- Dylan (8/5): Convenient, cozy, hospitable hotel close to O'Hare. - My wife and I were stopped abruptly overnight at O'Hare en route to our home city. We scrambled to find a place to stay, but most places were booked up. I took a gamble on Chez Hotel despite some mixed reviews, but it was truly magnificent. We were there for less than 12 hours before we had to head out for our flight in the morning, but the room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and full of amenities including a huge TV and a snack/drink bar. Most especially of all I wanted to give a shoutout to Dennis who was working the desk when we arrived at 1 AM. He was the most hospitable hotel receptionist I have ever met, and he made our brief, unexpected stay in Chicago a truly memorable experience despite our travel difficulties. Talking to him about Chicago back in the day and his own travel stories when there was nobody else around made it much more than worth the money for the room and the ubers to and from O'Hare. Give that man a raise! We weren't there long enough to have any negative experiences at all. The only complaint is it's a bit far from O'Hare, but still a roughly 20 minute ride if your flight is in the late evening or early morning.
- Sergey (9/5): Great place to stay in Arlington Heights - - New modern hotel in non-traditional European style.
- Comfortable bed and pillows.
- It was just a few people staying, so it was very calm and silent.
- The hotel is located far from highway, so there no outside noise. - Internet quality was unstable.
- Water temperature in shower was unstable.
- Gym needs some maintenance.
- Michael (10/5): - The pictures don't do justice :)
- Rolando (5/5): Good, but mattress too soft! - Free parking, off the expressway Mattress was too soft.
- Toby (9/5): Excellent hotel in the heart of Arlington Heights. - Clean, comfortable and well taken care of. Staff was helpful and friendly. Tv remote seemed like it worked half of the time.
- Aruna (10/5): -
- Aleksa (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable, and at luxurious. - Extremely clean, they thought of everything (even a white noise machine), quiet, beautiful, comfortable. Loved everything about it.

- Alexander (8/5): Great stay, staff needs training on welcoming guests - Great clean rooms, comfy beds, beautiful lobby, smooth experience The front desk staff are not rude per se, but nobody made me feel welcome. Nobody said hi first, smiled or offered/explained anything about the hotel - not up or arrival, nor during stay. I also mentioned how this was my anniversary trip - 0 acknowledgement during my interactions with them. They also got confused when I asked the about EV chargers. Moreover, I specifically inquired about those, and they never bothered to say that those are Tesla only, not NACS
- Murphy (8/5): - They paid attention to the details in most areas….. bed was comfortable, there were nice amenities in the room: slippers, scrubbies, actual coffee cups and glassware as well. However there wasn’t a mini fridge or a microwave. The front desk staff during the day was not friendly and you could barely hear her when she spoke. We came back to the hotel late in the evening and left early the next day and there was no one at the desk either time which makes me question the safety of the building!

- Yurii (10/5): A clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay would return again. - The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, and everything looked modern and organized. The staff was polite, and overall the place felt safe and relaxing. Everything was fine. No major issues during my stay.
- Ashis Kumar (1/5): You can have a better say at cheaper price - It was clean, good location Very noisy, sound insulation is zero. You can hear people walking upstairs. Staff wasn’t good.
- Jason (9/5): -
- Gina (10/5): Overall, great hotel and beautiful accommodations. - Beautiful Room wasn’t replenished daily. Had to leave out dirty towels outside the room to pickup.
Also, it would be nice if rooftop bar opened before 500pm and on Sundays for weekend travelers.
- Cynthia (9/5): -
- Daniel Exelot Cohen (9/5): -
- Matthias (7/5): -
- Alexander (1/5): Lack of service orientation. - Nice rooms + nice shower. The lack of service from the hotel personnel. They are not flexible at all , when things don’t go as planned (e.g cancelled flight). No cooperation. That is fine, but then you get a negative review. And I would not recommend to others.
- Catherine M A (10/5): - Everything! This was my second stay at The Chez Hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The rooms and amenities feel truly luxurious, yet the price is very affordable. I only wish it were a little closer to where I usually go in Chicago, but the comfort, service, and value make it absolutely worth it.
