Guest (3/5): da non ripetere - Valutazione 3/10 La nostra valutazione per “la Terrazza Solarium è 3. Anzi direi un tre stiracchiato. Aspetti negativi Il principale problema nella struttura “La terrazza solarium” è stato il sonno disturbato continuamente dal rumore di un motore, che si percepisce netto e distinto dalla camera da letto. Il motore dovrebbe essere funzionale al circolo dell’acqua probabilmente dell’intero stabile, poiché si attiva anche se non si aziona l’acqua all’interno dell’appartamento. L’altra nota dolente è la difformità dell’ampiezza delle stanze come pubblicizzate su Booking rispetto a quanto è possibile constatare nella realtà, creando delle aspettative drammaticamente disattese. In altre parole le foto pubblicate su booking danno l’idea di ampi spazi. In realtà invece le camere sono piccole, il soffitto è basso tanto che si tocca con la mano. In particolare la camera da letto è occupata quasi interamente dal letto matrimoniale, composto da due materassi separati, che durante la notte si scostano creando uno spazio poco gradito tra un materasso e l’altro. Inoltre lo spazio per girare intorno al letto è talmente esiguo da rendere problematica la deambulazione in quanto è necessario assumere una posizione poco naturale per passare da un lato all’altro. A noi purtroppo è capitato un giorno di maltempo e rimanere chiusi in casa non è stata tra le esperienze più felici, anzi da dimenticare. Un’altra nota negativa è la mancanza del bidet: al suo posto c’è una doccetta difettosa che ci ha “regalato” due allagamenti del bagno. Aspetti positivi L’appartamento è dotato di un’ampia terrazza che ha permesso al cane di respirare. Rimane però il fatto che durante la pioggia il cane è rimasto con noi negli angusti spazi della casa. Dobbiamo anche riconoscere la gentilezza dell’host che anzi si è dimostrata fin troppo gentile.
Dario (10/5): Wohnung fast wie zu Hause - Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Auch eine Heißluftfriteuse. Es gab ausreichend für ein süßesFrühstück auf Wunsch auch Wurst. Sehr lecker der selbstgemachte Joghurt von Romina. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Grazie Romina e marito.

Justinas (7/5): - Patiko lokacija ir terasa, maloni šeimininkė. Mūsų viešnagės metu buvo pilna skruzdėlių. Inventorius pasenęs ir reikalaujantis pakeitimo. Leidžia vandenį bidė dušiukas ir dušas, labai triukšmingi kaimynai apačioje.
