- Moise (8/5): - So Nice
- Jaren Collins (2/5): - Currently renovating No heat in the middle of Winter. Not notified they was having an issue

- Sabrina (7/5): Overall the hotel and staff were very good and I would come back. - The staff was great and very accommodating. The room was very clean and smells great. The hotel heater broke and we had to wait until it was fixed and then the water pipes broke and we didn’t have any water.
- Ohaver (10/5): Amazing, will definitely be back - Everything was absolutely perfect for me and my family 10 out of 10 recommend The elevators was a little scary but that's it
- Christina (10/5): -
- Medcalf (10/5): -
- Dillard (10/5): - Staff very friendly, Everything was great especially for the proce and deals
- Lori (1/5): - Nothing The hotel had an infestation of roaches! Got moved to multiple rooms just to have the same problem. I never been so grossed out in my entire life. Then they have a sheet that states they charge you for everything used. What the hell! Let's get it together and do better.
- Susana (4/5): It is not possible to sleep when you know that your car is parked where drug addicts are walking around. - Location was great. Front desk guy was very helpful. Outdoor lights were in great condition No bedbugs. Toiletries were there. Outdoor: I saw people in drugs outside, walking on the parking lot the whole night, I also saw cars that made rounds around the parking lot (not security) without any reason. There was a security car parked at the dmain entrance, but nobody was there. The car was still there the next day, in the same place with no driver.
My room: some towels were not properly washed, and my bed cover had a very small red spot (like blood). It was clear that the cover was washed but the spot didn’t go away. The chair had a white spot that I don’t really want to know what was that. Coffe maker was broken.
They took $50 for deposit. I really hope they give me my deposit back soon.
- Angela (1/5): I keep staying and paying money but haven’t received 84 back from de - I just like it not sure why even though they still owe me money back on another night in may Roaches the last day I was there
- Guest (1/5): It was horrible!!!! - We left before breakfast was served. heat was out, light flicked on and off in bathroom all night, alarms going off in hallway, someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night, gun shots outside, sirens outside
- Jimmy (1/5): -
- Ryan (10/5): - Respectful There was no heat
- Lorin (1/5): -

- Hubbard (1/5): Don't Stay here!!! - Nothing really. The only true feature was the location from there to my destination. First, let me say the price was great! Secondly per the photos that where posted of the property are COMPLETELY MISLEADING. While II can understand renovations, This was very bad. There also multiple roaches that I saw. This WillNOT be a return visit as I also belive they had resident who live there who treat the property poorly to onto of the conditions. I recommend closure and and a TOTAL OVER HAUL of this establishment.
- Casey (1/5): Terrible disgusting not ever happening again. - Nothing it’s all so terrible the whole property is a trap and the picture online make it look way better than it could ever be. Everything. The rooms had problems with them broken things microwaves didn’t work smoke detectors falling off walls. They even had ROACHES all throughout. Further more it’s a heavily used drug hotel. One of our rooms had burnt foil in it that the hotel employees refused to clean for 24 hours of us being there.
- Görel (10/5): Bra stop på road-trip! - Perfekt för en övernattning när man är på road-trip ! Tyst och lugnt. Fanns inget att anmärka på.
- Jessica (2/5): - Cockroaches badly an they lied bout having a inside pool an breakfast they don't have either one like they said they do an its nasty there don't get a room there its nasty
- Seth roy (2/5): - Had to be moved do to bugs in the bathroom vents looked like they havent been cleaned in years cobwebs on the ceiling
- Willam (8/5): - There were many things to like about this place. Once it is fully restored then I think the rating will go up. My main issue was that it was clear renovation work was being done.
- Perla (4/5): - Towels were dirty, place was not in best looking conditions, saw a cockroach in the lobby
- Stéphane (6/5): - The area.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The place was not in the best condition. I did not stay.
- Harris (6/5): -
- Matthew (1/5): Indy hotels is filthy with cockroaches. - Nothing The conference room thats been under 'renovation ' for over 10 years now ive learned. It shouldnt be advertised on booking.com if its unavailable. False advertisement.
Cockroaches. Filthy. Request refund.
- Christopher (8/5): - Was actually an ok price.
- Hilde (3/5): Et hotell som var helt ok å sove en natt på. - Så pent ut utenfra, og ser greit ut på bilder. Det meste. Møkkete rom. Vond seng. Stusselig hotell. Insekter på badet. Såpen i dusjen var brukt.
- Brian (4/5): Comfortable Bed, Questionable Location - It is what it is. A low budget hotel just to get some rest and move on. The location felt sketchy at best; however, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were plush.
