Pablo (8/5): - Todo muy bien menos la ducha del baño que es peligrosamente resbalosa y no tiene barandales. De hecho me caí y de milagro no me golpié en la cabeza. Lo otro es lo ruidosa de la habitación (no es ruido del exterior sino de adentro del hotel). Dejando lo anterior de lado las instalaciones son espectaculares, habitaciones tipo boutique llenas de buen gusto e increíblemente amplias, y ni que hablar de la ubicación, lo mejor de Madrid.
Alex (10/5): Mi mejor experiencia en un hotel boutique - Probablemente una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. El cuarto grande, moderno, impecable. La atención excelente (especialmente Carmen en front desk). La ubicación inmejorable; la cama súper cómoda, las almohadas perfectas, el baño espectacular y lujoso. Tienes tu propio sauna.

Patricia Moreno Blasco (8/5): Great stay - The staff were very friendly and helpful as we did a very late check in, we had a very nice welcome. Decoration is great and the room is huge and has everything you need. Good vibes outside at night, very vibrant. The sauna is a great selling point but it never gets warm enough, only in some parts. There was an alarm going on outside very early in the morning every now and then that woke us up a few times. Not sure where it was coming from, but it was a bit annoying. Wondering if other people have heard it too.

Christine (8/5): Would have been a perfect 10. - A very comfortable and beautiful place to say in an excellent location. Unfortunately noise from the nightclub, “Rameses”, woke us up on 2 of the three nights we stayed, at between 3 and 4 am.

I was left out of the room for several hours past midnight since the door didn’t open. There’s no front office. There’s no room service even though the GroupM owns the restaurants at the entrance.

Kathleen (8/5): Wonderful property with a few needed requests - Beautiful property, in a fabulous part of town. Our room was stunning and staff were nice. We received an upgraded room which we were grateful for. However, one night, the room next to ours was occupied, and I can’t describe it - but it’s as if the upstairs bedroom has a wooden partition between our room and the one next to it. We could hear everything; as if the people were night in our room. We could handle one night without complaint. But it would have ruined the whole experience if more than one night. Also, the people never returned - almost like friends of owners or staff who used the room to get ready for a night out. If I had found that to be true, we would have asked to be comped. Again, wonderful property overall but let them know upfront; no room that has a wooden partition if others staying in that room. Also, if strong room mists give you headaches, ask them to unplug and take out before you get there. It gave us both headaches until we figured out what it was and unplugged.

Cainan (4/5): Disappointing - I love the layout of the room and presentation is beautiful. We were in awe when we entered the room. We enjoyed the modernization of the bathroom with auto lights and towel warmer. The shower design was probably my favorite part. There was no reception 24/7 so if we had an issue, we did not have any assistance. For example, the shower is amazing but the water was not draining quickly enough causing our bathroom to flood. I did not realize the water was all over the floor until I got out. So much water it got into the sauna and almost the front door. I took a video and sent it via WhatApp, they stated that maintenance will come by but nobody did. We had to lay all our available towels and robes on the floor to prevent future flooding. I also did not like that there was a nightclub right below us. The music and bass went on for the whole night, past 5am and we did not get enough sleep. This only happened Friday night. Saturday night was nice and quiet.

Joselinda (9/5): If i will go back to Madrid, no doubt in my mind that i will still choose to stay at Casa Faraona. - Its very very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are the best! We stayed there during the national blackout and they gave us some food to eat. Out of 9 nights us staying there, there was 1 friday night where the sound from the bar were really so loud. We tried to be understanding because it was Friday, but it was still very loud until 3am. We had to message the reception and immediately they took action which we super appreciate. :)

Mary (8/5): - The room itself was gorgeous with lush linens & pillows! The bathroom was beautiful; only 1 towel for each guest. Lovely fruit tray provided at check-in. The view from our room was an alleyway piled with junk. The bathrobes was very small (I’m tall & thin). A few negatives for the price paid but likely would stay again.
Donald (10/5): - This property is literally in the center of the nicest part of Madrid. Easily accessed by Metro or bus. Free breakfast at a very cool restaurant that becomes a club at night. Retiring right across the street. Our room was top-shelf. The “front desk” staff was incredible and stayed in touch via WhatsApp during our stay. I highly recommend Casa Faraona if you want some luxury and quiet respite during your Madrid stay!

The included breakfast was provided by Patio de Leones, next door to the hotel, which was excellent. The flamenco show adjacent to the residence was authentic and entertaining.

Guilherme (10/5): Quite impressed with the accommodation - The hotel is in the best location in Madrid. Close to everything and easily accessible. The rooms are very modern and spacious, larger than most you find in Europe. The bathroom is very luxurious. Since it is a hotel/residence, it is quite peaceful. The only downside is the street noise, as it stays busy until late at night. Overall, I highly recommend the stay!

Susan (10/5): From Casa Faraona to Madrid Heaven! - Location, style and furnishings, easy access, small quaint property. Breakfast was great at Patio Los Leones and was also good for dinner. Located in an excellent neighborhood, you can almost touch the Puerta de Alcalá. Our room was a behind the flamenco show building, on some nights we could hear the noise.

Nadezda (4/5): I planned to spend a romantic day in a hotel that costs a lot. In the end I felt super uncomfortable. I do not recommend - Good location, good room Unfortunately, the whole impression was spoiled by the reception, which was not there even once during my entire stay. The phone also did not answer. When checking in, I had to go around the building because I thought it had another entrance. Then I went to each floor to find at least one of the staff and find out what my room was. For such a fee, I would have liked to receive quality service, but this hotel does not have it. I was also charged for the minibar, but no one sent me a receipt so I could check (when I checked out, there was only a security guard at the reception, who could not find the administrator).

I usually don’t get impressed but this time around wow, the best place to stay in Madrid , plus you have Ramses outside, the fashion avenue, the most beautiful people in Madrid get together there.
