• Olga (5/5): - Friendly staff. Good location. It's incredibly dirty. It feels like they never clean it. I can't understand why it's so hard to even damp-clean if you're expecting clients. The closet is full of dust, hair, and spilled liquid—it's just terribly dirty. The drawers are sagging with age. The sofa in the lobby is terribly dirty. There's a kettle in the room, but no mugs or spoons. There's warm water and soap. They provide towels.

Personale disponibile, un po' parsimonioso sulla carta igienica, da richiedere ogni giorno. Camera senza finestra, rigurgito dello scarico fognario, nulli gli spazi comuni. Difficile appendere un costume da bagno per asciugare. Camera n. 3 senza finestra.

Le foto non solo reali, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato le lenzuola e i cuscini usati e abbiamo chiesto di cambiarli con altri (sporchi). Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda (risolti il 5 giorno)

Je n’ai jamais vu cela de ma vie, les draps étaient moisis, les oreilles avaient d’énormes taches, l’eau des toilettes étaient noir, le lavabo le sol et le frigorifié n’avaient pas été laver depuis je pense plusieurs mois. Ce fut la pire expérience que j’ai vu Rien ce sont des photos mensongère

The room had enough water and amenities for a show - I like nice location and availability of staff to be flexible about customer’s wishing. They changed the room for me, even the first room was wrong. It was enough water in the room and the staff for taking a shower. I was disappointed cause I was staying for 1 week and nobody cleaned my room for this time, even I asked about it, but when I came to the room it was still dirty. Also you should add water glasses, and some staff for brewing coffee, sugar, since you have a kettle in the room.
