• Massimiliano (10/5): - La casa è di concezione moderna e comprende tutto il necessario, con elettrodomestici di ottimo livello. È pulita e luminosa il giusto: mantiene a lungo la temperatura interna. Il posto auto è uno, interno ed è coperto. La posizione è strategica per la spiaggia di Torre Paola. Non è un problema, ma segnalo che la via di accesso (comunalee) non è ben mantenuta, ha molte buche: credo perché è una strada del comune di Terracina, pur essendo da poche centinaia di metri oltre la litoranea e a 5 minuti di auto da Sabaudia.

• Lukas (9/5): Absolutely nice apartment that can make you feel at home - The property provides everything for a good living. Nice, big enough and bright livingroom with tv, separated bedroom with a garderobe, enough space for storage, bathroom with nice shower and bathtub plus heater/air conditioner. You get a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine (coffee capsules included), dishwasher, fridge, oven and so on. Even a bottle of water for the arrival, oil vinegar and salt/sugar was provided. Nothing special but nice to have. A washing machine is included as well. To get both the dishwasher and the washing machine working they will provide you anything you need. The owners are absolutely friendly and were available via WhatsApp all the time (even on 25/26.12 & 1.1). The check in process is so easy - everything is digitized. Absolutely recommend it. Due to my stay in the end of December and the fact that the property is downstairs, it’s a bit cold on the floor. The heater will heat enough to keep it cozy inside. Take your slippers with u. The road to the property isn’t the best. It’s a bit bumpy - after a few days living there u will get used to it.
