• mirjam (7/5): Nette en betaalbare logeerplek - Er was geen service, maar de locatie was keurig en rustig. Gewoon een kamer op de 2e verdieping van een woonhuis. Het inchecken was iets lastig, maar is goed gekomen.

The host, Stanley, greeted me warmly and made the self-check-in process seamless. His prompt and friendly responses added a thoughtful touch to the stay. The room was exactly as advertised: renovated, cozy, and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle, plus a handy workspace and dining table that made my stay both functional and relaxing. Cleanliness was solid, and the overall comfort felt great, easy to settle into after a day of wandering Amsterdam. The shared bathroom was well-maintained, and everything felt modern and neat (some days I got it for private use_. Superb value! The price absolutely matched the quality, affordable without compromising on what matters. Bonus perks: free Wi-Fi and free parking made life even easier. The location struck a wonderful balance of quiet and peaceful, yet well-connected. A short 10-minute walk brought me to Purmerend Weidevenne train station, with regular trains, and the bus stop is even closer, just across the street, whisking me straight into Amsterdam’s vibrant heart in no time. Stanley himself was exceptionally understanding, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He even offered helpful advice on local spots and transport. • MIRANDA (10/5): - The house was really confortable and my friend and I had a wonderful time. They have us a map and some guides where you can see stuff to do in Amsterdam and how to get there. The stairs are kind of narrow and we had a rough time getting the luggage up. Also, I believe either the shower or the sink was leaking, because the floor was wet. Either way, we had a great time!
• Jitka (2/5): Jsem zklamána, pokoj vypadal jako na levné ubytovně. Prach, plíseň a vlasy. - Ubytování se nachází na dobrém místě, nebylo to daleko od Amsterdamu, takže doprava do centra byla poměrně snadná a rychlá. Ubytování mělo bohužel několik nedostatků. V pokynech nebyly uvedeny důležité informace, například které kohoutky ve sprše je možné používat a že nefunguje regulace teploty. Také chyběla jakákoli zmínka o tom, že není možné otevřít okno. Jediné upozornění se týkalo nutnosti vynášet odpadky přes ulici k autobusové zastávce. Po každém použití koupelny bylo potřeba uklidit, k čemuž byl k dispozici mop. Navíc zjištěná závada — pod umyvadlem permanentně tekla voda z prorezlé trubky, což zřejmě způsobuje plíseň. Mám obavy, aby případné závady nebyly nespravedlivě přisuzovány hostům. Na pokoji bylo přítomno hodně prachu a vlasy. Celkově se domnívám, že stav ubytování neodpovídá běžným standardům Bookingu a zasloužil by si přehodnocení.
• Vanesa (1/5): Alojamiento nefasto - La cama es grande Se suponía que había para vocinar y solo habia un mueble en rl pasillo con 4 servicios de mesa y ni un cuchillo para cortar quedo, el microondas y la nevera en rl cuarto de la caldrra y lavafora y se tenía que lavar los platos en el baño. En el mismo rellano había otra habitación para turistas con lo que era un baño compartido para 4. El tercer día solicité que repusiersn papel de wc y nos lo dieron pero regalándonos por haber gastado 4 personas en 3 días un rollo y medio de papel. Solo me atreví a pedir otro royo en nuestra estancia de 8 días, ya que también nos regalaron por hacer ruido a las 23h, cuando estábamos hablando bajo por teléfono. Estaba prohibido usar el microondas a partir de las w1h. Tenías que sacarte los zapatos para ir por la casa y ponerte zapatillas, cosa que no me parece mal, de no ser que sl llegar, tuve que abrir la maleta en la calle para sacar las zapatillas y el último día bajar los fos pisos de escaleras empinadas con un msleton porque ya había guardado las zapatillas en la maleta. No lo recomiendo para nada
• Bernd (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen! - Wir fühlen uns betrogen. Es ist KEIN Hotel! Im Dachgeschoss, nach einer sehr schmalen und steilen Wendeltreppe befinden sich für zwei Vermietungen je 1 Zimmer. Der Gipfel ist, nur ein enges, abgewohntes Bad, für beide Mitparteien, mit tropfendem Abfluß am Waschbecken.
• Robiul (4/5): Disappointing - The place is quite good and easy connection from city center to hotel. I'm happy about the Accomodation and the facilities. But i put my rating poor because of the host. Hope he will notify my comment. First thing, The host is living the same building ground floor. Once i went front of the Accomodation place that time didn’t understand how should i open locker key box as he instructed me before. But i couldn’t understand and press the bell and he came with very disturbing face. I noticed each of the behaviour. He instructed me with his leg (how open the key box). First he showed me how can open but unfortunately i didn’t get it because its unknown for me. He replied me "Are you jocking". He is the host and even he don’t know how behave the people. He is owner so he have own eggo. I really don’t like to show me the instructions using his leg. I was just surprised. but yes rest of the all things have good experience. I just lost my motivation to live there once he behave like this. I lived there two nights but i was not feeling comfortable because each of the time i could remember his behaviour. I would like to say to the host. Please don’t explain your lame explanation. You just learn how to behave with people. You first learn to be good host. I live another place in Netherlands. I didn’t get this kind of shit behaviour from others.
• Jan (7/5): Good - Nice room. Close to Zaandam and the windmills. Amsterdam is also easily reachable with public transport. Mouldy smell in shower
