• Hebert (4/5): Great location - apartment is rough - The location was superb. King bed was comfortable. View out bedroom window was stunning. Apartment size was generous. The couch was filthy and ripped. All of the pots were in a barely usable condition. Condition of apartment was shabby. Chipping paint and dirty walls were everywhere. Oven was missing a handle and didn't work properly. No wine glasses or stopper for kitchen, bathroom sink. Terrace was only usable for bbq that only had one working burner.

• Ariana (8/5): Prima verblijf maar geen communicatie - De locatie en appartement heeft alle standaard benodigdheden. Wifi signaal was meestal sterk genoeg om digitaal te werken en teams vergaderingen bij te wonen. AC werkte ook vlekkeloos. Voor de prijs is het prima. De communicatie en het appartement kan een upgrade gebruiken. Met name de keukenapparatuur. De oven lijkt niet te werken. Daarnaast zitten er vlekken op de bank. Ik heb er zelf niet op gezeten en/of geslapen en zou dit ook niet doen. De waterdruk in de douche is wisselend. Meestal was het goed maar soms kwam het met tussenpozen eruit. Ik kreeg geen antwoord op de vragen die ik van te voren stelde over de inchecktijd. Niet per whatsapp/mail/telefoon. Pas een uur van te voren kreeg ik check-in instructies. Dit was nagenoeg het enige contact. Bij check-in viel het gordijn in de slaapkamer van de muur. Gelijk melding van gemaakt en toen zei de host dat hij iemand zou sturen om het te laten maken. Dit is nooit gebeurd. Heb nog 2x geïnformeerd (ik verbleef er 2,5 week), maar hij reageerde niet meer op mijn berichtjes. Vind het vreemd dat je host bent maar niet communiceert/reageert op de berichten van je gasten.
• Nelly (8/5): Bien pero le falta mantenimiento - Si Solo tenía impregnado el olor a cigarro La chapa de la entrada del condo estaba difícil de abrir. También la chapa del cuarto no funcionaba y me quedé encerrada por dentro hasta que por fin la chapa se destrabo
• Kim (7/5): Reasonable accommodations in a dated central apartment. - Great location! The key for the deadbolt had been previously broken off and so it was very hard to use, we ended up not using it. Providing some drinking water would have been nice.
• Max Campari (8/5): Ottima soluzione - Casa molto grande, ottima posizione, letto comodo, acqua quasi sempre buona pressione e sempre aqua calda. Lavatrice e asciugatrice efficiente. Check in e check out molto semplici. Tutte le strade di La Paz hanno parcheggio libero e gratuito. Puoi parcheggiare anche sotto casa. Bella vista dalla camera. Buona aerazione, nessun odore di muffa, solo raramente di fogna in bagno. Arredamento funzionale. Internet ha velocità 20mps. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Divano è molto usurato e macchiato . In cucina le padelle sono da sostituire, antiaderenza rovinata, non c'è spremiagrumi, frullatore, cucchiaini, due bicchieri uguali, calici di vetro, canovacci, una pentola alta. Il condizionatore del soggiorno è molto rumoroso (molto difficile poter dormire in soggiorno) . Il bagno ha luce insufficiente. La terrazza che si vede nella foto è in condivisione con appartamento vicino. Ho chiesto che fosse sostituita la paletta della scopa ma non è stato fatto. Soggiorno di 23 giorni. Si sente musica fino alle 2 di notte, ma abbastanza lontano da poter dormire.

• Adriana (8/5): Older apartment excellent location - The location was absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about easy access to all of the stuff that we wanted to do. Parking was also really easy even though it was not included. There was no problem finding street parking. The place was not ready for us when we got there. Although we booked it for three people, the sofa bed was not made up. And there were no extra sheets in the apartment. The facilities are also a little bit older so the two air conditioners, both leaked and made noises although they did work.

Very spacious, comfy bed and seaview from the bedroom window, little patio outside, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer... overall an ideal and still budget-friendly place, highly recommended for every traveller! Wifi often quite slow

• Paloma (9/5): Excellent apartment, close to delicious restaurants bars and nightlife without over waste your money - The comunication with the host was quite slow at the beggining, when i made the reservatios. I had a few questions about the parking, and stuff... but when I arrive and had a problem with the key, was very quickly the atention... So, i don´t have any bad comment. It was a little difficult to find the key because the instructions weren´t update, and the lock box was different at the picture that they send to me to the one it actually were and the apartment, but it wasn´t a big trouble.

• Sofia (10/5): La Paz~ Peace! - The proximity to everything was the best about this property! Restaurants all around it, a church, museum and a drag queens show/club with beautiful and talented queens all a few steps. Had lots of fun the four days we were there. Will return for sure! The property was perfect! The attentiveness of the property managers even better!