- James (8/5): -
- Inyoung (9/5): -
- Irene (10/5): Perfect - Clean, new, great staff, beautiful rooms.
- Per Christian (9/5): Affordable and nice - Nice affordable place 15 min drive from O’Hare
- Nikita (1/5): Renovated but no Sound Proofing, No Staff, Horrible Service (dinner) pic attached - The hotel is newly renovated and appears clean Floor and ceiling walls are paper thin, no sound proofing, can hear the people in the next room, food ordered in room was absolutely pathetic, no staff at the accomodation, had to wait 10mins to be checked in as noone was at the reception, DO NOT be fooled by their 4 star rating, it is not worth it at all
- Libia (5/5): - The esthetics were beautiful, costumer service was nice. The rooms are not sound proofed well enough so I heard the room above me was pacing back and forth all night and dropping things consistently, and we could hear snoring from the room next door.
When I rented my room they did not tell me that the roof top would be closed during our stay and that was the main reason I rented there.
- Shubhang (8/5): Stressful - Good We are international travellers. In my case there was some bank issue with credit cards hence all my cards were not operational. Requested for accepting cash to attend the issue next day morning. But hotel doesn’t have provision for cash for such emergency. From 22.00 hrs till 1.30 hrs I was stuck at the check in till I woke up a friend of mine in USA at night to get his card charged for my stay.
Hotel staff were very sweet to me but helpless due to the rules.
- Anastasia (9/5): -
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Patel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was beautiful.
- Abiola (9/5): Great Facility and Value for money (I hope the discomfort was a one off) - Location of the property made it accessible to the sites and sounds Arlington Hieghts. Staff are welcoming and so their best to provide you with comfort. Unfortunately, there was a banging noise in the rooms above (appears to be repair work). This was reported to the reception and no one got back to me. Endured this until I slept off having to use white noise.
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Dongli (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dongli (10/5): The guy working in front desk is very professional and helpful. -
- Bita (7/5): Very beautiful specious and comfortable rooms with thin walls - It was spacious and very very beautifully designed and the hotel provided lots of things thoughtfully. It was finally a 4star hotel that was super clean.
I wanted to give this hotel 10 stars but … The walls were not isolating the noise and it was impossible to sleep because my neighbors were talking the whole time even at 5 am. It was also far away from Chicago which was not the hotel’s fault but if someone wants to be close to city this is not good.
- Emily (7/5): Being ear plugs. - Very nice staff. Very clean. Good location. Very loud. Little insulation between rooms and between floors. Extremely loud fans in the neighboring bathroom drowned out my TV for 1.5 episodes of Forensic Files.
- Octavian (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oguzhan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shamicka (8/5): Very good -
- Aiza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cindy (10/5): Exceptional - Andy at the front desk was exceptional.
- Anne (7/5): Good -
- Oguzhan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (7/5): Good - Everything was clean, lobby and room. Staff was friendly and professional. (1) Shortly after we unloaded our luggage in the room, Lady Bugs starting arriving! We must have awakened them, for they began showing themselves and were found dead and alive around the windows and curtains. After we asked for another room, and before we moved out, the bugs were congregating around the lights above the bed and falling into the bed. (2) Their appeared to be only one staff person on duty, and it took a good long while for that person to find us another room and check it out and ensure no ladybugs. The second room had no lady bugs. (3) The motion sensitive bathroom light timer was not set correctly. It was located on the other side of the toilet area, and after sitting on the toilet for about a minute, the bathroom lights went out! Additionally, the same thing happened when in the shower. The bathroom lights went out after about a minute. In the morning, the staff person said that there were problems with the bathroom light timers and noted that a maintenance person would have to come into the room and adjust the timer. This was a very negative experience.
- Nabi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mina (10/5): The stuff’s great Fatima from desk, she was agreed to us with our big group to check in our room fast great service - Very modern and new very clean the interior design so beautiful the room is your bed. Everything the bathroom The street entrance
