• Dennis (10/5): Een hele fijne plek om te verblijven - Ligging is prima. Appartement is schoon. Je kunt auto parkeren in de garage. Beheerder geeft tips via berichten en goede uitleg over inchecken en staat klaar, wanneer je vragen hebt om ze te beantwoorden.

• Cintia (5/5): Good communication from the host, but cleanliness needs significant improvement - The host was very responsive and helpful. I had some difficulty finding the entrance at first, but he promptly called me and guided me until I was able to access the property. I appreciated his availability and willingness to assist Unfortunately, the apartment had an unpleasant smell when we entered. The towels appeared unclean and had a damp, musty odor. The bedding also had a strong smell, similar to sweat, which made the stay uncomfortable. It gave the impression that the linens may not have been properly washed or changed between guests, which was quite disappointing
• João (8/5): Good cozy stay in the winter time - I enjoyed that the price was very well adjusted to what the apartment had to offer. The location was very nice and even though it's winter the apartment is fairly warm and has really good air conditioning. The apartment also has a lot of utilities. We also met one of the owners who is a lovely and kind lady. The apartment is not very isolated sound wise, to some it might not be so bothersome but to others it can be enough to wake you up in the early hours of the morning. If you need to work at night where it's darker, the lighting in the apartment can be a little too dim for your eyes, even though it's cozy otherwise.

• Ancevska (9/5): Wonderful ocean-near stay - The location is perfect if you have a car, we were even provided with a garage parking option. The view was fantastic, and the apartment equipped really well. We travelled in the winter, hence really appreciated the dehumidifier and heating. It would be perfect to have some salt, pepper & oil for the kitchen, but this is generally a really rare find. The bed was slightly uncomfortable due to the top soft layer, but this is a matter of preference.

• Maya (6/5): Pleasant place to stay - Highlights were the bed - insanely comfortable. The balcony is a nice extra. The smart TV. The lighting in the apartment is lovely. We stayed down the hallway at unit 243 earlier in the week for 7 nights and the price point was the same. The apartment prior was noticeably better in terms of things provided for stay 4 days or longer. A few recommendations would be to add some hooks around the apartment and in the bathroom for towels and rags. We didn’t have many knives or things to cook with like a colander. A full length mirror outside of the bathroom so two people can get ready at the same time. There was no bathmat either. The apartment needs lots of repairs as well, the door handle to the balcony easily comes off completely and the shower door is very rusty and hard to slide. Also the apartment we stayed before offered us a few laundry pods - this is a nice touch to add when someone stays for longer than a few nights. It’s a pleasant apartment and we enjoyed our stay, this is just some feedback to make some minor improvements that would really benefit the next guests. Thank you!

• Ilona (7/5): - Dzīvoklis tīrs, bija viss nepieciešamais gan atpūtai, gan virtuves zonā, atra saziņa ar saimniekiem problēmas risināšanai, ērta gulta, smuks skats no balkona. Lokācija nav pati labāka. Ja nav mašīnas, jābūt gataviem daudz staigāt, arī kalnā augšā. Ļoti plānas sienas un dzīvokļa durvis, nav nekādas skaņu izolācijas. Varējām dzirdēt visu, kas notiek blakus (sarunas, TV, katru nakti un vakaros raudāja bērns).

• Friedhelm (4/5): Einmal und nie wieder. - Ohne Frühstück. Einmal und nie wieder. Man muss wissen das es sich nicht um eine reine Ferienanlage handelt, sondern Wohnungen fest vermietet sind. Da es sich hierbei um Familien handelt die kleine Kinder oder Hunde haben war die Geräuschkulisse dementsprechend. Dauerndes Kindergeschrei von morgens bis spät abends. Dazu regelmäßiges Hundegebelle. Ruhe war da keine zu finden. Erholungsfaktor null. Vermieter gar nicht gesehen. Schlüsselübergabe in einer Box mit Code. Sehr unpersönlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, was o.g. Probleme noch verschlimmerte. Aufgrund der geschilderten Widrigkeiten war der Preis deutlich zu hoch. Fotos sagen eben immer nicht alles.

• Luana (9/5): Excelente. Anfitriões responsivos e gentis. Apt muito bem equipado, sossegado e uma vista linda. - O apartamento é pequeno, mas muito bem equipado. A localização é excelente, em lugar sossegado, mas ainda assim próximo de serviços com restaurantes e mercado. Apesar da estadia curta, aproveitamos a piscina em família. Gostamos de tudo no geral. Tem alguns pequenos detalhes que poderiam ser melhorados como a colocação de um suporte para produtos de higiene como shampoo, sabonete no duche e também um espelho de corpo inteiro.