- Corey (2/5): - The pictures advertise are far from what we got there were bugs fresh blood on matress we later found out that the whole bott
- Verified traveler (2/5): Nope - We didn't even get out of our vehicle to check-in and stay. We had someone attempt to solicit us in the park9ng lot as soon as we parked.
- Moriah (2/5): - there’s always weird people hanging outside of the hotel all day
- Caitlin (8/5): Nice simple and cheap - Very nice and accommodating. Great staff Bad area
- Chelci (2/5): - The room I was in had cockroaches climbing all over the walls
- Joshua (2/5): - Run down and dirty hotel. Holes in the walls.
- Donna (6/5): - The sign on the outside says a complete different name. There was trash in our hallway and trash can for hall was full!! Our toilet seat was bot put on properly! Went to do my laundry and the dryer never got Hot! Coffee in the room was gross. Breakfast was to go only with no option for a different drink for kids. They had homeless hanging out around the hotel!! We had no control of ac in our room
- Victoria (2/5): - Didn’t even check in
- Dominique (2/5): - Horrible
- Jackie (1/5): -
- Michael (4/5): - Get what you pay for. Mold and roaches. "Breakfast" is snacks and the pool is no longer maintained. But is right next to the expressway and REALLY cheap. If you need a place to sleep and only that, this will work.
Also the staff was rather helpful.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid at all costs - Front desk was super nice, but the room had multiple live bugs in many locations, the floor was also incredibly dirty and had unknown substances stuck/dried into to the carpet. The bathroom was disgusting. This was honestly the worst hotel room I have ever step foot into. We stayed enough to take pictures and immediately left.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel was in far poorer conditions than the pictures implied, with portions of the ceiling missing in the entryway, stains in the bathtub, bugs were in our room, and when we arrived to our room we discovered that our door had been taped open so that our door wouldn’t latch shut ( we removed this immediately upon discovery).
- Arron (2/5): - Stunk, everything was broken inside the room. They even had a sign of what things costed. You couldn’t get the sheets dirty or they charged. Don’t recommend staying
- Caesar (8/5): - Clean inside. Scatchy area.
- Brooks (4/5): - Breakfast was a joke, muffins, and a banana, and yogurt. The staff will charge you for anything and find any reason to keep the deposit. They charge 20$ for a towel and say it's stained before even trying to wash it. Same with sheets and pillows. Yet we're not 100 percent white from the beginning. They take it from the deposit and without saying anything wait until the last minute and will tell you a day early to check out or pay the deposit. Then say you have to pay for another day even though you originally already paid for it. Then try to charge twice as much. Their horrible and rude. Not all of them but most. Aside from that it's actually a decent spot. I just read a lot of the reviews and alot of posts were complaining about stained or dirty sheets and towels etc. Which confirmed that when I told front desk I originally received them that way he acted like I was lying and charged me for everything. And before washing them and in front of other people trying to check in. This was a night shift employee. He was very rude and we paid for a month and wasn't any kind of trouble but was treated like we were. I'll not be coming back and intend on letting as many people as possible know they are scammers. With that being said the other night shift employee was wonderful and kind. It's too bad the others aren't like that because it could have been a great place otherwise.
- Amanda (2/5): - We checked into our room, showered and tried to go back to our car to get some things when the door handle broke off the room door. The night manager tried to switch us rooms but they had roaches. We started on floor 5, room was clean and no issues before the door broke. Floor 3 is a whole different story. Bugs, ruined carpet like there was a fire or something bad happened. He took us to 3 different rooms and they all had issues that we could not overlook. If you don’t mind a congregation of people in the parking lot or roaches this is a cheap place that’s convenient to the interstate.
- West (7/5): - Sounds like they just bought it maybe 6 months ago or something like that so they are crying to upgrade Soon as you get into the room there is a price sheet for every single item that is in the room
Mandatory housekeeping everyday if you refuse you are told you have to check out
If you get anything on a rag towel blanket sheet they charge you outrageous prices
It was a Sunday I just worked 6 days in a row needed a little rest. So my two kids were playing in the room. I got up and we left for Sunday dinner with the family. I got back and my key did not work I went back to the main desk and they demand it another $100 for more deposit cuz my room was dirty it only took me 5 minutes to clean the room maybe half a Kroger bag of trash and they demand it $100
How they do housekeeping is they trip the beds and throw everything in the hallway
The day after I checked out they calling me and said that they are going to press charges on me if I don't return a sheet Yes I said one sheet
- Jessica (4/5): - My room had cockroaches and only scalding hot water in the shower. Don’t let the pretty lobby or decent customer service fool you, this is still a low quality place to stay.
