• Leszek (9/5): A wonderful way to relax in a beautiful place! - Excellent communication with the host. He responded to messages right away. Great location - right in the heart of the old town, right next to the cathedral. That also had its downside, though, because every chime of the clock (every 15 minutes and on the hour) was a bit annoying at times. Access to the patio and the apartment itself was very convenient via a phone app. The owner provided a crib for the baby, which was very important. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. It had absolutely everything necessary for a successful family vacation. When choosing a location like this - right in the heart of the old town - you can’t drive right up to the door - what is obvious of course. You’ll need to leave your car at one of the many parking lots in the area, about 500–800 meters from the apartment. The cost is about 25 euros per night. Another issue - it would be a good idea to install mosquito screens on the windows, because in the evening the patio is swarming with mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the air conditioning doesn’t solve the problem of letting in fresh air, since the only option is to open the windows.

• Cristina (10/5): Perfecta estancia en Cádiz - Lo que más nos gustó del apartamento fue la ubicación, al lado de la catedral. Es perfecta. El apartamento está decorado con mucho mimo y gusto, con todas las acomodaciones y electrodomésticos necesarios para encontrarte como en casa. Volveremos a Cádiz y haremos lo posible por hospedarnos aquí.

We enjoyed eating out, listening to the music and the wonderful w - We loved how central the apartment was to the centre of Cádiz, we could walk everywhere. The apartment was very quiet with a lovely entry courtyard that all the apartments faced. We can’t think of anything that we didn’t like about the apartment.

• Izabelle (7/5): - La ubicación, la decoración, la limpieza Es un bajo y no da el sol, así que el piso tiene mucha humedad. Además la mampara no cerraba muy bien, el baño se mojaba y empeoraba el problema. Faltan cositas en la cocina, una cafetera que no sea en cápsula, utensilios mejores, por ejemplo el cucharón y la espátula son de estos negros que ya se sabe que son super tóxicos y malos para la salud.

• Alaia (9/5): Fresca y cómoda estancia - La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, ya que se encuentra entre la catedral y el ayuntamiento en pleno centro histórico de Cádiz. Algo que también nos gustó mucho y que hizo que estuviéramos muy cómodos los días que nos alojamos allí fue que estaba plenamente equipado; secador de pelo, botiquín, plancha de ropa y tabla, tendedero y pinzas, todos y cada uno de los utensilios de cocina (incluso batidora, rallador de queso, exprimidor…), bolsas de basura, detergente y suavizante para la lavadora, entre otros. Había dos aires acondicionados, ubicados en la habitación y en el salón/cocina, por lo que no pasamos calor en ningún momento. También cuenta con SmartTV. Al ser un bajo dentro del patio, prácticamente no hay luz natural que entre por las ventanas. A parte de que hay que estar pendiente de cerrarlas para tener privacidad, ya que es una zona de tránsito para los vecinos. Otro inconveniente fueron las sillas de la mesa de la cocina, ya que eran casi tan altas como la mesa por lo que estábamos demasiado elevados para poder comer a gusto.

• Nick (8/5): Bright, modern apartment in a superb location. - This a a white, bright, smart apartment in a courtyard of several tucked down a narrow passage. The location is excellent with the cathedral one way and an attractive small square with a great tapas bar and a highly rated but reasonably priced Arabic restaurant the other. The facilities, including the air conditioning, are top quality. We feared it might be noisy but it certainly wasn't. We only wanted a light breakfast and later the odd nightcap as Cadiz offers so many well-priced eateries but if you did want to cook and eat in you would struggle. There is no table and chairs - just a breakfast counter with bar stools that are too tall for the job - so you would have to bear that in mind.

• Eduardo (9/5): Excellent stay in Cádiz! - Beautiful and very comfortable flat next to the cathedral and the coast. Great location and super friendly/accommodating hosts. Slightly humid near the bathroom and thin walls so you can hear the neighbors, but nothing to complain about. The hospitality and the quality of the apartment more than made up for it!

• Kirrie (10/5): A stunning gem of a place to stay. - We absolutely loved this perfectly located apartment. It was unbelievably close to the cathedral, we felt so lucky to be able to just step out of the door straight into the charming cobbled square, and to go home at night by just walking through the beautiful archway into the pristine private complex. Everything in the apartment was as if it was brand new, with thoughtful additions like toilet roll, new kitchen cloth and sponge, washing up liquid and other cleaning solutions. Violeta was really helpful and was really easy to contact, especially in helping us to find a secure parking location for our rental car, which was only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. You have to carry your cases from the carpark to the apartment, but it is only a very short distance. Being on the ground floor facing into the apartment complex means there is no external view, but there are 4 large windows which provide excellent ventilation, with immaculate shutters and beautiful iron security bars facing into the pristine internal courtyard. We found it really easy to get to all areas of the old town and it was only a very short walk to the beaches and bars of the new town too. We spent 3 nights here but could easily have stayed longer. We will definitely book this apartment again when we return to Cadiz. Nothing!

We did not use the self catering facilities as we preferred to eat in the local restaurants but a quick look suggested that the apt was well equipped Nothing