• Ολγα (9/5): Superb - The bed was really comfy, the location was good if you want to approach the beach, nice and clean room! But noisy enough you can hear everything from other rooms! Communication with the owners was great! Not miss the Neila restaurant in the ground floor of the apartment it was the best food we tried during our staying in Portugal until now ✌️

The kitchen was also very useful and I was really happy about the coffee machine! Unfortunately the wifi wasn’t working, I’m not sure if that was because of the storm or just in general. Also, a proper bin in the kitchen would be very handy for the next time :)

• Tamas (10/5): As I mentioned I am absolutely satisfied with everything I had experienced at this stay, comfy bed, well equipped kitche - From the first moment it felt like I am at home. Actually living in a similar flat in Budapest and it was very nice to stay in a such well equipped and located house! There was nothing I didn’t like, enjoyed my staying. I actually could stay one extra day and I didn’t even wanted to leave on the I had too. Once I am back at Ericeire I definitely will look for the opportunity to stay at this flat again!

The appartment could use some renewing and a little more dishes in the kitchen would be ok. There is an unusual odour when you entere the appartment but we had the windows open at all time and it was ok.

• Tia (8/5): Comfortable bed, quiet at night - The bed was extremely comfortable. I hate super firm beds, and this was definitely the most comfortable of the 12 or so beds I've slept in since I arrived to Portugal a month ago. I also really liked the design of the place. The attention to detail the owners paid to decorating and equipping the studio was very obvious. Next to the table is a very lounging chair, which was also another nice touch. As for the owners, they were extremely kind, considerate, and thoughtful—perhaps the nicest I've encountered on all my stays in Europe—although it's sadly evident they are used to guests doing stupid things like leaving the balcony and front door open upon departing because one of them literally emailed me to direct me to close the doors when I left. Why on earth would I leave the doors open?? I mean seriously...who does that!?!?!!? Especially to people who are as nice as this couple. The place was very clean when I arrived. Also, the building was very quiet at night. During the day, there was loud construction down the hall and downstairs, so forget about taking naps, but after hours it was super quiet. The location. At all. Getting around by walking required far more than I expected. The place is on a hill, surrounded by hills. There is NOTHING nearby within "easy" walking distance. Not even a mini-mart. It's a whole hike to get anywhere at all. Note for anyone interested in the beach (which I was not), it's not just "right there." You definitely need a car if you want to go anywhere.

• Eduardo (9/5): Fantastic Stay made better by extraordinary hosts - I enjoyed the way the host made us feel like we were childhood friends. Overall, the property was immaculately clean, and enjoyable to stay in. The view of the sea was superb, and the facilities were great. An ideal studio flat for anyone looking to visit Ericeira. The property is around a 5 minute drive from Ericeira city centre, probably a 15 minute walk. It's not the easiest to find. However, these complaints are very minor and I knew this before coming.

The hosts are super friendly and share a lot of useful information about the access to the property, location, restaurants. They were always available and responsive. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The balcony has sea view and it’s amazing to wake up and look at it while having breakfast. Everything was great.

The helpful tips about where to eat from Paulo pre trip were great and Ana was so lovely to us on check in. The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was also super comfy with a great hot shower.

The location was great and close to the walking tracks along the cliffs and a nice 25 minute walk into the city centre. Ana and Paulo the hosts were absolutely fantastic! They gave us great recommendations from as soon as we booked and continued to be helpful and kind throughout our stay.

The incredibly engaged host welcomes you with the keys and tells you about all the things you need. He asks about your needs and gives you valuable tips for restaurants and other attractions. As a birthday present I received coffee for my entire stay which was extremely nice. A clean apartment that has everything you need for your stay in this charming place. Beautiful surroundings, 7 minutes by car from the center. The perfect oasis for complete relaxation. I recommend!
• Valérie (10/5): Perfect little getaway with oceanview! - There was nothing not to like. All was more than excellent! My friend did the check-in and had only good words about this. The apartment itself is amazing; It has all you need for a small and even longer holiday! You have to walk a little bit to the center of Ericeira but this is no biggie at all because you can walk next to the ocean the whole time. The kitchen is well equiped and the bathroom has a big shower which works perfectly. It was very clean as well (the whole apartment)! The view from the terrace is an ocean view so what more to ask for? :) No doubt we will come back here! So I would say, don't hesitate and just book this apartment! Not one bad thing to say about this place :)
