- Collano (10/5): Good stay and recommended. - The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there. The location is also near to establishments. And the host is also very kind to let us stay before our check in time for free as we arrived a little bit early. Overall, i dont have any problem with my stay here. Nothing.
- Ulrich (6/5): - The service of staff (John?) was great. He helped us with the luggage and getting a new gas bottle when the old one ran out of gas in the middle of cooking. We liked the duvets. Floor was sticky everywhere. Noises from the streets made it impossible to sleep in the front room. A/C was very loud also. No hot shower in the downstairs bathroom. Installation of the toilet in the upper bathroom was inconvenient due to the brickwork in front of it.
- Dustin (10/5): - I like that the property had hot water. As a westerner that used to hot showers this was very nice and it was reliable. The gentleman hosting us was friendly. I locked my keys in the apartment and he had a spare to unlock the door. We also had a vehicle which they have a spot available for and he would open and close the gate when we would come and go if they were around. There was a very welcome sign and decoration when I arrived it was very friendly and I appreciated it. The gentleman around the hardware store John was great. An extension cord for the toaster electric kettle. That’s more of a suggestion.

The moment we arrived at George’s Residence, we were already touched by the thoughtful small welcome gifts — sobrang sweet na gesture na nagpa-feel sa amin na parang nasa bahay lang kami. This is already our second time staying here, and both experiences were truly wonderful. I was with my Swiss fiance, and he absolutely loved the place because it’s super comfortable, peaceful, and really feels like home. Gustong-gusto niya yung room, and especially the complete kitchen, perfect para makapagluto kami ng favorite meals namin instead of buying fast food. The location is also a big plus para sa amin kasi malapit lang siya sa Osave at sa talipapa, kaya sobrang convenient mag-shopping ng fresh ingredients without traveling far. The place is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Kuya John also is very kind, approachable, at laging handang tumulong, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, George’s Residence is the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended, and we will surely come back again. Sa uulitin💓

- Marry (8/5): Overall, i will still recommend this place. My family and I was comfortable for four nights we stayed here. Thank you so - This apartment is spacious and homey vibes, kitchen is fully equipped. Great value for money and location. Quiet and safe. The bathroom is not that clean and no wifi upstairs, there’s a TV but no signal or channel can’t use it at all.