- Williams (10/5): - Customer Service N/A
- Kendall (8/5): - Room was clean and comfortable, staff was great, responsive and friendly. Only complaint not the best area if you are traveling alone. Close to fast food and highway.
- India (2/5): - They did not have a breakfast like you would think a hotel would. They do not have people who clean the hotel rooms. There’s a lot of homeless people or a lot of people who live in the rooms and have the whole place smelling like weed. It’s very run down. The phone for the hotel room does not call down to the front desk. There were not enough towels. And the front desk person made an issue about giving us some. My key didn’t work after the first night. I would not recommend this place and I wish I could get a refund.
- Nikki (2/5): Just Say NO!!! - It was horrible!!! Bugs everywhere! My daughter would have rather slept in the car!!!
- Eddie (8/5): - The stay was enjoyable, however the outside needs some serious renovation. Hopefully they’re working on that next as they appear to have renovated the rooms and they look great. Despite the previous reviews, there are no roaches or bed bugs at this location!
For the price I paid, I got more than I expected so I was very pleased. That being said, if you don’t mind the exterior, it’s a great place to sleep especially after 10+ hours of driving.
- Khalli (1/5): Roaches in the bathroom. DO NOT BOOK - NOTHING. TERRIBLE PLACE ROACHES.
- Alyssa (2/5): - I was so upset and appalled. I almost canceled reservation but was worried about finding room last minute away from home. The hotel is under renovation. The pictures posted are missing some real Visual truth.
- Dominique (6/5): - Umm pretty great staff the room was ok until I seen bugs and stuff on the bathroom walls but we were only there for a couple days justor some rest but for a cheap and quick stay it was ok
- Sheryl (2/5): - Gave a room that hadn’t Eve been cleaned and ac and tv didn’t work had to ask for different room and got attitude from front desk staff
- Dominique (6/5): - It's ok
- chris (2/5): - The hotel is run down and dirty, the outside falling apart and only the name of the former hotel is on the building with no sign for the office.
Outside is a Bad neighborhood full of pimps and prostitutes even during the day, many transients roaming around the parking lot, many drinking.
Inside the rooms advertised a king bed but instead it was 2 full size beds. The TV was small, the air conditioner did not work, the drywall was missing under the sink in the bathroom, the tub did not drain and was FILTHY when we checked in. This hotel is barely habitable and Not safe ! I gave it 1 star because they did in fact refund most of our money. I DARE You to stay here !
- Elisa (1/5): Bad -
- Carlos (3/5): Poor -
- Abigail (10/5): Exceptional - Prostitutes and drug dealers ALL OVER the place
- Micki (10/5): - Clean. Excellent staff
- Fanessa (7/5): Good -
- ANUROOP (10/5): - Great front office staff
- Tija (6/5): - The staff was incredible friendly but our initial room didn’t have a/c and there were fruit flies coming out of the bathroom sink. We told front desk about the a/c and they gave us two rooms with king beds because they didn’t have any rooms with two beds available anymore. So the staff was very kind and made up for the initial bad experience.
- Jeffrey (4/5): There are better hotels in the area - The hotel was “under renovation” so the building was subpar but expected for the price. The main problem is the area it’s in. There were people in the parking lot all night and it is a noisy area.
- Tichina (8/5): - A/C did not work
Homeless people standing outside
- Lydell (2/5): Warning - This place is a dump. Really bad neighborhood and the room was trashy and uncomfortable. Beeping smoke alarm and broken door handle. We did not stay the night.
- Tess (4/5): - Not safe for children.. homeless ppl hang out during late hours. bugs, hot room as no AC…. Definitely no breakfast.
- Lorenzo (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (4/5): Judge a book by it's cover - The lobby and the room was fairly clean. The man at the front desk was super kind.
No breakfast was served as advertised. There was no markings on the building to even know if you are at the right place.
The pool and spa was empty. Elevators and hallways need some cleaning.
Needs mass attention!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Great staff poor hotel - First one did not have air conditioning so they moved us to another room and we saw roaches in both rooms, but the staff issued a cancellation that I’m waiting for refund now so I may do a update if I don’t get it the staff is great. Also it’s a residential hotel as well. But staff was great that was the best part.
- Wankeshia (2/5): Very poor - It looked nothing like the pictures. The walls and carpets were stained. There was no AC, so the room was burning up hot. The shower looked old and gross.
- Aliasgar (10/5): - It was Ok
- sierra (2/5): - They got bed bugs
- Abdou (4/5): - Not happy
- Myesha (2/5): - Only read this review if you have self respect or a self image. If you do not, you’ll think the hotel is fine. If you do, I would not stay here. We saw two roaches, had no ac in our room during a heat wave, plus encountered several creepy people. We used a wet wipe to clean the remote control and our wipe was literally black after doing that. The water in the shower was only scorching hot during a heat wave and our bedding/linen was run down.
