• Lisa (8/5): Comfortable and well priced - Had a couple of issues and the response was very fast and helpful. Super clean and nicely decorated. Loved location and instructions to find place and get in were vey easy A couple of bathrooms were pretty small and for larger people hard to use.

• Federica (8/5): Comodo e funzionale! - Perfetta per noi che eravamo in 7. 4 camere con 4 bagni ci hanno decisamente reso la vita più semplice. Il salotto molto carino e conviviale e carina anche la vista sulla piazzetta davanti. Letto comodo. Ottimo servizio di self check in. Nei wc non si può buttare la carta igienica, questo ci ha creato una situazione abbastanza di disagio dovendo usare i cestini. Cuscini abbastanza scomodi (il letto invece molto comodo). Non facilissimo da scaldare nonostante gli split in ogni stanza.

• Mariana (7/5): Boa localização, apartamento extremamente limpo, cômodo e com loiça à vontade. - Localização, limpeza e espaço. Uma das camas fazia muito barulho, o AC de um dos quartos estava avariado e portas que rangiam.
• FULVIA (8/5): - Ottima la posizione a pochi passi da tutte le maggiori attrazioni, camere accoglienti con ognuna un bagno privato anche se di dimensioni molto ridotte ma con tutto il necessario. La posizione è eccellente. Purtroppo sotto all’alloggio c’è un club che rimane aperto tutta la notte con un via vai di gente e schiamazzi fino alle prime ore dell’alba

• Gail (3/5): Good location, poor management - The house is remodeled and in a good area. 4 room, and 4 bathroom. Small rooms, but super cosy when you have multiple family members Air conditioning was awesome ! - The code to the door did not work, had to have a key, got only 2 sets for 8 people. Called and sent messages multiple time, did not get the extra keys. This was also a dishonest communications - as the company provided an app to download, but apparently the system does not work in the building, known to the company but not communicated to me (or not really mitigated with extra keys neither). - Another surprise: The apartment was just on top (1st floor) of a construction area in the city. We could not access the street, and had to haul our luggage, and it was non stop noise from 8:00am in the morning. Real construction noise. This was not communicated when booking the house, and not even a sorry or a bottle of wine or chocolate just to say - we know it is terrible , but we appreciate your business. - No windows in most of the rooms. Bottom line: the managing company and their people very dishonest in comms, everything has a fee there, and handling of the case really poorly. This was supposed to be a super pleasant stay with grandparents, kids, and grandchildren altogether (and a small baby) and it became more stressful, noisy.

• Terence (10/5): Exceptional - Family and friends traveling to Madrid. Was great with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. hard to get used to the small bathrooms kitchen and not having a dryer. other than that, it was great fantastic location.
• Elizabeth (5/5): Nice place to stay with small inconveniences - Location is perfect, lots of cafes, supermarkets around 24/7 one as well. Bathrooms are very small, even though all bedrooms have each. One bedroom does not have the window :(( The hot water was not enough for 8 people to have a shower. So we've been queueing :(
