is incredibly small. The announcement said 20 m2, but this includes the terrace (I guess) which is bigger than the room. So that in the room is literally impossible to open a luggage on the floor! The announcement should have been more clear about this. Also, the online pictures look way nicer than the real house, which has stains on the walls and falling pieces in the bathroom. It’s not a big deal, but one should know where is going to stay.