- Alexis (2/5): - Staff was friendly & they aeem to be trying to renovate. But there are a ton...i mean a TON OF CONS. First, there are people that hang out outside of the doors all hours of the night that are homless. We had to be switched rooms because the bathroom light wouldn't stay on,A/C barely workes..we stayed hot and muggy in the room, the tub was clogged, no cold water at all just straight scalding hot & the shower head started spraying everywhere to thw point i thought it was going to come off.
Got switched to another room and we thought everything was good...all except the A/C was still really bad. Woke up the next morning and had little tiny bugs crawling on ME. I came home and I now have SCABIES!!! I CALLED THE HOTEL AND HE ACTED LIKE HE JUST DIDNT CARE AT ALL. Stay at ypur own risk! I definitely would not bring children here at all.
- Miller (1/5): Disgustingly dirty and had roaches - The lobby was the best part dude. The property manager is ignoring my emails. The place was distracting and had roaches.
- Cory (6/5): - Air-conditioner didn't work-room hot. Room and hall smelled like smoke. No ice. 'Full English breakfast' was apple, banana, a small granola bar and small muffins in package. Large crack in outside widow-displaced with part pushed out. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure good. Easy check-in late night. Didn't try internet. Trash in parking lot. Shady people hanging out in parking lot.
- Leonardo (2/5): Avoid this place and its neighborhoods. - Nothing. It’s old. They never fixed my room even though I kept asking for it. Dangerous neighborhood , weird people always hanging in front of the hotel.
- gabrielle (2/5): - This place was not only disgusting cleanliness wise, but the rooms themselves were run down. There was graffiti in the room, the air conditioner did not work, there was no wifi, the shower made me feel dirtier after getting out. The building on the outside is literally falling apart.
On the outside, there were drug deals happening in the parking lot. Prostitutes with tasers they would point at you and trigger if you walked past their car. It was the worst hotel I’ve had the displeasure of visiting.
- Chase (2/5): - Rooms were disgusting. Stained couches, floors, sheets. Room was musty and the ac barely worked. Front desk was very helpful though and gave me a refund
- bruce (8/5): - Good experience
- Jeri (4/5): - Under construction. Fairly new owners so conditions may be being worked on. Our evening desk clerk Rom (not sure on spelling) was awesome. He tried really hard to help.
1st room hot. No air conditioning. He took us to 3 other rooms and no air working in any of them. Rom did tell us that the storm knocked out power before our arrival and the air might have been affected but he wasn't sure. The next evening he told us the power outage apparently killed the air and repairman was coming the following day. He did however offer a fan for us the first night which did help a lot.
Then our smoke detector kept beeping, so a new battery was delivered and installed but it kept beeping so the battery was taken out by us but Rom put in a repair request.
Then in the morning, I went to put water in the coffee maker and when I opened the lid, there were what appeared to be a few noodles in it. I took it down to the desk clerk and he said he would get a clean one up to the room later. One never was brought up and the smoke detector never got fixed. Rom however that evening brought us a clean coffee pot.
Next we asked about coffee as it advertised English breakfast. No coffee and no breakfast seen. When we commented on our way out about breakfast, we were asked if we wanted some. Apparently they have boxed breakfast behind the desk that you apparently have to ask to get it. Don't know to ask, if you don't know its there.
- Anthony (6/5): - This hotel has no amenities, their idea of a breakfast is a joke, it is a run down, unclean, hardly maintained mess outside of the room.
The room i was in had been updated slightly and was nicer than expected. Staff was friendly at the desk,
- Ron (6/5): - No breakfast as promised, under renovations air wasn't that good.
- Obeb (10/5): - Good
- Kayley (2/5): - This hotel was most definitely not as advertised and considering how much i paid i was very upset. The carpets were tacky and sticky feeling the rooms and hallways smelt of old cigarettes despite claimimg non smoking. The bed was a slab of concrete. And breakfast was a togo container with an apple a banana and a pack of mini muffins. And even though there were 4 ppl in my room and all 4 were checked in they only allow 3 trays per room. It was extremely disappointing and i wish i could get the 400 i spent back.
- Anonymous (7/5): Bang for the buck - My room was great very clean and comfortable the front desk person (afternoon shift) was a joy the other was a typical,, so I’ll say fair, the grounds are in need of TLC but for the most part I was pleased! The price for the first two days was very reasonable and the last day didn’t break my bank. I recommend to a strong will and opened minded person, this motel. The grounds are in need of clean up and grooming. You can’t purchase a snack after midnight
