• Humbul (10/5): Comfortable, clean, value for money stay option in Lahore - Easily accessible, good location, clean, well-maintained rooms. Buses and mass-transit connections are a bit far though. The staff were really helpful. Especially, Mr Umair at the desk were supportive and accommodated our requests well. Nice breakfast (with two options: local and continental) and are well portioned. Cleaning service is available on daily basis and beds are made. Have 24-hours security personnel on site and support on reception is also available. Overall, a good, comfortable, experience. Highly recommended if you are in Lahore and wishes to stat affordably near Mall Road, and Shadman. None

• Kasra (9/5): Great! Recommend it specially for those who stay longer, and know how to get around already. - Quite comfortable stay overall, very attentive staff and comfortable rooms. Good internet connection. The availability of the kitchen made it possible to warm up food and get food-delivery etc.. The base breakfast was a bit monotonic, although one could probably ask for tailor-made dishes. Also the location, as close as it is to the wonderful jinnah park, it is not around the commercial city center, but with food-delivery it was ok.

• Faize (10/5): Exceptional Stay with Top-Notch Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - I had a truly outstanding experience at Hayyat Luxury Hotel Suites. The entire property, including the room and bathroom, was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were extremely polite and professional — from the manager to the room service team and security guards, everyone was friendly, responsive, and made me feel welcome. The room was excellent, with every facility you could need: a large water bottle, a very comfortable and clean bed, an iron, and on request, a hair dryer was promptly provided. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked with toiletries, plus extra towels were available. The attached kitchen was a huge bonus — fully equipped with utensils, toaster, oven, fridge, and electric stove, all in perfect condition. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location is perfect, right in front of Bagh-e-Jinnah and close to Anarkali and Lakshmi Chowk. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and there were absolutely no hidden charges. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lahore — a solid 10/10! Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was that my stay had to end — I wished I could stay longer!
• Amin (8/5): Little short of what could have been perfect. - The stay was perfect, and everything was arranged for as per our request. The staff was extremely helpful and respectful. strongly recommended for the stay. The cleaning service was below par especially in terms of changing the sheets/pillowcases. The initial ones were also below par and extremely lower quality and with hairs. After second cleaning the pillowcases were all dirty, bedsheets had hairs all over it and we had to change them at around 1am in the night. It also created problems for us in terms of skin issues because of the uncleaned linens. The property is expensive in terms of the amount they charged us especially in terms of the bedding facilities.
• Martin (7/5): Not luxury, but overall good value - The room was ok, looks as advertised. (I wouldn't call it a "luxury" though.) There's a small kitchenette. It's located on a quiet side street so there's not much noise. I had no problem checking in. I ordered an airport transfer, the driver was waiting for me at the airport on time. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was complimentary - I didn't have to pay anything. Drinking water is provided free of charge. The bedsheets were clean. The air conditioning is a bit noisy but effective. There's a couple of things to improve. One of the towels provided was dirty and had holes in it. The water in the shower was only lukewarm, I would appreciate higher temperature. Above the door, there's a small window leading to the corridor so some noise from the corridor could be heard. Also I felt less privacy because of this. On the final day of my stay, the wifi stopped working. The most annoying thing was the electric doorbell. Whenever there's a power outage, apparently a generator is started (I could hear it in my room but it wasn't a big deal) and the power is restored in about 30 seconds. However, upon restoring power, the doorbell rings twice. Not cool if this happens twice during the night. I suggest disabling this behavior.

• Hasan (3/5): Very disappointed stay with them No more No less unprofessional & trained staff - Room was great and space in the room with kitchen it’s very good and nice First the reception person is not professional & train he keep asking me visa visa visa even I tell him I m exempt for Pakistan visa I m British and I have NICOP card which I tell him you already have in your system I stay before with you but first he taking my passport photo which is not allowed as per laws he can take a photo copy with cross ❌ so it can’t be used for any purpose but after that I whatapp him my NICOP card ones my iPhone power up then I think I paid to booking.com already he says no I need payment here I believe him and paid immediately by card then my wife ask him the same room which is on ground fool and he stay on it before he was answer her in a different way no it’s not available you paid for one studio apartment so she keep quiet then my washroom have a issue water stop when you take a bath every time which give as hard time for clean as self for Namaz well I ignored it two days then complain they fix it but still I m facing same issue but I didn’t complain again plus I request for toilet paper but when I come at. Ight that was not top pop which make me very disappointing so I ring to counter staff at early morning 1.

Comfortable lodgings with a full kitchen and separate sitting room. Outstanding staff, helpful in every way. For example, I left some belongings in the Airport Taxi and they promptly rang the Taxi Office to contact the driver on my behalf. The driver turned back to return our belongings as soon as he received the message Meals are served in the room but it would be nice to have an attached restaurant as well. The room was cold in the evening but they promptly provide a plug-in heater

• Muttaqi (10/5): A nice family hotel. - It’s a neat and clean facility. Staff were very helpful. They even offered to get an item we wanted for breakfast that was not on the menu. We are very pleased with our experience.

• Andrein_spb (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and quiet hotel across the street from Lawrence Park. Helpful and considerate staff, armed guards. From the airport 900 rupees (3.5 USD) by Yango, to Delhi gate - 350 rupees. The colonial center can be easily reached on foot or by tooktook (200 rupees). The room has a kitchen (refrigerator, kettle, stove and microwave, 20 liters of drinking water, tea accessories, salt, etc.). You can order breakfast for 1200 rupees (continental). The air conditioner does not blow to the bed, spacious bathroom. The hotel extended the checkout by 4 hours.
