• Paweł (10/5): - Zadbany, czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na Etnę. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z ekspresem na kapsułki, które oczywiście również były dostępne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z sympatycznym właścicielem.

• Veronika (7/5): - The view on Etna and city center was nice. It was clean and very spacious. Kitchen was very well-equipped. It was very dump and you could feel the moist from tha ceiling. But the location was very bad - we were afraid to go out so we didn't go when it was the evening. There were shady people, shit and stray dogs in the street. Also the way to the apartment was for bold people only - very small and steep stairs.

The only thing that I could say it was a little problem,it was that the room had hydration,the air conditioning was appropriate in mode dry in order to could sleep fine without any problem.
• Anna (5/5): Byliśmy w Katani po raz trzeci,sle pierwszy raz w takich warunkach. - Było czysto i wyposażenie spełniało nasze wymagania.Przepiękny widok na Etnę z balkonu. Korytarz bardzo zniszczony,wejście na 2 piętro po zniszczonych i częściowo metalowych schodach.W domu było czuć i widać grzyba na ścianach.

• Liane (5/5): - Leider hat uns die Umgebung nicht gefallen. Es war in den Straßen dreckig und in beiden Nächten fanden Feuerwerke statt, wir wurden aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Es war immer laut, tags und nachts.

• Claudia (7/5): Não Recomendo esta estadia para quem tem mobilidade motora reduzida (membros inferiores) e para estadias em meses frios - Localização perto de várias atrações históricas. Vista do Etna. Internamente, o apartamento é bem cuidado, limpo e organizado. Feedbacks atenciosos do proprietário. Prédio com vários lances de escada íngremes para chegar no apartamento, tenho problemas no joelho; faltou informação na descrição. O aquecimento não atinge todo o apartamento, ficamos aquecidos apenas no quarto. A água do chuveiro mantinha-se quente por menos de 2 minutos.

L’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione: a due passi dal centro storico, perfetta per visitare la città comodamente a piedi. Un’ottima scoperta, ci tornerei volentieri!
• Elena (10/5): Аппартамент с видом на Этну. - Если вы хотите пожить как настоящие итальянцы, то Вам сюда! С балкона прекрасный вид на вулкан Этна и купол Собора. Аппартамент находится в пешей доступности от рынка и исторического центра и автовокзала, от ж/д вокзала пешком 15-20 минут. Итальянские улочки приведут Вас в глубь рабочего квартала и Вы сможете оценить жизнь обычных итальянцев не связанных с туризмом. Дома, построенные столетия назад, приютивщиеся друг рядом с другом, узкие кривые тротуарчики и лестницы, мастерские и парикмахерские на первых этажах домов все это настоящая Италия. Хозяину квартиры пришлось приложить не мало усилий, чтобы внутри квартиры создать современный комфорт и уют. Квартира после ремонта, чисто, уютно, красиво. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, кофемащина+капсулы, посуда и прочее. Санузел в идеальной чистоте. В комнате удобная кровать, шкаф и кондиционер. Совет-все квартиры в исторически старых зданиях имеют свой запах влажности, особенно в зимние месяцы- итак совет, как заселитесь проветриваете помещение и за тем вкуючаете кондиционер, достаточно быстро будет тепло и комфортно. Второй совет, что бы не было не комфортного запаха в ванной комнате, положите мокрую салфетку, тряпочку на слив в душевой кабине, запаха не будет. Попробуйте для себя жизнь настоящих итальянцев, не приглаженную и накрахмаленную , а обычную, с ее плюсами и минусами. Это придаст вашей поездке новое ощущение. Заезд очень удобный бесконтактный, хозяин напишет код от бокса где лежат ключи. Все было хорошо. Если у вас большие чемоданы, возникнут неудобства с узкой лестницей. Но это часть итальянской архитектуры).

• Corrado (7/5): Stare bene a Catania - Abbiamo trovato un comodo letto con biancheria candida ed un ambiente sobrio e pulito, arredato con gusto delicato. La posizione è ottima. Carino anche il panorama, infatti dal balconcino si ammira l'Etna. Il condizionatore d'aria ha reso l'ambiente più accogliente, avendo trovato una bassa temperatura a Catania nei giorni 22 e 23 novembre .Il proprietario sempre gentile e premuroso al telefono. La macchinetta del caffè con cialde è a disposizione e le stoviglie sono pulite. Nella camera da letto è anche presente una poltrona letto. Nel bagno c'è un phon da viaggio. La prima impressione non è buona perchè l'appartamento si trova al secondo ed ultimo piano di una palazzina fatiscente. Il portone è probabilmente in ristrutturazione perchè ha le pareti non rifinite e le scale si fanno sempre più ripide e strette, fino ad arrivare a quella che precede la porta dell'appartamento che sarà stata larga forse meno di 50 cm. Entrando nel b&b ti assale un odore fortissimo di detergente disinfettante che sarà anche indice di pulizia accurata, ma abbiamo dovuto aprire le finestre per far arieggiare. L'ambiente del bagno non è riuscito a riscaldarsi nonostante il condizionatore in camera da letto a 24 gradi per tutta la notte.
• Elisa (6/5): Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht, aber mit Feuchtigkeitsproblem, für kurzen Aufenthalt gut! - Schöne Wohnung mit tollen Möbeln, Deko und Ausstattung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus ist wunderschön! Die Wohnung scheint ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel/Stockflecken an den Wänden zu haben. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt machbar. Die Küche hatte das Nötigste, aber leider keine Bialetti wie in den anderen meisten Wohnungen auf Sizilien.

