• Gemma (5/5): - Great location. Bed was comfortable, desk useful to work from and wifi internet was strong. Had difficulty checking in as wasn’t sent code ahead (apparently this was only triggered to be sent by booking.com when I put my expected time of arrival however the message I received didn’t ask me to submit this, it just said the code would be sent). I had tried to message beforehand but had to wait about 15 minutes upon arriving for the owner to arrive and let me in. I also went to the kitchen to have breakfast just after 8am but found no edible food in there (no eggs, milk etc and the remaining bread was very mouldy) and it was pretty messy with beer cans left out. I called the owner and apparently the cleaner had not attended that morning unexpectedly and his wife did leave a few basic items afterwards. There was a bit of noise late at night and early morning but nothing bad enough to dramatically disturb sleep.

• Adriana (5/5): We didn’t rest all night - The room was very clean The people who lived, including children, in the house made too much noise until dawn. They ran up the stairs screaming and slamming doors all the time. It is not recommended if you have a flight soon and you need peace and tranquillity

• Tafa (2/5): - Nada Lo que menos nos ha gustado de la estancia ha sido, sin duda, encontrarnos las toallas mojadas y sucias nada más llegar, e incluso la cama también húmeda, lo cual fue muy desagradable desde el primer momento. Solicitamos toallas limpias y se nos aseguró que nos las traerían, pero nunca llegaron. Durante toda la estancia no hemos tenido ni una sola toalla seca, por lo que ni siquiera hemos podido ducharnos. En resumen, una situación completamente inaceptable y muy decepcionante.

• Angelika (2/5): Nie polecam. - Atutem lokalu była bliska lokalizacja lotnisko czy też dworca. Obiekt był w ogóle nieprzygotowany i nieposprzątany dla gości, brudne ręczniki, brud i grzyb na oknach, kurz na parapecie, a wliczone w cenę śniadanie było bochenkiem chleba, puszką fasoli, jajkami oraz nie wiadomo czy o dobrej dacie ważności mlekiem, a sama kuchnia również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Stara gąbka do naczyń, obskurne sztućce, płyn do naczyń w butelce po najprawdopodobniej żelu pod prysznic. Głównie kurz, brud oraz smród.

• Charlston (7/5): Uma boa estada. - falta de orientação sobre a chegada no local, especialmente para quem vai de metro e ônibus. É muito importante esclarecer que o acesso ao local, após o trem e o ônibus, e a caminhada, se dá por baixo de um tunel que cruza uma BR/Rodovia, para prevenir acidentes, evitando que os hospedes tentem acessar pela rodovia. Sugiro que quem descer em Luton pegue um UBER para o local, pois o custo é praticamente o mesmo do trem e ônibus, além de ser mais seguro, sem a necessidade da caminhada e do tunel. Da mesma forma para quem vai do local da hospedagem para o aeroporto de Luton. Dá para ir até andando para a localidade, mas com família sugiro pegar o UBER, especialmente se estiver com criança e for a noite. Também é importante esclarecer que o número da casa da hospedagem é no final da rua, porque o Maps e Waze marca o local antes, passando a impressão que estamos no local errado.

I had to remove my shoes at the entrance which is absolutely fine because with me there were no flip-flops available even if I asked for
• Agotai Gabor (7/5): - Relative close to the airport (25 min walk) and and 1 mom walk from tesco express. The room itself was acceptable, however I had an issue with the bedding. Unfortunately, the duvet was damp, or at least felt quite moist. I am not sure whether it had not dried properly after washing or if it was caused by high humidity in the room. Because of this, I was unable to use the duvet and had to sleep without it, which was uncomfortable.

• Mihai (9/5): For a one-night stay (in transit), it is well worth it. - The check-in process was very simple. The room was quite small, but okay for just one night. Quite clean. But for the price paid, it was well worth it. The heating wasn't turned on, and there were no instructions on how to turn on the radiator. I had to guess. Breakfast is interesting, but full of canned beans. There was no butter in the fridge and no cutlery. Just two forks and a knife. I chose to eat cereal with milk with a fork. :) The rooms are poorly insulated. You can hear from one room to another. Luckily, the neighbors were quiet.

• Diana (9/5): - I have received the same room I've been in June, and it made me feel like I came back home, it was familiar for me and especially for my little son I couldn't turn on the stove in the morning When I arrived I've seen few dirty dishes in the sink and a frying pan, I've washed them and tided the kitchen up.

No real breakfast – just a few eggs and some bread, so you have to improvise. Very poor sound insulation. The internet kept disconnecting, and overall we did not feel comfortable due to all these issues.
• Markéta (7/5): - Přijeli jsme večer a odjížděli brzo ráno. Ale místo bylo na první pohled čisté (zákaz chození v botách) a nazdobené. Jak jsme přijeli byla první večer v Anglii pořádná zima a v koupelně se nedalo zavřít okno, takže vařící sprcha. Okna plesnivé od vlhkosti.
• ZHANNA (1/5): - Good location, not far from the airport, shops open late nearby, within walking distance, easy to get to It's very dirty, the toilets, the kitchen, everything is dirty. Breakfast dishes, cups, brrrr. It's better to have disposable dishes in a place like this. If I had known this would happen, I would have spent more money and stayed at a hotel. I regretted booking a room here.
• OKAN (5/5): - The idea of getting a sleep before the early flight but good luck if you don't have a good earplug. Location is great though, short Uber ride to airport. Noisy. People who did the late check-in after midnight woke us up. We couldn't sleep.
• Vladimir (7/5): Job done for 50% costs - Friendly easy to approach staff. Comfortable bed. Walking to the property for 30 minutes with seems no public transport available. Little bit noisy from other people staying in next door rooms. It was a bit cold when I arrived in the evening.

• Juliet (7/5): Good sleep but Hungry in morning - The bedroom was good The bedroom was good but the bathroom had stained shower cubicle with empty toiletries and dirty sink. The price is with breakfast but there was only croissants not much more in there. There was no bread nor eggs.

• Emma (5/5): - Great location for airport but not if your using airpark Park and go There was no television in rooms, which was hard as there wasn't anywhere to go around the area to keep us entertained. Lights in the hallway lit the room up all night and can it can be very loud. Also, I highly recommend that pillows and bedding aren't sprayed with linen scent or perfume as some of us with asthma or allergies can be affected by this, I had to place my jumper over the pillow We didn't have breakfast as croissants had mould on them, which put us off.

The breakfast is not really breakfast, we had an option of three eggs and 2 store bought packaged bread rolls, so we opted to eat at the airport.

• Vidm8s333 (4/5): Disappointing - Really nothing this was probably the worst place I have ever stayed. Very noisy, kids were screaming, no TV. It also said 1 km from airport, which is very far from true, it is impossible to walk, must be at least 3 km. I do not recommend this place.
