- Prabin (3/5): We booked apartment for 3 days but forced to leave in 2 days…leaving 1 day rent - Noting. Property was absolutely out of order The apartment building was horrible. Building was totally closed …confined place with no air circulation. Completely humid atmosphere from inside. Apartment was also in bad state. All equipment was out of order.
- Shah (1/5): Do Not Host This Property. Kindly audit the same prior to hosting. - There was not even one thing that we liked about. 1. All facilities were extremely bad. 2. Poorly maintained. 3 A/cs, all not working. 3. Water dripping from all sides. 4. Washrooms fittings extremely bad. 5. Linen with extremely bad odor, appeared like someone had vomitted. 6. All electrical switches protruding out from the fixtures, posing danger to life. 7. Two fans were not working. 8. Took Ill because of the bad odour emitting from the premise. The Host Archana was the worst person we ever came across. Request you to audit the property before you host it on your site.

- Shirley (1/5): Pretty bad experience - The ACs were not working properly, the toilet was not clean, had a plumbing issue...water had leaked and floor was wet, the water stream in the basin was so thin and negligible. There was a power cut at night and the apartment became extremely stuffy. There are no windows, only one door in the living room which opened on the inside of the bldg, so did not help in air circulation. The kettle had a broken plug and so it was unserviceable. In all would never go back. Also there was a cigarette bud on the floor in one room.