• Clémence (5/5): Séjour de 2 jours et juste assez car je ne me sentais pas à l’aise dans ce logement - Pas trop loin du centre ville Chambre avec beaucoup de place Chambre climatisée - Le bruit dans la rue et la rue un peu « malsaine »même à 18h30-19h. - Rue et logement qui ressemble au favélas. - Des pigeons ou rongeurs toute la nuit qui grattait au plafond. - L’humidité et taches au mur dans la chambre - les couettes étaient tachées - Douche très serrante - Petite bête rougeâtre à la salle de bain et mauvaise odeurs dans la salle de bain. - le logement est difficilement accessible avec des valise au vu des escaliers ( voir photo) - Bruits de travaux à 6h du matin dans la rue et dans les autres logements à coter.

• Maria (9/5): Przepiękne widoki, sycylijski klimat, miły gospodarz - Byliśmy na 1 noc. Wszystko ok. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Przepiękne widoki z mieszkania, przede wszystkim na Etnę. Schody wcale nie są takie tragiczne, jak było to opisywane w innych komentarzach. Daliśmy radę z dziećmi i walizkami.

• Veranika (7/5): В целом все хорошо 👌 - Чистая квартира. Все , что нужно для удобства было в квартире. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Месторасположение замечательное, недалеко от центра и автовокзала. Дружелюбные соседи. Улица , в котором расположена квартира и сам дом и подъезд оставляют желать лучшего. В квартире есть муравьи. Но думаю эта проблема решаема. Лестница очень крутая. Но мы были к этому готовы при бронировании.

• Alin (5/5): Passable - Apartament its ok itself but to reach it it’s complicated stairs over stairs and difficult angles to go up the stairs plus all over the place it’s smell of degradation the sealing paint starts to come out and it’s not healthy to stay there at the moment need a bit of investment who rents this need to understand it before to rent that even sealing need to be ok shower it’s very small but if it’s like us just in transit for 1 night was ok and parking it’s hard to find street it’s very narrow if come by car it’s very close to center that’s the best part of this accommodation
• Denitsa (5/5): Passable - The place is well located, near plazza Borsellino and quite near a stop of the Alibus (the bus to the airport). The location, the affordable price and the kind host are the only advantages of the place. Please have in mind that there is really strong smell of mould in the room. It's suitable only for two people, because of the extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. The stairs to the place are pure nightmare, so forget big suitcases.
• Sinclair (10/5): Amazing! - Absolutely Wonderful Stay! Unfortunately, our stay was a bit short due to meeting up with family in Rome, but our time there was absolutely amazing. We had an amazing time at this vacation home and cannot recommend it enough! The view from the balcony was great. The host was outstanding—extremely friendly, approachable and always willing to help. The host’s excellent communication made everything so smooth and he provided fantastic recommendations for exploring the beautiful city – had an amazing evening out exploring the town; and it was just as beautiful in the day with all the little markets operating. The accommodation itself was warm, clean and incredibly cozy. It had everything you could possibly need for an apartment, including kitchenware that you rarely find in most other places. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. One standout feature was how well it catered to English-speaking guests. Being able to relax with options like Netflix after a day of exploring was such a fantastic bonus, especially since many other places lack this kind of attention to detail. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be returning soon! Stairs was a tad steep but that is something minor but still worth the stay.
• Algimantas (10/5): Ideal place to explore Catania city - Nicely furnished, spaciuos and very clean apartment with masive bed, has extetnal roller shutters to keep the light off when sleeping, the area almost perfect as it only 5-7 min walk to fish market and city center, walked nights and had no issues. Too short stay and the beach which is around 20 min to walk is not the cleanest
• Katherine (8/5): Great place but be warned of the stairs! - This place is easily within walking distance of some interesting sights, we did not have much time to explore the actual city as we opted to spend some time at the beach (also very close). The apartment is nicely renovated and well stocked. We were not aware that you have to climb multiple stories of very sketchy looking narrow stairs so definitely not suitable if you have mobility issues and definitely no large or heavy bags!
• Modzelewski (7/5): Good - The apartment is close to the airport and everything was fine. if you have a lot of luggage the stairs can be a bit challenging, but manageable. Walking distance to a nice piazza.
• Andrewst.m. (8/5): Great place ... Weird neighborhood - The room was just as described. Working facilities. Everything clean and tidy. Be mindful of the location. It is close to the city center but the surrounding area is filthy. Not that you feel unsafe or anything, but the streets are narrow and lots of motorized vehicles, and every corner of the street is a dumpster, and lots of delapidated buildings. The whole area feels more like a favela.

• James (4/5): A disappointing experience. - Air conditioning worked very well. Things were well presented and some things were new. The bed mattress was a good mattress. The appliances that were there all worked. Arriving and leaving was smooth. It's a small apartment with the toilet built into the kitchen dining area. The toilet plumbing gave off a bad smell the whole time we were there - permeating the dining area. Rodents/animals were in the walls/ceiling which you could hear regularly. Immediately outside the property on the street was a fly-tipping area which people regularly dumped their rubbish at. Sadly, we also began being bitten on our second night there. We continued breaking out in bites during and after our stay. We didn't see any bed-bugs (the bed was a good bed and fairly new) but we can't account for our bites which were many. They weren't mosquito bites or an allergic reaction. All we can say is, we came away bitten by what would be best described as bed-bug bites. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The host was never rude and was responsive to emails but was not personable. We rarely leave reviews. This is our first ever negative review. A

• Lebonch (9/5): Excellent view and close to city center - The apartment was refurbished recently, most of the things were new, one really big and comfy bed, but the couch was harder. It is at the last floor, the room is really big/high, and with a great view at Etna. The neighborhood is a little shady, but we rented a car, parked it outside and had no problem. Overall, really good price for the quality offered. The building is old, as all the others in the neighborhood, the stairs were quite narrow. Also the surroundings were pretty dirty, but I've seen it to be quite common in Italy, which is a shame for such a nice country...
